Pleasant stay, Affordable price

1) Very decent hotel suitable for family, price is affordable and worth it. 2) Rooms are well maintained and clean. 3) Courteous and friendly staff 4) Efficient service - any issues are fixed promptly 5) Good location, very nearby Krishna Gana Sabha and nearby shopping places I was supposed to stay only for 2 nights, and move to another hotel. However I was very happy with the hotel and decided to extend my stay in the same hotel. I stayed in the suite, very spacious room with a living room in it as well, suitable for family with kids as there is ample of space. The manager Mr Ravi and Mr Anand (i think, cant recall exactly) were very kind and flexible in managing my request. Mr Hari's hospitality is simply amazing, he really makes one feel at home with his warm and charming personality. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend this place.

What could be improved is the breakfast variety. They have vada, idli, dosa, upma, bread butter jam etc coffee tea fruit juice. Good to have different variety on different days.

Paid so much but the room was very small .. service was good.

Breakfast only very few but was nice.

The management promise to provide car to airport but didn't do so..and the standard room rate was 4000 rupees.. never fulfilled the promises..

Very clean hotel located in an ideal location.

Very clean. Excellent room. Extremely courteous staff. I really enjoyed the room I was staying in!

I honestly did not like the breakfast. I stayed for four days and it was the same breakfasts every day. I decided to go to a nearby restaurant to eat my breakfast.

Rude hotel staff

the location was good. You could easily reach the shops from the hotel in 5 minutes by tuktuk.

When we arrived at the hotel to check in, there was a gentleman at reception. As in many previous reviews on Booking.com, I confirm that the gentleman was very rude and disrespectful. We wanted to pay with credit card and he said that it was only possible to pay with cash. On the last day at check out, another gentleman was sitting at the reception and we asked him why it was not possible to pay with credit card, but he said that it was possible. The information is not transparent and therefore I do not recommend the hotel. The bathrooms were also very sparsely equipped. The water was always slightly yellowish and somehow you had the feeling that the water was not clean.

Pleasure stay recommended for business travellers

Overall the experience was excellent. the location is very convenient to travel other parts of the city. Staff behaviour starting from room cleaning person, room service, breakfast incharge and service person, reception all are well mannered and make sure that i didn't have any request open. Wide variety of breakfast served with love. I went 2 hours earlier than my checkin time. i was given a room in 10 min to refresh and get settled. In the evening, i was given the actual room i booked once it was well cleaned. AC was very clean, bed linen, sofa etc.. all are maintained stain free. the only suggestion i could give them is to provide hair dryer in washroom. Otherwise, nothing to complain.

The place was ok but bit pricey considering the rooms are small....what we are not please is the behaviour of the staffs...not friendly and not accomodating. When we require for an extend to stay for few hours and willing to pay extra...we were given the answer no,not caring whether we got anywhere else to go....they are not people friendly or tourist care at all.

Poor standards and not recommend for a solo traveler like me to stay there

Start from the beginning - the name given in booking.com is different from what is in hotel Saravana Hotel. The reception staff who welcomed me was a bit rude and unfriendly. The guests staying here get takeaway food and leave dirty plates in the corridors. When walking through the corridor you feel sick with the food smell. The place is not clean, I asked for iron but was told I can use their ironing room which was very dirty. the toilet was Okay but no shower horse only a bucket. beddings - appears not clean morning breakfast was offered - I understand the food was a takeaway service from home cooked. No idea who cooked this food and was unsure of hygiene - so I did not eat though it was included in the price.

Superb

Very modern clean en suite room with great TV reception. The view out of the window was relaxing and a very efficient room service. The breakfast provided a wide selection including omelettes and great coffee in large quantities. Location-wise, it was a short walk from a good selection of supermarkets, Forex, restaurants and of course the super-modern Metro.

There was very little not to like.

Disappointing

I did not appreciate the welcoming staff at the front desk. They treated me very rude and performed various extra security measures that were very uneccesary which ruined my trip. He wanted cash right as I entered and didn't allow me to pay after my stay, then he took a picture of me claiming it was for security. These measures felt extra and I felt very uncomfortable throughout my stay. He was at times very hostile and raised his voice several times.
