Located opposite the entrance to Herculaneum. Decent breakfast included.

Le confort intérieur de l hotel
L emplacement, le parking a 300m, le bruit extérieur, le fait qu on ne se sente pas en sécurité dehors

The location was fantastic for visiting the ruins. Not much to do other than the ruins in the area but pretty close to the train station and Naples is about 15mins away. We arrived earlier than expected and the staff was very accommodating.

Very nice and helpful staff with an incredible knowledge about the nearby sights. Beautiful rooftop terasse.

Breakfast was very good, clean and very good location.
We didn't like the fact that we paid almost 100 euros for a tripple superior room which was advertised with a lot of natural light, and we ended up in a dungeon-like room that had a window, even a balcony, but absolutely no natural light in it because it is in between two buildings and had some fake plants that completely block the light.
When we went to reception to talk about it, they were quite rude, and said, "Even if we want to move you, we don't have space". I consider this false advertisement because it cannot be that there is same price for a room that is on the photo with big beautiful windows and a lot of light, and the one we got. I wanted half of the money back, but they just ignored us and said they will say that to the director of the hotel. I also sent a complaint to booking, but no words from them.
I am attaching the screenshot of the reservation we made, and then how our room liked like in reality - we had to have lights on during the most beautiful day. A "beautiful balcony" as they present it, with no light, with airconditioning exhaust coming out, so we couldn't even open the windows to get fresh air.

Close by the entrance of Herculaneum (across the street).
Friendly staff
Breakfast was good
The room was outdated. The bedcabin was hanging loose. The minibar was a empty refrigerator that made a lot of noise and the shower was almost hanging loose. Also some hair of the previous gast was still on the floor of the shower.
In the room you could also hear the hallway and the bathroom sound

Only thing good about this is it's next to the ruins but would not stay longer than 1 night.
The area around it was horrible. Nothing going on in the area. Got a nice garden but no bar or restaurant so it was a bit pointless. No place to sit in the sun. One pizza place across the road that was nice but rest of the town was a bit off putting. Room was very average. The shower was broken and very worn out.

The location was ideal, easy walk from metro station, and directly opposite herculaneum site entry. Staff were so kind and helpful. Beautiful rooftop terrace for byob. Plenty of eateries within a door or so of hotel. Great selection of pastries, coffee, yoghurt, cheese etc for breakfast. We loved seeing all the real Italian lives going on in the town too.

Staff is great - always willing to help. Location couldn't be better.
Superior room is an oversized closet! No room amenities, for example, tissues.

The location is directly across from the Herculaneum. Beautiful location, and great food around the area.
The hotel is an average one, and is a bit run down.

The location is right across the street from its namesake.
The area is a bit “gritty”, but that’s true for a lot of Naples.

Good location directly opposite the entrance to the ruins. A couple of good cafes around the corner & excellent pizza across the road. Staff were very friendly & helpful.
Room was very basic and quite loud at night - there was only a sheer curtain over the window so no sound or light were blocked out.

Its a good location to go to pompeii. Between Naples and Amalfi.
Big review but hopefully its useful.
- I read in advance to booking some reviews saying that the pictures didn't match and i didn't take them seriously, however, the hotel is clearly in a much worse state than advertised. Dirty walls and furniture that clearly need maintenance.
- the pipes are full of calcaire and clearly need maintenance, this made it hard to get the shower to regulate properly, either being boiling or freezing.
- the cleanliness was okay (to be nice) the floor left our feet dirty and had some prior hairs. The towels for the bath had a smell like they were in a humid environment for weeks.
- the rooms don't have a proper locking system so even if you are in the room, staff can enter. This wouldn't represent a problem if we had at least a "do not disturb" sign. Since there wasn't one we could hear the cleaning staff knocking on every door to check if they could enter. It left me wondering what would happen if we were taking a shower and couldn't hear them :) (or simply sleeping).
- the location is very nice for visiting sites but it doesn't feel very safe, specially at night.
- the parking is 10€ per night and its still some minutes walking, so not the best if you have heavy luggage.
- the breakfast in our case was included but if it wasn't, i wouldn't pay not even 1€. You need to book the day before the amount of food you want and at what time. The first morning we went for the last time available and it was the worst experience. We had booked 4 small breads and not even one was left. The system of the breakfast is self service/ buffet and the staff only fills it in the beginning of the morning so if you book 1 bread for the last scheduled time, chances are that someone else ate it already. In our first morning we didn't even find cheese or cold meats, everything edible was gone.

good location, nice view from dining area, nice social area, hotel reception nice
Our toothbrush mysteriously dissapeared! (we got a replacement, but still, very strange indeed)
Poor breakfast! Staff not too helpful.
Our room was next to social area, and the soundproofing is not the best.
