I am very disappointed from this hotel and I would not visit it again

Only the location was good. The food was ok.

The room was extremely small and not comfortable at all and didn’t matched to the room I ordered, the building was dark and looked like an Construction Site.

Good stay based on price.

Spa was good. Breakfast was ok, but not kept very clean. Location very good

Breakfast room. Table clothes always dirty, not replaced from previous use. Floor always had food on it. Constantly having to ask to bring items out that run low.

Banskoya tekrar gelirsem bu oteli tercih etmem

Gondolaya yakın, yemekler lezzetli, havuz ve ıslak alan kullanışlı.

Yemek çeşidi çok az ve hemen bitiyor. Yenisini getirmiyorlar, otel genel olarak temiz ama eski. 4 kişilik aile odasında kaldık, 2 kişilik olarak eski ve rahatsız bir çekyatı yatak olarak verdiler. Rahatsız olarak uyuduk.

Nice hotel with good facilities in Bansko

Good position in town, less than 10 minutes walk from the Gondola. Good sized twin- bedded room . Good to be able to adjust heating settings. Good variety of hot and cold options at breakfast, with freshly made Belgian waffles available. Evening meals had good selection of salads, and reasonable selection of hot courses. The traditional Bulgarian food was very good. Desserts were less varied but nice. The Spa staff were very friendly and gave good massages.

Would be useful to have filtered water available at dinner as well as at breakfast, rather than having to buy bottled water. Reception staff were variable with their friendliness/ attitude.

Наложително е водата в басейна да се затопли. Поне до 28 градуса.

Swimming pool was great. The food was good. Clean rooms. Best location ever.

The room did not have air conditioner. I dont reccommend it during the summer.

Very nice hotel rooms, location and stuff. Not so good policy for saving energy (money).

I like the location the most. Also, the rooms are very well equipped with everything that you need.

I didn't like their policy to turn off all the saunas and you have to announce 30 minutes before that you are going to use them. There are 3 saunas and one room with hotbeds. Of all of them, only one sauna was working. On the last day, even that didn't work. I went to the reception and they said that would turn on the sauna. They turn on after 40 minutes and the sauna needs 60 minutes to reach optimal heat. This wasn't good since nobody has time to wait almost 2 hours for a sauna. I understand that they want to save on energy but they can have at least one out of 4 saunas always ready.

Not good with handling issues

- Location is great - close to many restaurants and (working in in the summer) supermarkets, and walking distance to the lift. - Indoor pool is nice, pool staff were very helpful and friendly - Breakfast was ok

TLDR: - We were accommodated in a smaller room that we have initially booked without being compensated due to technical issue in the room - There was (loud) live music after 10PM on Friday night. We heard it quite well on the 4th floor with closed windows. - There is no AC in the rooms, in case you are visiting in the summer. Long story: There was a problem with the electricity in the room that we were initially accommodated. It turned out that the problem is not easily fixable (we didn't saw a professional to check it, but it looked like something that cannot be fixed with a click), so we were offered a smaller room. We explained that we have booked bigger room, as we are with a small kid, so another smaller than the initially booked room was offered. The explanation that we got was "we have initially upgraded your room, and the prices of this one and the one you booked are the same". Quick check of the website of the hotel showed that this is not true, but as we were past the dinner time of the kid, we decided that we don't have 40 more minutes to spend in the reception.

Wellness centre clean and tight. The breakfast was also quite decent.

The hot tub is not matching the rest of the wellness standards, I'd expected something more larger

it was ok , because it was near the gondola and we went for ski . I don’t recommend it for spa or privacy / quiet st

the spa place was broken . nothing was working . neither the sauna nor the jacuzzi. and the pool was cold and the jacuzzi had dirty water . the children were too many and too loud

Exceptional

It is really close to the Gondola. It offers a convenient ski room where you can store your equipment safely. Parking price is 10 BGN per day which seems a good price (Gondola parking is 20 BGN per day)

The SPA is not the best one - most of the things did not work. However, the pool was decent.

Not a four-star hotel

I spent all of five minutes in the room and left immediately. Not a four-star hotel. Luckily The Kempinski found a room for me.
