Clean, welcoming, great breakfast.

Good breakfast, entertainment was fair.

Lack of availability of rooms, wifi extremely weak through out the hotel, within these modern times the internet is a must. Outside pool was freezing, indoor pool small and to rough for any small children.

We have already booked to go back next year!

We had a great holiday in a lovely hotel. The food in the restaurant was extremely good and varied although not as impressive in the pool bar, very samey. The room was large, comfortable and it was kept very clean. The entertainment was hit and miss, when it was good it was excellent but some nights it was lacklustre. All in all the good greatly outweighed the bad.

The hotel information didn't include how many steps there were between the reception area and the swimming pool. As my husband has some mobility problems it would have been helpful to know about them beforehand.

El buffet,el trato del personal,el acceso a la playa y las animaciones

La habitacion que nos dieron necesita una gran reforma,vieja y sobre todo descuidada. La cantidad de escaleras que hay para ir al comedor y el bar, son una locura, la cama y la almohada, super incómodas. La falta de respeto de muchos clientes Ingleses hace que dormir y disfrutar del hotel sea difícil, desde las 6:30 de la mañana, los niños corren por los pasillos,los padres gritan como si estuvieran solos y por las noches igual, en el bar muchos se descalzan y ponen los pies en los sillones que luego usamos todos y nadie del personal les reclama, es como una pequeña ciudad sin ley para ellos. Como sitio si estuviera cuidado y no permitieran todo lo que le permiten a ciertas personas sería un sitio genial

Ok hotel

The location is nice, and the pool and entertainment are ok. The reception staff was very helpful and professional, as did the restaurant staff. Overall, it is a nice hotel but maybe not to go back.

The staff serving at the bar pool and evening lounge could have been more professional and friendly (not to say rude), except for one lady who had a Spanish accent.

Achamos tudo Maravilhoso! O quarto com vista incrível, para a praia e piscina. A localização, perto de tudo e a praia super calma, com acesso direto do Hotel. A simpatia de todo o Staff, desde a recepção, ao restaurante. A comida com qualidade, todos os dias tínhamos pratos diferentes e variadade. Voltaremos certamente!

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable à Albufeira!

L’emplacement avec accès direct à la plage et proche du centre-ville. La vue imprenable sur l’océan. La gentillesse et la bonne humeur de l’ensemble du personnel. La beauté des extérieurs de l’hôtel, très bien entretenus. La belle et grande piscine principale. La diversité des activités proposées au cours de la journée. La propreté générale. La variété du buffet et la qualité des plats.

Rien. Avec un peu de rafraîchissement, cet hôtel mériterait très largement une quatrième étoile. Je tiens à démentir tous les commentaires négatifs que j’ai pu lire, il n’y a vraiment rien à redire. Je ne comprends pas les gens qui osent dire que c’est sale, que la nourriture est mauvaise, que le personnel n’est pas sympa, etc.. quand je lis certains commentaires je me demande vraiment si nous avons fréquenté le même hôtel..

Best value hotel I’ve stayed in!

The value for money was outstanding especially with respect to the breakfast and dinner deal. Views stunning too.

I loved everything. As an independent traveller who is trying to get around using local transport, it might have been good to have some directions via bus routes from the centre of town or from the bus terminal.

heerlijk all inclusive verblijf gehad voor een paar daagjes!

Ruime en grote zwembaden, voldoende ligbedjes om de zwembaden heen. Gemakkelijk toegang tot het strand, uitgebreide keuze in eten bij de buffetten en het eten was ook heerlijk. Erg vriendelijk personeel overal

De kamers zijn echt wel verouderd.

Excellent stay. Would highly recommend

Beautiful hotel right by the beach. Cannot fault it. The staff were brilliant friendly and helpful. We stayed all inclusive and the food was lovely with good variety. Entertainment was good. I would recommend this hotel for families

The bedrooms were a bit dated but they were clean and the sea view from your balcony was beautiful

Extremely disappointing stay.

Food was great & food service was great. Beach access great

Customer service, everything was broken, indoor pool disgusting and leaky ceiling, drafty rooms, dated hotel, draining the bathtub flooded the bathroom out of the floor vent. Not enough pillows or towels for 4 people, maids entered room when “do not disturb” sign up, had to put a deposit down for room key and pool towels, all inclusive drinks were koolaid mixes served in paper coffee cups

Albufiera is a beach vacation delight.

The location was in the middle of the locations making it convenient to everything. While at the heart of the tourist area, it was on a quiet street and off of the rowdy path. This was important with being with a younger child. I was worried about the clubs nearby but wasn’t an issue.

The facilities are a little dated, but clean. The room was updated. Wifi would have been nice in the room.

Not recommend, there are many nicer hotels in Portugal

The sea view was nice

Staff not friendly, food low quality, small selection of choices and not fresh, space at the pool not big enough for the amount of guests. All sunbeds always taken and “reserved” . Entertainment not great, the CD music was repeated many times. Beach Towels 10 euros each deposit and lots of documentation is involved, key for the room only one available, cost 10 euro , you can’t take 2 keys .

We had a very enjoyable stay and would not hesitate to return to the Auramar.

Spotlessly clean, all the staff work very hard. Lovely food with plenty of choice, we enjoyed all our meals.

There was nothing we didn’t like. Only minor issue was we were woken up around midnight by loud people playing snooker in the outdoor covered games area. We appreciate this was not the fault of the hotel but maybe something could be done to prevent it happening.

Perfect location, lovely staff, great value for money!

Perfect accommodation. Right next to a beach, has small indoor pool and big outdoor pool with an amazing sea view. An easy walk to the bars, they also have their own bus to take you to the town centre. Food is great, plenty of choices. Staff are lovely. They have shop in the hotel for bric a brac and souvenirs. They have plenty of restaurants nearby.
