If you like to have a bad sleep experience ( not enough blankets for all beds) Solution for that from the owner a day la

Location

It was not clean and the house was humid and with mold on the walls in the bedroom and shower , with some nice flies to make it complete. The check in process. You need to ring the doorbell , to get connected with a helpdesk. Where you need to almost shout ( bad line cq bad connection) your personal data in the street like paspoort nr. and DOB . When we find out the status of the apartment 1 and try to contact the owner to find an solution. It’s impossible to get contact with them on the phone number given in the email, no answering the phone even after 17 calls nothing. The try to get help from the doorbell/ helpdesk they where not able to help and pointed us to Booking.com to get help. After an 30 min call with Booking and no solution possible or refund.

Exceptional

Plenty of space, quiet, clean, toiletries, washing machine, parking close an reasonable, inside the old city walls yet convenient to everything and at a great price. We would stay here again!

Close to the main attractions.

No tea towels or jug. only a small double bed and cramped bathroom. Check in was not at the property. Expensive for what it is during our period - 3 night stay.

It was an okay stay which we booked at the last minute.

The apartment is in a great location, only a short walk from the escalators up to the old center.

The apartment was very dated. I liked that it had a washing machine even if the spin cycle did not work properly but what is the point if there is not even a cloths rack to hang anything on. It is nearly impossible to dry washing for 4 people in a tiny apartment in the winter with no where to hang it. We where given 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 3 nights. Even though I requested more i did not receive a reply. No plug in the sink which made washing dishes very difficult. We stayed in the middle of winter and a thin duvet is not enough, only one spare blanket for the double bed. It is the small things that make a difference and this place lacked them. Have attached a photo of the view from our room absolutely no effort made to make things nice.
