This three bedroom, 2.5 bath vacation rental is the perfect spot to enjoy your Adirondack Vacation. The entry level has the first bedroom with 1 Queen bed and fireplace, den with flat screen TV, laundry room and full bathroom with a standup shower. The second level has an open kitchen, living room with gas fireplace and deck, dining room and half bath. The third level includes the Master bedroom with Queen bed, third bedroom with 2 twin beds and full bathroom. The unique three-level layout offers privacy to family members and is a short walk to the main street shops, restaurants, tennis courts, beach and ice skating rinks. Beautifully decorated, this townhouse has spectacular views of the mountains from the Master bedroom, living room and the deck.

Guests can access the house from the ground floor where there is space to drop and store your winter/summer gear. There is also access in the back of the house which opens up into the Kitchen/Living room area.

This townhouse is within walking distance of downtown Lake Placid. There is also The Lake Placid XPRESS shuttle.

The condo is spacious and accommodated us well. We were here during a hot week and the home doesn't have air conditioning. The ceiling fans helped but one is quite noisy. A couple of things could be updated. We had easy access to town and enjoyed the neighborhood. The owners are great.

This townhome is as spotless and very spacious. Great location. Only suggestion is to fix fans in upstairs bedroom and first floor bedroom- they were so loud they kept us awake so we had to turn them off. It then too hot to sleep.

Our family of 5 adults stayed 3 nights. It’s a great location close to Main St in Lake Placid and a short drive to Whiteface. It was very clean and we had more that enough room and everything we needed. Definitely recommend, and this is in fact the second time I have booked this - I stayed here with 5 friends last summer lacrosse tournament.

This property was perfect to spend time with my daughter, son in law and their 4 children. We slept in the basement where we had our privacy and our daughter, and her family were all on one floor. We had a great time at this rental and the views of the mountain with the sunrise were beautiful.

This townhome is close to town for ease of accessing all the Lake Placed and the surrounding area has to offer yet secluded enough to offer peace and quiet (and a beautiful view of the mountains right from the living room sliding doors!). The home was very clean, well-equipped (my husband loves to cook - two full dinners were prepared and we had all we needed to do so), and comfortable. It accommodated our group of 5 well and could have easily allowed for 1-2 more comfortably. Wendy and her husband were responsive and patient - I had to contact them twice as all the property access info went to spam (which I didn't realize until we got home from our weekend there!). We loved it and look forward to staying there again in the future!

We appreciated the privacy awarded by bedrooms being on different floors. We opened the window in the basement bedroom because of a mildew odor, though. We didn't need much and didn't use much, but this property and its location were ideal for our week-end visit for Oktoberfest.

We are returning visitors from NJ and this time brought family visiting us from abroad for them to visit LP for the first time. We all enjoy our experience and had a lot of fun. As always, the property was pristine and all my children and family visiting were amazed. We hope to return soon.

We enjoyed our stay so much we want to make it a family tradition everything year. The town house was very spacious, fully equipped, clean. The location was 5 min from town, very quiet. The property is comfortable, clean and conveniently located for a short walk to town and a short drive to Whiteface Mt. For skiing. It is a short drive from many of the best outdoor resources in the High Peaks. The townhouse is fully functional for cooking and has a laundry. For us it was the right walking distance to town for dining and shopping as well as the Olympic Center.

We were here for ski races in Lake Placid and got Wendy's condo for the coaches. It worked amazingly well with the bedroom situation and was a great space to cook and hang out in. Great location to the race venue. Would definitely stay here again!

The tri-level setup was perfect for the family. Video games on one floor, TV on the next floor quiet on the third floor. Great location walking distance to town and nearby good restaurant Lisa G's.

The foto's are accurate, but the house still is bigger in reality. Lake placid is a very nice and pittoresque place. Host is great and eveything was taken care of. We only stayed for two days, but we had nothing more to wish for. Kids liked the playstation and we liked all the references to the olympics.

This townhouse was perfect for what we needed for our stay in Lake Placid! Spacious and cozy! Plenty of room for 6 people! Plenty of dishes to cook with and you tube TV to watch! The balcony was nice to sit on at night as well! It was so quiet and the neighbors were friendly!

We really enjoyed our stay in this townhouse! It was so clean when we arrived and was in the most quiet and relaxing neighborhood. So close to everything we needed for our son’s baseball tournament and to spend some family time. Definitely will stay here again!

The property is close enough to main street to walk there. Coffee shops, restaurants also easily within walking distance. Neighbor hood was quiet. We did not use all the amenities within the unit but there were plenty of games to choose from. Would definitely stay in unit again.
