Patrizia and Andrey welcomed us and showed great hospitality from.the first moment. Lots of local tips and recommendations served to us. The location is great in the middle of Napoli centre and attractions on the Amalfi coast.

Robert and Patrizia are the best hosts I met so far. The house is at the bottom of Vesuvio with beautiful view of the harbor. The local restaurants around is amazing, unlike those tourism places in city center.
It is a bit far from the station. However Robert and Patrizia offered help to station.

There is no negative things with the hotel.

Superhost Roberto, with great tips for visiting beyond the usual (such as Villa Poppea); great location to visit Pompei, Vesuvio and Napoli by train!
4.5
The friendly, chatty and extremely welcoming attitude of the guests.
The breathtaking views from each of the room's balcony.
Nothing. Everything was spot on

Patrizia and Roberto live downstairs from the rented unit, and they were very friendly, helpful and acessible during our stay. The location is at the foot of Mt. Vesuvius, and on a slope overlooking the Bay of Naples. It is about 15 km south of Napoli, and adjacent to the town of Torre el Greco.
It has a gated parking lot, keeping your car is a secured place.
The location is very convenient for access to shopping in Ercolano and Torre del Greco. There is a nice restaurant within 1 km walking distance. For driving, the Autostrade ("A3") main north-south highway going south from Napoli is just 2 minutes away. It is about 45 minute drive to Salerno and the beginning of the Amalfi Coast. You can drive up Mt. Vesuvius free (if you don't plan to park up on the mountain).
Patrizia and Roberto know the area very well, and were helpful to planning our day trips.
The included breakfast was a chance to socialize with the other guests at Villa Patrizia and with our hosts.
Roberto is fluent in 4 languages (Italian, English, French, Spanish). Patrizia is very conversational in English.
This is only relevant if you drive a car. Free parking is very rare in this region of southern Italy.

Everything. The room was perfect, view from the balcony was awesome. Good breakfast. Free parking spot!
Sometimes it was a bit complicated to get hot water in shower, I had to wait. But it's a tiny thing.

Great place run by great people. The atmosphere they create makes us feel like the most important guests there. I recommend it with all my heart.

The accommodation was located in a residential area on a hill overlooking the sea. The room was nicely furnished, the bathroom was blue mosaic, there was a small balcony with a table and a view. Breakfast was rather continental. From the accommodation there is the possibility to take the train to Naples, we recommend to drive to the stop. Furthermore, Vesuvius, Pompeii or Ercolano are also easily accessible from the place. The receptionist was very nice, she advised us with everything. Covered parking was easily available in the courtyard of the accommodation.
It was quite a walk to the town centre or shopping and then back up the hill. We recommend to go by car.

Very spacious and characteristic villa. Our room has a simple kitchen and a balcony overlooking the sea. The host warmly introduced the surrounding information to us. It is very convenient to go to the volcano, the ancient city of Pambay and Capri Island from here, but it is recommended that you must drive, because walking will be inconvenient.

Room was really comfortable, and bathroom was quite big. Host was very friendly and even offered us a free ride when he heard we came by train with backpacks. Breakfast was small but tasty. Definitely reccomend.
From train station you have to take 20-30min walk up the hill, but it was not a problem on check in day as host gave us free ride.

Villa Patrizia was one of our best places to stay over night during our trip through Italy. The owner Roberto was super kind and communicative which made it even more interesting and awesome. From there, you can easily go to the Heraculaneum as well as the Vesuv and a part of Napoli.

We booked this for an overnight stay on our way back to end of our trip. Villa Patrizia B & B was a wonderful stop, wish we could've stayed more! The triple room, Ischia, was lovely. The bathroom was great, with great shower water pressure. The air conditioning was super, considering we were in the middle of a heat wave, much appreciated. The breakfast was awesome, with a variety of homemade pastries, potato frittata and hard boiled eggs and fruit, just to name a few. The top reason though, were the hosts, Roberto & Patrizia! They were knowledgeable and so helpful. I had a knee problem -Roberto brought my luggage up to the room. We enjoyed great conversation at breakfast. They really made it feel like we were in a home. To note, there are quite a few stairs to get up to the place, which was in the details, but I didn't read. Not a game changer because Roberto was so helpful. It was great to have enclosed private parking for free. The view was pretty cool. Since it was at the base of Vesuvius, it was a bit of an uphill climb, but we had a rental car, so it was not an issue. Lower down and you wouldn't have had a nice view of Capri and Ischia in the distance. Thank you Roberto & Patrizia for a wonderful stay!
Not much- it was a nice overnight stop.

Very good room with nice view on the golf of Naples, Sorrento and Capri. Secured parking and friendly and helpful owners. Relaxed check-in and check out. We had the choice to have our breakfast at our balcony..who can deny such thing?

the host! the view from the balcony, that we could leave our dog while going out

It was ideally located to visit the excavations at Herculaneum and Pompeii. Maria was an excellent host and made us feel very welcome. We didn’t meet the owners in person, but they were available at the end of the phone for all the information we needed. The air con was very welcome and very effective. We also loved the view from our balcony.
We think there must have been a bin strike as the street to the Villa was full of over spilling bin bags which spoiled the approach to the Villa. However, once on the property, everything was lovely, clean and tidy.

I liked everything about Villa Patricia. The owner is helpful and friendly. The room is large and comfortable, and the breakfast is tasty and filling.

Everything! Seriously, I'm still pinching myself, was this real? The couple running the B&B are wonderful people: super friendly and genuine, yet invisible except when you need them. The view of the bay of Napoli from the balcony... Mama Mia! The wood finishing of the room, the classic decoration, the amazing bathroom. And location! A stone's throw from Pompeii, Herculaneum, and Vesuvius NP, with Napoli maybe 20 minutes away... I would not mind calling this place my home. Not at all.
I only stayed one night :)

I've never seen hosts that care more about their customers than Robert & Patrizia. The breakfast was good, abundant and varied on a day-to-day basis. The view was extraordinary from our room.
The location is very hard to reach if you don't have a car. You will need to walk up Mt Vesuvius for about 25 minutes. The nearest town (Torre del Greco) is not a touristic town.

Even though we came pretty late checking was no problem. Parking is possible directly at the property. From our balcony we had a terrific view over the whole bay of Napoli until Capri. The owner gave us a lot of directions and tips for restaurants. Ideal spot to go to Pompeii, Ercolano or Napoli.
The town Torre del Grecco is a bit in decay and seems a bit poor. Also because of COVID-19 we had to take the breakfast in our room, so they served packed, dry breads with nutella and some yogurts. We don’t know if this is the usual breakfast, but seemed a bit poor.

The host was very friendly and welcoming, we had a nice parking space in the shade for our rental car. There was fresh fruit in the room and an amazing view from the balcony. The shower was great.
Nothing. We had a great stay!

good location. private parking. good breakfast. good communication. I had no issues. I stayed only for one night. Location relatively close to the airport (15 min if you don't miss highway exits).
Close to Vezuviu park.

I really loved Roberto, he is such a nice person and even pointed out places to eat in the area when I was hungry for dinner. This place is fantastic and should stay here if you're nearby.
The only issues are minor, the road leading up was crowded and the water pressure in the shower was low. But other than those two very minor things I had a fantastic time.

Rooms came with Fantastic views with balcony and a private car park . Easy ride to airport.
The breakfast was supermarket bought and not up to par with other b and b experiences

Roberto is very helpful. Our family is traveling without car and our host pick up us at railways station and bring us directly to Herculaneum site without extra charge. It helps to save time under hot season.
Room was confortable, big, calm
and clean.
Best is to have a car to come here.

Everything, amazing room, beautiful view, quiet environment, safe parking for car, good breakfast and very professional and nice host, who gave us very good advice for visite and move around, I will come again for sure if I pass in Napoli 👍🏼
The stay was too short 😉

The host is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very large compared to other B&B's we have been to. We had adjoining rooms, one with very beautiful views of Capri. Breakfast was good with a good variety. The street is small, so having the pleasure of a secure parking is an extra pro!
