We had the best stay at Ashley’s place. The location was central and had beautiful views of the Matterhorn. Ashley was extremely responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!

We are two couples who are skiing the alps. Communication was excellent Ashley answered any question we had before and during our stay We own many rentals, and determined we need to step it up after our stay in Zermatt. The unit was stocked with all the basics, chocolates, coffee, and more. The proximity to FLEXRENT was 5 minutes. We rented our skis from flexrent and left the skis at flexrent everyday after skiing. It worked great! Zermatt ski resort is across the street from Flexrent The bus which takes you to the other ski resorts in a 2 minute walk from flexrent Everything is within walking distance The units view was amazing The location was excellent Clean Comfortable We will be back for sure Ashley made our stay the best!

We loved our stay here! Ashley was an amazing host and went out of her way for us. She let us drop off our stuff early while she was finishing up cleaning and she spent a solid 10 minutes giving us all the information on skiing the mountain and how to get around town. She was super accommodating, the place was super clean, stocked with coffees, tea, orange juice and cooking supplies plus she even gifted us a bottle of champagne. Ashley is the best and we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful 3BR 2BA condo in great location. Short walk to Main Street and ski lifts. View of the Matterhorn as advertised. Watching the sunrise on it is amazing. Ashley is such a great host. So so helpful and kind. So happy we included Zermatt in our trip!

The property was very well maintained and appointed, exactly as described in the photos. The location was convenient and quite. Also, the view of the Matterhorn was inspiring. Most importantly, the host, Ashley, was sooo helpful and accommodating. She was there to check us in and gave us tons of tips and suggestions to make our stay as enjoyable as it was. I will definitely stay here again if we're lucky enough to return!

From start to finish our experience was absolutely fantastic. Ashley was perhaps the best host we have encountered on any of our trips. She was incredibly kind and helpful with any requests and offered great recommendations for our days in Zermatt. What to say about the apartment? I have made a few trips to Zermatt and stayed in a variety of places in the village. This was my favorite by far. I thought it would be nice but was honestly blown away by the size and quality of the place. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we could need. The rooms were all great but the main suite was huge and lovely. We spent a great deal of time on the spacious patio gazing up at the Matterhorn. Zermatt is a special place and we are so happy to have booked this great apartment for our stay.

Fabulous view of the Matterhorn. Very nice, clean and modern apartment. The host, Ashley is very polite and always available. She met us at the train station and walked us to the apartment. We live in the mountains of Utah and Montana but we were very impressed with the mountains of Zermatt. We hope to stay at this apartment again.

When planning a family vacation in Zermatt we chose to stay in Ashley’s beautiful apartment based on the photos on the site. The description of a great view of the Matterhorn was spot on and we all spent a lot of time just staring at the mountain. The outdoor patio and lawn was a wonderful bonus space especially when traveling with young kids. The apartment had everything we needed for a fabulous stay. We all enjoyed exploring the village and hiking in the mountains - all easily accessible from the apartment which was a short walk from town. Ashley is an amazing Host - she helped us do laundry before we left the village which we all appreciated. We are all looking forward to returning to Zermatt and staying in Ashley’s apartment.

Staying at Ashley's place was delightful. She was more than kind, even helped me wash my ski socks when I ran out of clean ones. We really appreciated the time she took when we checked in to show us the map & how we'd get to & from the mountain. Letting us know all the good spots to check out. She went above & beyond. Location to town was great, a quick 5 minute walk to anything we needed. 10/10 would stay again on our next trip to Zermatt to hopefully do some summer hiking.

Everything about this rental was wonderful — the location just a short walk into town; the spacious and well-equipped condo; a lovely terrace with an amazing view of the Matterhorn; and especially our host, Ashley, who made us feel welcome. We made several trips to the nearby Migros supermarket and cooked several meals throughout our 4 days, but you can’t go wrong having dinner at Da Nico’s Italian restaurant — soooo good! We hope to return someday.

We can not say enough good things about staying at this property! It was a great fit for our family of 5. Ashley was amazing and made sure our stay was perfect! The rental is very clean and had all the necessary amenities and more! Ashley went above and beyond and met us at the train station! That was an extra bonus but so very appreciated after a long day of travel! She also called and made a reservation for dinner at a restaurant in town. She is a wonderful hostess and we can not say enough about how welcome we felt staying here. Like a home away from home with one AMAZING view out the patio door!!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. Host is amazing. She met us at the train station and walked us to the apartment giving us all the instructions and advice about the area. The location is perfect. Slightly off the main area so it’s quiet but 3 minute walk to anything you need. Easily accessible. And the apartment is spacious and clean and up to date. Our family of 8 fit comfortably. This is the place to stay in Zermatt.

The property was exactly as advertised and the pictures were spot on. Ashley was literally the perfect host! She was warm, welcoming and incredibly accommodating. As you might be able to tell, I cannot say enough about the positive overall experience my family and I had renting from Ashley. I would absolutely stay again. 5 Star review! I don’t see how you could be disappointed. The view of the Matterhorn is also exactly as it appears in her pictures.

While the place was nice, we unfortunately had some odd encounters with Ashley, the owner. We were only there for 2 full days and each day she showed up unannounced to work in the garden. This impacted our stay and we value privacy and quiet and solitude. The last day when we were packing up to leave, I found her right outside by bedroom door. As I was showering, I was stark naked and very surprised to she 3 feet away when my glass door to the garden was open. On the last day when she was tinkering in the garden, she brought her dog along who barked when she was by her side. This was all very odd and had to figure out where she was to attempt some peace and quiet. We were there a short time and she could have done the gardening when we were not there. Not sure if she was checking up on us but it was creepy. While the pictures do match the interior, the location is beside a train track and during the busy season I imagine there are a lot of people walking by. It is also the bottom unit and you have a crane your neck to get a good vista of the Matterhorn so that picture is not accurate. Nice interior and very clean but unfortunately cannot recommend.

We just checked out after staying a week at this beautiful property. It was perfectly located near the center of town. The view was breathtaking! We could gaze on the Matterhorn from the family room! The apartment immaculate! But what really made this location amazing, was the hostess, Ashley. With Covid restrictions changing, Ashley answered many questions and provided resources for testing before we even arrived. Upon arrival in Zermatt, Ashley met us at the train station with an electric taxi to shuttle us and all of our luggage to the apartment. Before we arrived she made reservations for us at amazing restaurants that perfectly fit our request for casual and suitable for picky eaters. She anticipated every need and would check in to see if we needed her to order a taxi or anything else. She came daily while we were out to take out the trash and refill any supplies we needed. She gave great ski weather updates and suggestions. As a family of 7, this apartment was perfect for us. She set up an extra bed in one of the bedrooms which was great. We arrived on Christmas and she had a Christmas tree set up in the apartment and a beautiful spread of cheeses and meats and bread and juices! After traveling for over 24 hours this was so appreciated! She had thought of everything! The airline had lost 3 of our bags and she was able to help us track them down from Swiss Air and meet the courier at the apartment for delivery while we enjoyed dinner! She went above and beyond in every way. When we return we only want to stay in one of her properties! As far as skiing, we walked from the apartment with our equipment to the Gronergrat Train which took about 5-7 minutes. We also walked to the Sunnega Gondola area which took about 5-7 minutes as well. We took a taxi to the Matterhorn Express when we skied in that area. Ashley ordered the taxi for us. The location was very central! Thank you Ashley for helping make a dream come true!

The location of the apartment is just amazing, in the center of Zermatt ! Ashley is a lovely host, easy going communication and very kind ! Lot of tips, took care of us and even allowed us to check in way earlier than expected. We had a lot of fun in Zermatt and Ashley is one of the main success factor !

I wish I could give 10 stars to this property. EVERYTHING was absolutely perfect. We were two 50+ couples travelling in Europe for 21 days and everything about this property was spot on perfect for us. Ashley is an amazingly gracious hostess...she met us at the train station with her lovely dog and walked us back to the apartment. My husband is somewhat mobility challenged and she not only helped carry his backpack, but also adjusted her pace to help him maneuver easier. Along the way, she presented great information about the town, bus stops, places to eat, etc. Once inside this beautiful apartment, she went over the map with us to get us familiar with the town. Over the course of our weekend, she also dropped in a few times to make sure everything was fine and also called taxis for us when needed. Her hospitality went above and beyond anything I have experienced. The apartment itself is in a perfect location: easy walk to town, but far enough away to be quiet and residential. It is beautifully decorated and was stocked with a few essentials to make our stay enjoyable. The outdoor patio with its private garden, table, umbrella and lounge chairs was the perfect spot to enjoy the incredible view of the Matterhorn. We have stayed in several VRBO properties in Europe on this trip, and not having to take out the garbage or wash dishes was a great relief. Ashley gave us instructions on recycling and the dishes just went into the dishwasher. Again...would give her 10 stars! Love Zermatt, love this property and would absolutely stay here again. Would love to be here in the winter!

The apartment was incredibly clean, well stocked with kitchen items and snacks, excellent location to restaurants, train station and THE view of the Matterhorn was breathtaking. A very large patio set up with lounges and a table and chairs for 6. All the beds were comfortable and the rest of the furnishings were updated and comfortable. The owner Ashley was very helpful with recommendations. We will definitely stay here again.
