Amazing location! Friendly staff! Beautiful views!
4.2
I didn't like the fact that the room I got didn't have a sea view. This is not clearly stated on the website when booking.
4.2
check-in staff was phenomenal, very accommodating
4.2
The location is excellent, the staff were amazing, an overall great holiday.
4.2
The location and scenery are spectacular.
No provision for loadshedding.
I asked and was told the stove was gas. It was electrical.
I was told the braai/bbq was gas which it was, but you needed electricity for the starter to ignite.
Bedside lamps had normal globes not loadshedding globes.
Only one light for loadshedding.
No invertor.
No emergency lights on the staircase.
We had a garage that we could not open as the electric door did not have a battery.
Loo door needs to be fixed.
Glass frame in loo has come undone. Needs to be fixed.
Never told there would be no deepfeeze. Could not even have ice.
I asked if they had a Nespresso machine. I was given a random name. It was a Nespresso machine. You can ask for pods I purchased my own.
4.2
The location is good, a quick walk to the beach, stores and restaurants
The basic one bedroom apartment I was booked in had a partial view of the ocean.
4.2
perfect view and perfect locatio
theres nothing to dislike

Nice view
Not sure when last the carpets were dry cleaned, there was a terrible stinge emanating from the carpet in the lounge and the bedroom. The couch also needs a decent dry clean.
There was no bottle opener available.
The bathroom could have been cleaned better. The shower didn’t look like it was cleaned properly so much so that I opted to use my flip flops in the shower. The silicone is also very old and black and needs to be replaced. There was no toilet brush available. The water in basin stands for a long time and doesn’t go down easily.
There was no assistance available to help with taking my luggage down the steep driveway to my unit. It was quite obvious that I required assistance.
The led light was missing it’s battery so I could not use it during load shedding.
Overall the cleanliness needs to be improved.

view., comfortable .
I think check in needs more of a personal touch. Having stayed at a number of places this trip it makes a difference to the experience.
4.2
the heated pool, and spectacular view of the ocean.

The view from the balcony is spectacular.
Cape Town is very windy. The door in the bedroom leading onto the small patio did not close properly and the noise from the wind made it difficult to sleep well. I would have expected the door to be "windproof" seeing though this is a real issue in Cape Town. This is also a 5 star rated apartment and would have thought that a backup battery system would have been put in place due to all the load shedding....the Lions Eye next door, which is part of the hotel group, had a backup system.....

the location is great overall.
the one bedroom apartment doesn’t have the views that are portrayed on the website. At least it’s confusing when you see the reviews and the picture. double check because for the one bedroom we didn’t see the value for the money paid which was disappointing. Also the safe didn’t work after I requested help.
4.2
The view an location
Back up power since it was constantly load shedding
4.2
Location
property didn’t pay attention to their details- especially water leaking under shower floors ,
twin beds were not separated as requested
3rd bedroom only has wooden blinds -light shines in at night
4.2
It has the beautiful ocean view.
The bedding and pillow cases were dirty. Towels are no longer white cause they are old . The furniture looks dilapidated, kitchen utilities are old. Air conditioner is not even working. When we checked in at 5pm our apartment was not ready. There's nothing luxurious about the place so it was not worth the money that I paid.
4.2
Great great views and good space, the place was spacious and really well located. Staff was really really helpful
We traveled with family and planned to have dinner cooked at the villa, kitchen crockery and glassware was not enough. Also used to villa's having some board games available.
4.2
The staff were helpful and assisted to use the main freezer as there was not one provided in the apartment, only a mini fridge.
There was no washer/dryer in the apartment as it suggested, the under floor heating and towel rack did not work, and a number of lights in the apartment had loose connections going on and off.
4.2
The best view of Camps Bay. The best staff and hospitality 👌👌👌
4.2
The views were spectacular. Everything was beautiful. Really worth the money.
Nothing to dislike or complain about.

Cute apartment
The carpet in the bedroom smelled badly. Like it was wet or a pet had soiled it
