若手のスタッフが総じて素晴らしい

21時頃にいた女性スタッフ2名が親切だった。翌日の空港へのバスの時間も私が理解できるようにメモに書いてくれた。またホテルへ向かう際も、まだメキシコの電話番号がなくメッセージでのやりとりになってしまったがしっかりといる場所へきてくれた。

一度チェックインしてからもう一度フロントへ行き、ウォーターサーバーがないか尋ねたが、朝だけのようで、夜はなかった。夜使えないなら設備項目にちゃんと書いて欲しい。尋ねたときの女性スタッフは、なんとかしようとしてくれたように感じたが、マネージャーらしき女性は無愛想で目も合わせることはなかった。

El transporte al aeropuerto es malísimo. Se tardaron en recogerme más de una hora. Las toallas rotas y el lobby asqueroso, lleno de basura.

No recomiendo reservar en Wyndham, no respetan reservas de booking

No respetaron las habitaciones reservadas en booking, reservamos 2 y solo asignaron 1, el viaje era de trabajo. No brindaron ninguna solución, solo se centraron en decir que no había más.

Muy recomendable, volvería a hospedarme sin problema.

La cama era muy cómoda, el desayuno era saludable y variado. El internet funciono muy bien los primero dos días de mi estancia, el último día por la mañana ya no funcionaba.

El aire acondicionado era muy ruidoso, yo sé que es normal que haga ruido, pero en este caso si era fuera de lo común.

Lo cercano al aeropuerto

Que el transporte del aeropuerto al hotel nunca se me brindó, después de una hora de estar llamando, porque solo responde una grabadora, tuve que tomar un taxi, y fue así como llegue al hotel. Después para que nos atendieran tuve que esperar a que la Srita se desocupara porque se veía muy ocupada con la computadora y después de 20 minutos nos atendió

I felt safe. It was clean. The bed was okay.

If you can’t any other hotel to stay at near the airport then go ahead and stay there. But there are other hotels around the area that are better.

The elevator was broken. The air conditioning had to be fixed. Just not well taken care of.

Es para solo llegar a dormir.

El servicio de traslados esta habilitado las 24 horas, lo cual es ideal para los vuelos que salen muy temprano! y esta muy cerca del aeropuerto.

La llave de la habitación no funcionaba, hasta que fue el personal para arreglar la chapa electrica. La habitacion tenia mucho olor a humedad y habia bichos pequeños en la regadera

El cuarto olia demasiado a humedad, el aparato de aire muy viejo, incluso nos enfermamos por la humedad del aparato tan viejo y humedad del cuarto, fata ventilacion al cuarto, (ventana que se pueda abrir) para que circule esa humedad

Fue mi última opción por falta de reserva parace económico pero al final no vale lo que cuesta por noche.

La limpieza es aceptable más no impecable.

Es viejo en general, muebles maltratados descascarados de la pintura, habitaciones extremadamente pequeñas, mínima iluminación, huelen a humedad, rincones de la ducha con manchas negras, cortina de ducha rota. Se escucha el ruido y las voces de la calle por el hueco del aire acondicionado. El personal de recepción poco servicial. Las facturas son responsabilidad del hotel no del huésped, la emisión sigue siendo legalmente facultad del hotel en contra pago, el huésped se obliga a proporcionar su constancia fiscal con datos correctos. Mejoren sus procesos, la mayoría de personal muy amable.

My stay was a very short one, so it was okay.

The room and bed was okay.

I didn't like that check-in time took longer than usual. I spent over 30 minutes at the front desk trying to check in and had quite a number of people behind me waiting for the same thing. Also, having to buzz a driver through the gate is inefficient as the receptionist does not look before they buzz you in due to the workload. So they might as well just take it off .

Prompt pick up service from the airport to the hotel. Breakfast with fresh fruits. Walkable distance to 7 eleven, Carls and some restaurants

Excellent hotel. Great service

The room was very spacious, and clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just at check-in and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great I would recommend it to friends, and will definitely stay again
