Bien pero caro para el servicio

El desayuno y ubicación lo mejor del lugar. Esta muy cerca del centro y tiene una parada de colectivo casi en la puerta. El personal del comedor muy atento y respetuoso. El lugar muy limpio y todos los días hacían el cuarto. Tiene bajada directa a la playa aunque hay que tener cuidado porque la escalera no es muy segura. Es accesible, tiene rampas en todos lados, menos para acceder a la pileta.

No tiene heladera en la habitación y las cortinas tenían un blackout viejo por lo que entraba la luz por la noche. La pileta estaba mal en las escalaras, tanto mi hijo como yo nos lastimamos porque no tenía los azulejos bien. Las chicas de la recepción para nada atentas, estuve 30 minutos para hacer el check-in.

Buena ubicación e instalaciones

El hotel por fuera pareciera que es pequeño pero sorprendetemente era muy grande y toda sus instalaciones bien hechas en relación a su precio. Desayuno buffet muy bueno 👌

La pieza tenía un olor a humedo y cuando llegamos no había luz en la habitación. Lo solucionaron pero el olor no.

Falta varierad en desayuno y estacionamiento

Ubicacion

no cuenta con estacionamiento ya que los autos quedan en la carretera, desayuno sin variedad todos los dias lo mismo (sin dulce de leche) solo 1 ascensor bueno, lejania de entrada principal a habitacion considerando q ibamos con bebe primero al -4 despues atrevesar el hotel y luego -3 porque solo cuentan con 1 entrada al hotel. Calefaccion de habitacion no se puede regular y era muy calurosa, baño muy antiguo para ser un hotel minimo no usar cortinas en ducha es anti higienico

I didn't know that scrambled eggs can be so awful. I almost got offended by how awful they were. I wouldn't recommend having breakfast in this hotel, overall. All the products are the cheapest possible.

Pleasant

Beautiful view and strong Wifi.

No coffee maker in the room. There was no restaurant for lunch. The snack store and bar were typically closed. The rooms looked a little old and worn. Breakfast was mediocre.

Great location, but not the best of establishments. Hotel needs some love and a rethink on its management

Beautiful setting, nice location a bit out of town. overall it was well priced. Room had a view of the lake which was great.

Staff at reception were poor, and we were left waiting for about 30 mins. The place feels like it’s had its hayday, and the safety was a little questionable. There were marks around many of the doors where it looked like someone had broken in, and when we were checking in a couple came upstairs shouting ‘Policia policia’ so it seemed like they had been victim to some crime in the hotel. we had nothing taken but definitely made us feel uneasy. the rooms were fairly old and not fully clean, but not disgusting.

The view to the lake from the bedroom was very nice and the room was big. Breakfast is ok.

Lack of maintenance, old facilities. Heating was broken and it was not possible to turn it off so the bedroom was way too hot. Maintenance came 2 times to try to fix it and it was not possible. The wi-fi did not work in the bedroom, only in the common areas.

View is nice. Location is also a pro but note that it is not in a really central position. Decent food in restaurant but a bit pricy compared to other places in the city.

Bedrooms had a weird smell. Staff was confused regarding breakfast and dinner prices. It was also hard to ask them stuff as they only speak spanish.

Awful place, not as described, bad facilities and really grubby.

Really awful hotel. It was not as described and the rooms were really grubby and need revamping. The breakfast was also awful. The view from the hotel is great but definitely not a reason to stay there. We left after 12 hours and got a new hotel. We would have left straight away but we arrived late at night. The staff were apologetic and it’s not their fault but I would highly recommend not staying there. Still waiting for a refund for our remaining nights. Unfortunately it may need to be escalated further to get the money back!!

Room without air conditioner and it get warm because of the heating system.

The view of the lake is the best.

The staff team need to be more friendly and more helpful. Too basic service for the price that you pay for the hotel.
