I had no WiFi in my room on the 4th floor

I had no WiFi in my room (which I had paid for). Told the receptionist and got a rude response and no willingness to sort it out / acknowledge it was a frustration.

Top Hotel in Top Lage 👍🏼

Zimmer für 2 Personen ausreichend groß . Großes Bad. Nettes Ambiente im Innenhof und das auch im Winter 🙂. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Personal supernett. Parken im Hinterhof war super. Frühstück qualitativ weit über dem Niveau dass wir von Hotels kennen sonst kennen. Und damit meine ich nicht die Auswahl die wirklich gut war, sondern die Qualität! Wir kommen sicherlich wieder. Und die Lage ist top.

Etwas hellhörig. Für uns aber kein großes Kriterium 🙂

Angenehmes besonderes Hotel in zentraler Lage.

Trotz der zentralen verkehrsgünstigen Lage konnte ich den Aufenthalt in einem sehr ruhigen Zimmer geniessen. Das Frühstück war hervorragend mit einer überraschenden Auswahl und interessanten Spezialitäten. Freundliche und engagierte Mitarbeitende! Das kleine Bad bot alle wichtigen Annehmlichkeiten.

Kleine Verbesserung wäre noch eine Lampe am Schreibtisch. Und noch ein kleiner stilistischer Hinweis: Aussen und auch im Entré ist hat das Hotel viel dunkle Akzente - das hätte man im Zimmer durchaus fortsetzen können: Mut zur Farbe.

Betten super bequem, aber lautes Partyviertel

Das Zimmer ist Top! Nur das Badezimmer ist viel zu klein geraten, man kann sich gerade mal darin 1x drehen. Und die Dusche nässt die Tür komplett durch, weil das Wasser Richtung Tür läuft. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, und alles ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. .

Keine Klimaanlage, weshalb es dann sehr heiß im Zimmer wird. Allerdings steht das Hotel im einem Partyviertel und mit offenen Fenstern kann man nicht schlafen an einem Samstag.

Comfortable, slightly quirky hotel in a good location , ideally served to explore Berlin

Our room was slightly smaller than I expected from the photos but very comfortable. The staff were friendly and the hotel had a nice ambience. We had breakfast there one morning which although well presented and tasty we felt EUR24 a head was a lot compared with other breakfast menus in the city

Lätt att trivas på detta mysiga hotell och perfekt med busslinje direkt utanför som tog oss direkt till Centralstationen

Väldigt mysigt boende med bohemisk men också fräsch känsla. Gillar hållbarhetstänket och inredningen, perfekt med sovloft där tonåringarna kunde bo. Väldigt mysigt att sitta på den lilla innergården på kvällen och dricka något gott och spela kort. Fria snacks som t ex popcorn till. Trevlig personal som gjorde jättegod cappuccino på frukosten!

Ganska varmt på rummet och i korridorerna, trots att det inte var jättevarmt ute när vi var där. Bra med fläkt på rummet dock! Synd också att det inte fanns kylakåp på rummet, det saknade vi som har ett barn med specialkost.

Σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε!

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ βολική, με στάση λεωφορείου ακριβώς μπροστά από το ξενοδοχείο. Είχαμε τον πιο ξεκούραστο ύπνο, με το πάπλωμα και το στρώμα να δίνει την αίσθηση ότι κοιμάσαι σε σύννεφο!

Nice hotel but needs modifications

We liked the decorations of the hotel lobby and the room. Hipster looking hotel with a touch of modern and eco friendly

First and most important the bed was so soft that we could sink in it. We slept very bad and the bed frame was very big we kept hitting our toes on the corners. Second. The bathroom… there was no actual curtains and just some type of material covering the door resulting in huge water flood on the bathroom we kept putting towels so we don’t slip out. I think some modifications the bathroom could be more comfortable. Also 24€ for breakfast! Just because is organic that’s a rip-off. Our last day in the hotel the cleaning staff were banging on the door every 5 or 10 minutes really early and kept waking us up.

PRECIOSA HABITACIÓN PARA NUESTRA ESCAPADA A BERLIN

La decoración y comodidad de las camas es excelente. Nos encantó la isla del bar con el sofá Chester, las escaleras y puertas antiguas, el columpio de la habitación muy divertido y todo lo que el hotel proporciona para el aseo es de una calidad muy buena y todo ecológico. Destacar que la parada del bus está en la puerta del hotel y te comunica con muchos sitios importantes.

Me pareció muy caro el desayuno a 24€. Y por decir algo , en la habitación pasamos calor por las noches.

Beautifully decorated, eccentric hotel with exceptional staff.

Characterful hotel, with quirky decor and incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Our room was tiny, but we loved the swing, balcony and loft bed. Food was exceptional - do have the delicious lentil soup. Buffet breakfast was excellent - especially the vegan porridge and local bread. We hired top quality bikes from the hotel for a fantastic day exploring Berlin.

Our bathroom was so small you could not close the door without standing in the shower! We loved it, nevertheless, especially the wonderful linen towels and great eco-toiletries.

Оригинально оформленные номера. Очень атмосферно. Всей семь понравилась качель, это прям магнит который тянет всех.

Ресторан при отеле не понятное заведение. Цены завышены, но это ладно. Блюда настолько не вкусные и не для ресторана. Ресторан разочаровал.

A great stay in a cool hotel in a brilliant location near Postdamer Platz.

We love the eco values of the hotel, the communal areas, the swing in the room (Kids loved it!) and the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was very good with a nice selection of food. The location is great! There are some nice restaurants very close to the hotel.

the bathroom was tiny - if you were a big man it would be difficult to physically get in it. It could be easily rectified by having a sliding door on it.

Disappointing. We chose it after a wonderful stay at 66 Guldesman in Copenhagen which was very “skandi” cosy with fire

Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt im Hotel in Ordnung, aber es gab aber ein paar negative Aspekte.

Der Stil des Hotels ist sehr schön und es war eine Freude, sich sowohl im Eingangsbereich als auch in den Zimmern aufzuhalten. Besonders begeistert hat mich die Idee mit der Schaukel im Zimmer, die meinem Sohn wirklich sehr gut gefallen hat. Es war ein tolles Highlight und hat unseren Aufenthalt noch unvergesslicher gemacht. Auch die zusätzliche Schlafmöglichkeit unter der Decke war für unseren Sohn super.

Negativ war alter Zigarettenstummel, den ich direkt im oberen Bett gefunden habe. Obwohl dies wahrscheinlich dem vorherigen Gast zuzuschreiben ist, hat es meine Erfahrung im Hotel etwas getrübt. Ich habe das Problem jedoch direkt an das Hotel gemeldet und es wurde schnell und gründlich behoben. Ein weiteres Problem war die Parksituation. Für Gäste mit viel Gepäck kann dies jedoch zu einem unangenehmen Erlebnis werden. Ich habe mich auch gegen das Frühstück entschieden, da der Preis dafür ziemlich hoch war und ich das Gefühl hatte, dass es für mich persönlich nicht das Geld wert war. Zur Qualität kann ich aber nichts sagen. In Bezug auf die Umgebung des Hotels war ich auch etwas enttäuscht, da sie abends einen leichten Touch von Rotlicht-Milieu hatte und somit für einen Familienurlaub nicht optimal war.

snidane byla dobrá, ale mela být v cene hotelu - hotel byl drahý, pokome velmi malé - na fotkách vypadají jinak protoze jsou foceny sirokouhlym objektivem - matoucí

malé pokoje, vysoká cena ubytování bez snídane, proc má host platit za parkování??? v nedeli na nás uz nebylo místo na parkování vůbec

room was fantastic for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers - staff very helpful and a very pleasant stay

The location is excellent for the sites we wished to see. It didn't seem to be in the nicest part of town so the hotel being as good at it was surprising given some of the places in and around the hotel were a little downmarket.

Disappointed and needs improvement on quality of hotel standard

It is an Eco Hotel Hospitality - we were not happy with the first room we were given and we were quickly offered two alternative options to choose from.

Firstly it was across the road from a strip club. When walking in the reception area is at a bar counter. Didn’t feel well looked after it like a 4 star hotel. Rooms were okay, bathroom not great. While showering the bathroom floor flooded and there was a make shift shower sheet as door cover. The beds & pillows were extremely soft and not that comfortable. The noise is minimal but Sunday morning people were leaving a club at around 8am, having an argument in the road.

Not as good as expected...

The Room, the swing, the eco products.

The room was dusty, TV was not working well, and the bed on the platform was very uncomfortable. The location was not ideal!! Staying at this hotel with family and directly opposite, they have 2 adult entertainment strip clubs. The staff were OK! Bit direct and seemed offish when talking to them.

Stylish and cosy oasis in the heart of Berlin. The loevly staff was amazing, helped with heating water for baby bottles and just really enjoyed looking after their guests! Great for couples and young families!

Exceptional

We enjoyed our stay in the family room with the loft. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The pillows and duvets were nice too, and I liked the style and design of the hotel, very nice.The location was walkable from the center, about 20-30 minutes.

The parking requires you to take a key and bring it back to the receptionist, and it looks a little sketchy, but all was good.

Great stay - wish I could stay longer

Love the general decor, super cute. The person who did the check in was super friendly. The room was adorable and the bed was comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. The toiletries are cool too. I didn't try the breakfast but it looked good.

One small comment - I needed an iron in the morning before I left, but there was no one at the reception desk, so I went back to try and call reception instead from my room, but as there's no hotel phone I had to use my mobile - gave up after twenty mins on hold. Eventually went back to reception and someone was there to give me an iron.

Room set up, decoration, free sweets at the entrance, friendlyness, swing in the room, eco friendly set up all around.

I wish they have another mirror outside the bathroom in the room. It is not negative feedback the room was great but more as a suggestion.

Nice design but poor value for money (extremely small room, uncomfortable bed)

The general design of the hotel is very nice, breakfast was excellent (fresh, homemade). Cosmetic products in the room were of very good quality. General vibe of sustainability is also appreciated.

The room was unbelievably small. The bed was way too soft -it felt like sleeping in a trench almost. Value for money is not great.
