Great price-quality relation. I definitely will stay there again no doubt.

This is the second time in less than a month we visit La Quinta and we perceive great improvements in the facilities and customer service.

A little bit noisy (the surroundings). But nothing that prevents you to have a good sleep.

Esta muy accesible en precio, la ubicación esta perfecta cerca de buenos lugares para hacer compras y pasear

La habitación tenía mal olor, de la comodidad no me quedó muy bien las camas pero el olor si estaba muy impregnado tal vez hace falta en alfombras

Habitación sucia, en repetidas ocasiones nos hospedamos ahí, pero esta vez la habitación estaba sucia, el mueble de la tele con mucha tierra, área de bañarse sucia, los botes del shampoo y jabón estaban casi vacíos

Que reporte una fuga de agua muy abundante en la tina del baño que se ve tiene años porque ya hasta de color oxidada está y es una pena porque el agua se está acabando mundialmente ,el cuarto es el 124 el mismo que me dieron en mi estancia de ida por lo que me dí cuenta que ni caso me hicieron.

Trato indiferente del personal, cuarto no estaba listo a las 3:15pm. Desayuno insuficiente para la cantidad de huéspedes. Escaleras extremadamente sucias.

The room smelled horrible and floors felt dirty. Outside my room, at the parking lot, there was a strong and disgusting smell of urine. Wyndham administration urge to check up on this hotel and do improvements, it definitely needs better maintenance.

They need new staff or management

My restroom outlets did not work, reported it 3x nothing was done, the staff are horrible and when you complain there excuses is short of staff. They don’t coke daily to room to change the towels or toilet paper.

Nothing to like. Not worth the price at all. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The rooms are in poor condition with moldy looking showers, water damage on ceilings, etc... can't even relax or sleep well, don't even want to shower because everything is gross. There was trash in drawers, burned mattress with holes in sheets to the mattress. Toilet not working properly, horrible drainage in shower. We didn't shower but turned it on to see the condition of it after every other horrible thing there. This hotel should be shut down. Pool is nasty too! After the late baseball game we had to leave and book another place despite how tired we were because this place is disgusting and not safe for families. They won't refund my money either!

nice friendly staff continental breakfast was a plus. plus little coffee maker in the room was nice to have

the bathtub was dirty and floor was very unstable some women hair on the walls left behind. you could see they did not wash it at all. on the other hand, a nice cool mirror with changing lights. room has both microwave and frigobar!

DISGUSTING, COCKROACHES. DIDNT SAY, DIDNT GET A REFUND. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. CITY OF LAREDO NEED

Property is in a ok location, on the outside looks ok. lobby stank of chloride or some other chemical. once in the room I noticed cockroaches in the bathtub plus bathtub had cracks and stains. you wouldn’t take a bath or even your shoes off. Spent one hour there and were on our way out and there was a big cockroach inside my sons shoe. went to the front desk, the guy there, tried to convince us to stay, offering another room, he gave us the key, we looked at the room and there were also cockroaches in the bathroom. On the side of the pool by the ice machine there was garbage. the hallways had pigeons poop, and random garbage in the hallways. I was in shock already 6:30pm with my kids and no hotel. Not wanting to stay there asked for a refund, he said he couldn’t do it, we asked he called his manager he said the manager will be in next day. So up setting. A couple of customers came in, I mentioned there were cockroaches in the rooms. And the guy at the front desk got sort of aggressive and told me and my kids to leave the premises. I called booking.com they tried to help and talk to this person. but they didn’t want to make a refund. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER DISGUSTING HOTEL.

DISGUSTING COCKROACHES AND GARBAGE, DIRTY HOTEL. FRONT DESK GUY BAD MANNERS, pretends to do his job but doesn’t care about customers.

We didn't stay. When we checked in and went to the room the room had the door open like if maintenance was working in it. So I went back to the office and instead of them immediately giving me another room the manager decided that they need to verify what I said, at the time I requested to cancell I had been driving for over 12 hours I needed to rest.would you think that as front desk you should know what rooms are being worked on.
