About this house rental
Seahorses is a spacious two-storey house with a modern bright beach feel in the tranquil small seaside village of Callala Beach.
Callala Beach is on the northern side of Jervis Bay and only a 2 hour and 45 minute drive from Sydney. Seahorses is the perfect house for families of all sizes or even couples wanting a quiet relaxing private getaway. With a short 3 minute (200 metre) walk to the famous white sands, you can enjoy the crystal clear turquoise waters of Jervis Bay.
The house is an open plan living design with modern furnishings. The upper level has four bedrooms , the main bathroom and an ensuite in second bedroom. The lower level has two bedrooms .
- Bedroom one has a queen bed with built-in robes.
- Bedroom two has double bed with ensuite & built-in robes
- Bedroom three has two sets of bunks (sleeps four).
- Bedroom four has two single beds.
- Bedroom five (lower level) has a double bed with built-in robes.

The open plan living area contains a fully equipped spacious full-sized kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave and coffee machine. The dining area and main lounge area and second living area leading out onto a generous balcony where you can relax overlooking the tranquil backyard with some bay views.
The main lounge area contains a 55inch 3D TV, DVD and bluetooth speaker. The second living area (ideal for kids) includes a TV and Xbox 360 with Kinect. There is reverse cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort.
The large front balcony area with a garden setting is perfect for relaxing with a wine, watching the sunset or just reading a book.
The downstairs area is a large entertainment room with bar, pool table, TV, table tennis , bar fridge and air conditioning. This overlooks a well-established secure fully fenced yard with gas BBQ and outdoor setting perfect for outdoor entertaining or relaxing.
Adjacent to the sixth bedroom, on the lower level, includes a small kitchenette with additional shower.
Also on the lower level is a laundry with washing machine and toilet with ironing facilities.
There is a drawing desk for children with pencils and colouring stencils along with board games and activities.
The property also includes a secure lock up area for your outdoor items such as your bikes or surfboards.
For the pet guests there is a trampoline bed, bowls and pooper scooper.
Our house is located in a quiet residential area and have a clear no-party policy. We do not offer the house as a 'party house' and your reservation may be cancelled for excessive noise, especially after 10pm at night. (forfeiting your security deposit)

This is the second time my friends and I stayed at Seahorses, and again it was a totally relaxing and enjoyable stay. The house is comfortable and well appointed, with lots of amenities to ensure a great stay. The location of the property is also superb, minutes walk from the pristine beach.
We will definitely return to Seahorses, Trudy and Iain are very welcoming.

It was a wonderful time, the location was ideal. Close to the beach and the layout of the house was ideal for my group. We loved the pool table. It was very clean. Would highly recommend to others. Thanks so much to the owner Trudi for her help before the stay. She was very helpful and patient.

We had a great reunion, and Seahorses provided an excellent venue. The pool table and table tennis allowed some fun rivalry, the beach is so close and walks down to the pizza place and coffee shop were very enjoyable. The kitchen/living area gave us all we needed for some fabulous meals. All in all it suited the 12 of us very well. Thanks to Trudi and Iaian for letting us stay there.

The house was extremely clean and well presented and well appointed. And it was a gentle easy walk to the beach. The pool table and table tennis table were great in the middle of the day and the outdoor area wonderful

As a group of 8-9 friends in the 45-60 age bracket this is a great house for us. Close to the beach, a comfortable amount of common space, plenty of bedrooms, a good kitchen for cooking for a group. The owners are very responsive & wonderfully helpful.

Great beach house for multiple families
Very spacious, comfortable and clean with many things to entertain in the home and the spectacular Callala beach just around the corner. Stayed with the grandparents, my sisters and their families (7 adults, 5 kids aged 5 to 11 in total) and all enjoyed the house and holiday. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Property & hosts, can't be better!!
We really did enjoy staying over the Easter Holidays. It was nice & clean, has plenty of rooms and facilities for 4 pairs of husband & wife celebtrating 10 years of friendship.

Fabulous place!
What a great place to stay with all essential things in and a bit of luxury, a lot of comfort, spacious, functional, lots of entertainment indoors [just what we need for a poor weather], endless fun from within. Nothing we can complain about, it's almost spotless. Everyone had a great time staying at Seahorses. We truly appreciate the warm welcome given by the hosts Trudi & Iain. Beach getaway
We had a group of 9 plus 2 dogs, & everyone had a great time. All the linen & towels were supplied, & the house was clean & well taken care of. Even on a rainy day, there was plenty to do playing pool, table tennis, XBox or watching Netflix. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxed stay, with only a 3 min walk to the beach!

Lots of different spaces to accomodate extended family. Lots to do at the house with a pool table, table tennis, Xbox, multiple TVs. The location is fantastic - only a few minutes walk to the beach. Our fur babies loved the big backyard too!

Spacious, comfortable and clean...and near the beach!
It was really very nice and comfortable. We brought our parents, plus brother/sister and their partners...and kids stayed at another house. This place would have been perfect for kids as well...and as it turns out, pets welcome as well (although we didn't have a pet). Owners are great...very helpful, etc. Highly recommend!

Good kitchen, comfortable couches and spacious enough for a large group. The house was also in a good location and was a close walk to the beach. Pool table was an added positive.

Family getaway south
Had a great time at this property. We had extended family and there was so much space. We used every part of the property from the kitchen, lounge, games areas and the enormous yard! The beach was around the corner which was awesome. We had poor weather but it didn’t dampen our spirits we played games, and ventured out when the sun made an appearance.
It could do with some updating but it was certainly well maintained for an older house.
We would go back tomorrow if we could!

Wonderful house for 3 generations
Easy and great correspondence with the owner who was very helpful and accommodating. A few of us didn’t leave the house as the weather was quite wild but there was plenty to keep us entertained and happy. Lots of space for the adults, bigger kids and little kids (and furry kids). Fantastic Large Group/Family Accommodation
This is the perfect place for a large group or family looking for somewhere to stay down the South Coast.
Unfortunately we had rain the entire 3 days we were there, but there is more than enough stuff at the house to keep everyone entertained from kids through to adults.
We will definitely be coming back again, maybe in Summer next time to take advantage of the great loaction.

Lovely large home
This place was perfect for our two families to stay in. The kids loved having Netflix, the Xbox and pool/pingpong. And of course having the beautiful beach close by was amazing! I totally recommend this home!

Seahorses should be called Winx or Black Caviar
We wish Seahorses was our place. It is ideally situated (short stroll to beach) in a lovely quiet area. The property itself is very impressive, easily caters for a large family (10 of us ) and is full of features - bar/pool table/table tennis/cards, balls, games etc. It was particularly pleasing to have all the game stuff well presented and complete -bats, balls etc. Our overall impression is that the owners really care that their visitors have a good time and really enjoy their Seahorses experience.
The only slight disappointment was that after being initially excited at the sight of a spa bath that it could be used as a tub only.
Apart from that we had a lovely time and would recommend this property to anyone wanting a beach stay.

Seahorses a great stay
We loved our time here. The bushfires were happening close by and we had a visit from emergency personal to set us on alert, but everything turned out fine and we had our full time there. The house was very cleverly thought out with some lovely little touches. Thanks for the Christmas tree and goodies Trudi, a very nice thought. Easy access to the beach is a real plus. I would stay here again with no hesitation.
