Short walk to the historic site, excellent kitchen facilities and outdoor BBQ facilities
They didn’t replenish tea/coffee milk each day but would provide extras if asked

The property was modern, very clean and appealing. The owners were very helpful and friendly and assisted a friend in accommodation during a busy easter weekend

Glass door needs blind as security light on and off all night .very disturbing

The landscape design of this place is well-planned and implemented. I liked the gardens in the surroundings and especially the birding opportunities in that micro-place.
You hear the sounds of the neighbours from the neighbouring apartment a bit as they are close together. But it always depends on what your neighbours are.

It was easy to find, and easy parking, close to places of interest
It would have been nice to have more Coffee, Tea and sugar, only had enough for one day and stayed for 3 days. Also some free biscuits would have been nice.
Also the smoke alarm battery went flat at 2 in the morning and they didn’t answer the emergency phone number and we had afew terrible nights sleep because they replaced the wrong battery as their was 2 alarms and they replaced the wrong one.
They were only new owners by afew months but they need to make sure they change all the batteries every 6 months or so , so this doesn’t happen again.

Amazing unit, very well equipped, even with a dishwasher. Very spacious and comfortable.
The only downside - very thin walls. We could understand every word of our neighbours.

Located in a beautiful natural spot with lots of birds and cows in the paddock out the back. Very relaxing.

Tv was great. Bed was comfy and property was quiet which made our visit nice and peaceful.
Bathroom was very narrow and hard to use. We couldn’t turn on our aircon as the batteries were flat, had to use the tv remote batteries to turn it on.

Nice location and close to Port Arthur historical site. Plenty of parking - very modern unit with attractive decor.
The front was modern but a little container- like. Needed a bit of exterior love to make it more welcoming.

Proximity to Port Arthur historic site is excellent. 3 minute drive. Beds are very comfortable. Full kitchen and selection of teas and coffee. Bring your own decaf, if you drink that.
There was a note that the water was drinkable, but may be discoloured. Since it also had an unusual taste, we bought bottled water to be safe.

Great location for visiting the Port Arthur historical site. Fully equipped kitchen to make own meals. Easy way of picking up keys and returning them. We appreciated the bottle of wine provided!

Port Arthur Villas now have refurbished, modern villas equipped with a kitchenette comfy bed, good bathroom and TV with Netflix. The one we stayed at had a nice outdoor sitting deck with views towards Port Arthur Historic site which itself was a short 5-6 mins drive from the property so it was a great location for exploring the site as well as other attractions farther south. Though the property is on the main highway, it was quiet during the night and we enjoyed the full moon night from the bed and also the sunrise. There is lot of greenery on the site so take some time to enjoy lazy strolls around.
Nothing I can think of.

Nothing to dislike.

good location, accommodating with our check in time and allowing charging my EV
I had trouble with the stove, I am used to an induction cooktop and the numbers on the switches were not visible so I could not tell when the hotplates were on high temp.

We had to return rental car and fly out the next day so we decided to stay in Port Arthur rather than Hobart. Everything worked out well. It was a 1 hour or so drive to Airport and we avoided the city center. The plus on this was our stay at Port Arthur Villas. Our host greeted us at check in and even called and made us a dinner reservation across the street. I would definitely recommend this establishment.
