Very quiet, relaxing area. Beautiful surroundings close to restaurants bars and supermarkets

Size of the living area. 3 bathrooms. Good sized bedrooms

Showers - the fittings are too old/poor to sustain the water pressure.

Garden apartment

Size of apartment very good. Pool great and local to beach.

Bathrooms need immediate updating. Garden needs attention as overgrown. Whilst sitting at dining table in garden leaves were falling onto table while eating. Only one key so not ideal for more than one couple. Bed linen not changed the time we were there although there was a washing machine but no change of bedding.

We love the property, location, where and how it’s situated, apartment complex was fantastic and just in few minutes you are at the beach. lovely!

Kitchen is a little outdated and one bed in small bedroom was broken almost for our whole stay.

Perfect location

Great location across from Beach and walking distance to cafes, restaurants,24 hour supermarket and larger supermarket. Secure complex with beautiful gardens and pools. Large apartment,very well equipped.

We loved everything about Elvira, we didn't want to come home, and everyone was so friendly

Absolutely everything you could wish for.. Right on the beach, shops close by, and bus stops taxi everything within a few steps

Not a Pearl.

I loved the area. As have been in White Pearl Beach 6 years in a row for 6 weeks each time. Same block H. But upstairs from this apartment right hand side. Bigger apartment double balcony. Had use of all linen in my friends place. I have copious friends here. Main bedroom bed very comfy. Beach 6 minutes walk. Wonderful to see Jose and Lenny at Perla Blanca beach & dine there. Excellent fish. 3 swimming pools. Top pool adults only. Beautiful flora, trees, birds. Security within the complex. Well maintained complex in general as in on the grounds. Microwave. Cooker grill all worked perfectly. All digital. Copious delph. Washing & tumble dryer machines. Hoover. Mop. 3 tea towels.

Air Conditioning that did not work. Broken chairs outside on patio. Chairs ripped. Plus holes in them. Smaller second room very uncomfortable beds. Mattress old springy. Lack of lighting. Small lamp broken. 1 lamp in room. No mirror in room. No bedside lockers. No attention given to this room. 1 pillow per person in each room. 1 bath & 1 hand towel per person. 1 sheet on bed for week also. Though stated on booking spare sets. Not the case. Main room no light bulb in side lamp. Curtain rail needs ti be oiled on runner as was stuck. Until my husband fixed it along with front room puller bar and curtain on rail. Little things need attention. A kettle or boiler as called that did not work due to loose wiring. Boiled water on. Cooker top. Smell in both bedrooms quiet bad. Been greeted first morning & 3rd morning in kitchen with Cock Roaches. Not what I'm used to. Fence shrubs scarce on front so being ground floor not so private. Anyone can climb in at end of patio area. TV in main bedroom. Did not work. No point in being there. No lifeguard on duty at pools due to time of season. Jacuzzi in main bedroom bathroom does not work. Take note. Pricing of apartment should have 120 included in price. Note to visitors 250 deposit in case of breakage. Given back on leaving. Ensure deposit for apartment is taken before your arrival. As I via talking with Renier was told via phone 30% would be taken to secure apartment. I agreed. To then find out it was not taken so had to give 300 when there from my monies. No place holds apartment for you from January 2018 until October 6th 2018. Strange. 🤔 I do know from years of staying at this complex there was a problem with this apartment. We travel twice monthly abroad and this was the most disappointing apartment of all.☹ Place as in area ideal.
