Simple but quality accomodation. All that was needed for a really comfortable and relaxed few days.
Daughter loved it and it was just really tranquil and restorative.
Pictures didn’t do justice which was a nice surprise. Will certainly go back - felt very looked after and spoiled thankyou 🙏
Had a problem with the toilet which seemed to leak on first night but sure that will be promptly fixed. At tentative and Gard working staff and groundspeople. It was lovely.

We were upgraded to one of the cottages. Very spacious rooms with a wonderful deck overlooking the pond and stream and park like surroundings. Peaceful and relaxing.

The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipt.

Location was very close to town an easy walk and still hidden away from everything. Spa and the natural style pool were great.

Very well appointed, everything you could need.

Bed was comfy.
We were given a room connected to the office & communal kitchen. We locked our connected door, as it was not a nice space, no drapes on kitchen door. Kitchen had a very pungent smell, we told manager who said it was a previous Indian family. Terrible answer. We only used kitchen to boil water for coffee as it was so bad.
X4 round holes in bedroom / living room floor, we stuffed them with paper. It was a bit creepy.
I had to go through other bedroom to access bathroom. Very uncomfortable in middle of night. The bathroom had a mat in front of vanity, under mat there was an elevated wooden plate. It looked like a hole in floor had been covered up with the wooden square. Botch fix up.
No big mirror to check dress before dinner. No table lamps.
There was no initial internet on tV. Contacted manager to notify, they did not address it. We contacted manager again on 2nd night. He came to check TV. Told no netflix, YouTube availability. We would have to use our own accounts. He eventually put in his daughters account so we could watch a movie.

Beautiful location. Fantastic price. Lovely owners and great rooms. Awesome spa and barbeque area. We will definitely be going back but booking a cottage next time so we don't have neighbours in the next room.

The location is beautiful with great furniture with in the room and we had a great night's sleep.
It was a cold weekend when we stayed and it did take a while to warm up the rooms and there were no electric blankets.

We stayed in this stunning peaceful haven for 15 days . It was hard to say goodbye to our delightful rooms with kitchen and verandah and landscaped gardens .The perfect location for local town amenities. However, a bit of a steep road to town ,not a problem for us, though, as the walk is delightfully tropical and we did hire a car for road trips The Wi fi works very well ,and the owners were so amenable. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always there to help if needed . Especially advising us on the BBQ ! This is a fantastic secret find a real gem of a place . We enjoyed our stay immensely and looking forward to returning in the near future .
Everything was perfect y⁷

Second time of staying here. The location is perfect. Grounds are beautiful and so peaceful, except this time it was quite stormy.
The WiFi was patchy and slow....might have been the weather though.

Lovely, spacious rooms. Beautiful Balinese furniture. Well equipped kitchen, pleasant bathroom. Private deck on one side and shared deck on the other with a spring fed pool and spa as well as barbecue and pizza oven. Stunning location, set down a long drive from the main road. Beautifully maintained gardens. Close to the town for restaurants and shops with the river close by as well.
Friendly host, happy to chat and offer help where needed. Wifi included.
All seemed pretty good to me.

Rural setting but so close to town. Beautiful grounds. Great facilities…spring pool, spa, sauna and bbq area. Room was private and nicely decorated.
Parking a bit tight for a big vehicle.
4.5
Rooms not quite sound proof- possible due to timber flooring but suited the decor and environment.
Possibly double gib walls might help.

The grounds are extensive, well cared for. Lovely gardens. Sauna, hot tub, spring fed pool, laundry facilities. Mike and his family were very welcoming.
It’s difficult to find the entrance off the main road.

location, facilities- loved the bbq and eating on our private deck.

The feeling of being in the middle of nowhere although the township is just at the top of the driveway. The cottages are perfectly spread apart. The pool was perfect.
Missed the driveway several times as the signage for the resort is a letdown

I loved the house and the location
I ended up with bed bugs all over my legs and arms

comfortable room, good value for money and handy spot to explore the far north - great home base for us! hot tub was a nice bonus.
lots of mozzies, which being not local we’d forgotten to expect - would benefit from some notes to visitors to remind them to be conscious of letting bugs in so they don’t get caught out like we did! the cleaning staff were also really loud quite early in the mornings which isn’t ideal when you’re on holiday. not good sound insulation between the rooms, so you can hear your neighbours easily.
