About this house rental

Beautiful split level 3 bedroom 2.5 baths open concept home with bonus play room for the kids. Main floor has two bedrooms and a master bath with a second full bathroom for the kids. 1st floor is an open area bedroom with a separate area for a pull out couch and large flat screen smart TV with Netflix included. The 1st floor bedroom includes a large king size bed and private half bath. The 1st floor garage has been converted into a bonus room for the kids. It is newly carpeted and walled and includes a futon bunk bed that sleeps three children. The home is on a dead end quiet and paved street. On site parking for three cars. Just a quick 3 minute walk along a private path at the end of the street to Long Sands beach. Includes washer, dryer and dishwasher. Large outside deck with gas grill. Full kitchen with eating area and sliding doors to outside deck. This is a year round house. Hot water baseboard heat. Sleeps 8-10. Cable in all bedrooms and living area. Two large smart TVs with Netflix

We've been staying up and down Long Sands theough the years, trying to find the best balance between beach location and walkability in to town. And with the kiddoes getting older finding space for everyone not to be on top of each other. This house was all of that, and more. We were communicated with leading up to our stay and during. We had everything we needed for a great vacation at York. The property owners were great, and we can't wait for next summer!

House is on private road with wooden lot next door so very quiet and private. The outside had a great deck and a firepit area to enjoy after being on the beach. There was plenty of room inside to spread out. Plenty of space for the kids to play in the downstairs area.

This house was exactly as described. We visited York for a family trip with lots of kids and the space was great for them. We were able to fit all 8 of us with plenty of room and lots of shower space for those sandy afternoons after the beach! The beach is about a 5-6 minute walk from the house, but the beach carts provided at the house made the trip very easy.

Excellent location, quiet street and short walk to the beach. Very comfortable and kid friendly as well. Linda and Paul are very quick to respond to questions. Only drawback was that it got pretty hot, but they supplied fans and sounds like they’re working on it.

Location was great with a short walk to bathhouse through a path! The home was very cozy with a nice spacious deck and nice fire pit. Stairs were a little tricky with 2 toddlers, but baby gates were available. Linda and Paul were very responsive and available at all times. Thanks for a great week!
