Beautiful and relaxing stay, thank you very much

Beautiful location, natural driveway and lovely tree surrounds. Mostly quiet. I liked that we could check-in using a code instead of key.

Paint peeling around the shower. I think the fan wasn’t working. TV was a bit old and hard to screen share an iPad to watch movies from streaming services. not many cooking facilities like a portable stove even would help.

Basic older type motel but good value for an overnight stay

Basic, clean, everything needed for on overnight stay

They use an electronic pin which worked fine but I wondered what would have happened if you arrived late and it didn’t work 🤷‍♀️

It was clean. Staff were helpful when we called about a late check-in.

Its a basic room, very small for 3 beds and the bathroom is tiny with the basin in the bed area. It didn't look like the photo on the website. We arrived late and the kettle didn't work. It was extremely windy and the door rattled all night despite having a chair pushed up against it, the blinds don't provide much of a coverage. It's ok if you just want somewhere to sleep and get out early.

Cheap motel on the highway - value for money.

Motel Melrose is a cheap motel located on the highway although there was not much road noise. The rooms were clean and tidy, the bed large and comfortable, the shower was hot and the heater worked. Value for money.

The walls are thin so we did hear our neighbors talking non stop next door at 5.30am while they got ready to leave.
