Only good thing is the location
Verryyyyy dirty. The carpet is old. The bathroom is so old that i felt like i was in a hospital
Extremely noisy at night from all the party near by
They charge extra fee to keep luggage overnight when we went camping for 1 night. Most places in Bariloche do it for free

The bed was comfortable and the hotel is well located
When it comes to payment, the hotel will charge you almost double what you have been quoted on Booking.com as they use the illegal blue dollar rate instead of the official conversion rate from US dollars to Argentinian pesos. When I went to pay they wanted $52,000 ARS instead of the $32,000 ARS that I had been quoted by Booking.com. After spending about 30 minutes arguing with the manager, he eventually offered me to pay $40,000 ARS which would have been the price for 5 nights had I booked directly with the hotel. I have been travelling for 2 months in Argentina and this is the first time I have stayed in a hotel that chose to use the illegal blue dollar rate in order to exploit its foreign guests. If they are going to do so, they should at the very least inform you that they use the blue dollar rate before your stay so that you have the choice to stay elsewhere. My advice would be to avoid them and stay elsewhere as if you pay the blue dollar rate, there are plenty of other hotels nearby that offer a better standard of service for a similar price.
In addition, do not expect to use the wifi as it is virtually non-existent. It is ok for sending WhatsApp messages but cannot even load a video on any social media. The rooms in general are very run down and need improvements made to them.

The location. It had an elevator.
The bed was not a queen size bed. It was two twins pushed together. There was a fitted sheet over both however there was not the divider between the two to lock it in place. That means you kept sliding the beds apart if you were to try to use it as a queen. So you had to truly use it as a twin bed the mattress is completely flimsy. If you kneel on it you're going to fall. If you are not used to sleeping on a twin size and you roll over you're going to roll the mattress over. It's a very flimsy poor quality mattress. The internet did not work. I even went down and said something to reception and they said they fixed it but the internet goes in and out every single minute. If you need to watch anything on your phone if you need to do work on your laptop you cannot do that here it literally cuts out every single. It is extremely hot in the room as they have their heat on all day and night even when it's in the 70s. You cannot control the temperature they do. If you can't sleep and stuffy climate, then you won't be able to sleep here even with the window open because you don't get a lot of Breeze. I asked for them to turn it down and I did not get a reply. My window was open because it was so hot but that meant I heard the kitchen who had the music blaring after 11:00 at night and they were talking and singing. I understand Argentina is a late night culture but they can have respect. I also contacted reception about that and they ended up replying and either they shut the window or they turn the music off. They probably were finished around midnight and left. There were holes in the towels and holes in the blanket. And I also found it creepy in the days of covid that there's soap that they gave you was not wrapped so I have no idea somebody use this soap before me. I think the breakfast was toast and orange juice and coffee. I got there as soon as it opened and I waited for 20 minutes nothing else came

The location is the best for this hotel. It is very central to everything I wanted to do in Bariloche. Rooms are of very good size.
Rooms are pretty old. It will definitely benefit from some work and new lighting. Rooms facing the main road can be very noisy till early morning.

It is a 1 star hotel so you shouldn't expect comfort or fancy things. However it is in a great location, it is clean, breakfast is decent and the staff is amazing. It is at a reasonable prize considering the destination is very avexpensive one. You won't find hotels cheaper than this.
The maintenance is very poor, rooms are noisy.

Top location and friendly staff. Comfortable bed, and clean room.
The WiFi didn't work most of the time, and when it did, it was very slow. The bathroom didn't have ventilation or a window, making it difficult to air it. The whole place could do with a bit of freshening up.
