Nothing really...
The owner strictly required payment in cash, even though on the advertised property on the booking.com it is stated that the property accepts card payments. We had a lot of luggage and came from very long international trip so we have to look for the ATM in the area so we can withdraw the cash and pay for our stay. Of course, we were charged commissiln of 5 euro on the local ATM. When we finally find the nearby ATM (around 20 mins by walk) and pay for our stay, the male owner of the property was very intimidating and rude by saying to us: What took you so long? He rolled with eyes and turned his back to without saying anything.
Every morning the owner would woke us up early in the morning by constant shouting and yelling in front of our door.
When we were drinking the coffee in front of the room, he would come in front of
us and yelling something on the forreign language to the other person on the other side of the property (and that would continued, until we were eventually forced to stop drinking our coffee outside on the coffee table)
The room itself was very neglected and it looked like it was never cleaned after previous guests.
We were there for 3 days and we never received any clean towels or the toilet paper during our stay.
The bathroom door could not closed properly and when you in the bathroom you feel very cramped.
The area around the property during the night seems to be very dodgy and not so safe, esepecially for women.
Huge traffic noise, especially in the evening hours, where you can barely walk on the sidewalk that practically don't exist...
Overall, very intimidating and terrible experience with this property
3.5
Close to the shopping district/promenade.
Easy to find, welcoming staff.
Kettle and stuff for hot drinks provided in hallway
Soap and shower gel provided
Comfy bed
No natural light, the walls are quite thin so you can hear more than you'd like from other rooms.

clean and convenient location. facilities such as the fridge were very useful as was the air conditioner a must for the heat of the island.
helpful advice from the owner which saved me a couple of hours of waiting at the airport
would have been useful to have a kettle in the room however there was one in the communal entrance area so no issue really.

Very clean!
the music in the night is not convenient for age 45+

The place is located very centric to many bars, restaurants and the old city center. What you see is what get, so it’s very honest in its description of the facilities.
nothing comes to mind.

The patio outside is very nice with all these drawings and decoration as the name says: Zougla :)
I found one cockroach and there was a cleaner fortunate and kill it. Most probably from the aircondition.
One hairdryer will be perfect!

Location is very good. Owner is very helpful and looking after you.
3.5
simple room, with excellent desk for working, not too expensive
shower was good, which is always a plus for a room, and towels were good
really good that there was a small fridge
ambiance in the room is nice (cheerful mint green, and look and feel of village house because of open wall)
liked the little patio in the middle
i was satisfied with the room, which fitted my basic needs for the week very well. i do think that with a few small enhancements the experience could be better, which i stated below
- missing a bedstand
- access to wall outlet for phone near bed not very handy (advice: put a flat plug in there, with outlets for cables on the side so one can just plug in own cable)
- due to corona no real cutlery, i don't think one has anything to do with the other, and one real knife and spoon makes so much difference when youu want to cut bread for instance
- keys to room are very big, although giving a nice vintage look&feel, not very handy to carry in your pocket :-)
- bedsheets and blanket didn't stay together very well, so blanket would not stay on top of you easily. and with a loose blanket and a sheet, i always wonder if the blanket is washed every time, or if i am lying under (and touching) the blanket that someone else has sweated in the week before
- fridge could only be used partly because of missing rack (bottles easily fell out), and water constantly was on my food, which is not handy when you put opened things in the fridge
- put a hook on the wall for hanging your coats, but also some clothes (i like to put some clothes somewhere, not on the ground, that i will wear again the next day, either on a chair or on a hook, but i was using the chair for working)

Typical traditional house in a very convenient location. Theo was a wonderful host too.
Bathroom mirror would have been better without a cabinet behind it as it risked being headbanged.
3.5
quiet location
The room is very basic, simple and cold, the bathroom and shower are cramped. The bed sheet is very thin and narrow and it only covers a potion of the blanket. I was directly under the blanket when moved a little while sleeping.

This guest house is in a great location in central Limassol, has a kind owner, and is a good value for no-frills accommodation.
Part of the shutter on my room was stuck/broken and did not completely close, so at times there was light coming into the room or I could see people walking by. It wasn't a big concern given all the positives of this property, but hopefully they will fix it.

Great location (quiet but within walking distance to town centre), friendly owner who was very time-flexible, clean and comfortable room. There is a big parking for 3euro, but we usually didn't have problems with finding (free) parking by the street. Quite fast and stable WiFi.
4.5
Excellent location in the city center!
Value for money.
Host so friendly.

Theo could not have been more welcoming. it’s a really cute ground floor house with en-suite rooms around a court yard. It is amazing value for money and very central (next to Hero’s square and 10 min walk to the beach).

A bit of noise

I loved the location of the place as it is close to everything. The host is so incredibly helpful and kind. I fell in love with the garden area with the flowers and incredible mural on the wall.

The location was very convenient! You could walk to the shopping district between 5-15 minutes and there was no use of having a car. The owner was also very kind and polite and was happy to help with everything.
I didn't like the insulation of the room from the outside noise. I could hear my neighbors at night, the cars and music playing from near by taverns too and the stray cats running on the roof tiles. Also the door is so thin that I can hear people walking past my room or talking. The A/C and fridge were quite noisy so I had to turn them off at night, I kinda wish there was a ceiling fan available and a spotlight. The size of the bathroom felt a little cramped too but not that inconvenient and the room equipment was basic.
4.0
Clean, good location, friendly and helpful host
The glass-door of the room 1 needs kind of a real shutter, there was light outside the room and I couldn't sleep till 2.15am (when it was suddenly turned off)
