It was lovely

The location of this hotel in Forio was great. Very walkable to many different places such as the port, town center and many restaurants. The staff was very kind, patient and helpful and there is someone there 24 hours a day which is really nice. The view from our room was beautiful. We traveled with our 2 children and the room size was perfect, they slept downstairs while we slept upstairs.

I wish their was a cool pool outside. Their pool is indoors and the outdoor pool is a warm thermal pool which wasn't great in the heat but the view from the thermal pool is lovely.

Breakfast is great. The view was spectacular. It is centrally located but also gives you peace and a quiet environment. It has a great view from pool. The breakfast was good and had a wide spread. I recommend the hotel to travelers.

Excellent 😊

The location is very good, near the central Forio means restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The view from the rooftop is very very beautiful, specifically sunset! The hotel stuff were very nice and professional.

This is my third stay. it’s a great hotel. The location is perfect and there is parking. Breakfast is very good with a good variety on offer. I will keep returning

The bed was a little hard for me but my husband had no problem.

I would recommend

Location - 5 minutes slow walk from the harbour. Overlooks the sea. Terrace on roof for chill, views and jacuuzzi. Friendly staff. Called a taxi to poseidon for us and volunteered to loan beach towels to take with us. Room just fine. Breakfast had a good continental selection.

Average stay

The location was good, the staff were friendly and spoke English, the rooms were cleaned daily.

The air-con didn’t work, we were told they don’t turn it on until July which made it very hard to sleep at night as it was hot. The rooftop was under construction so we didn’t get chance to use it unfortunately. I also found the mattress very uncomfortable. Although good value for money I wouldn’t stay again as the bad outweighed the good.

Netflix wasn’t available. Breakfast offered just a few healthy options.

Wonderful hotel, extremely clean rooms and exceptional staff! We also really enjoyed the roof terrace, the aperitivo and sunset.

Beautiful, would recommend!

They upgraded us to a better room with ocean view, it was amazing. The room was pretty, the view beautiful, the jacuzzi super relaxing. I never visited the pool. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was good !

It would be nice to have somewhere to get food or order drinks while being in the terrace.

Room was large and comfortable, with twin beds for kids downstairs and bed for parents upstairs, separate half bath upstairs. Location was an easy walk to port in Forio, about a mile to the nearest beach. Breakfast was excellent.

Room faced onto the road, and we had some traffic noise. Pool was indoors and very small.

Great staff and good location

Very good location and exceptionally good staff in the reception. They helped us with a lot of recommendations, booking boat trips and made reservations at restaurants. Nice pool on the roof.

Very hard bed and flat pillows, hard to navigate the AC - either very cold or warm

Loved it!

Everything was amazing about Hotel Nettuno, from the very professional and friendly staff to the location, rooms and all the facilities available at the property. Hotel Nettuno is a few steps from the center of Forio and around 4 minutes from the port. The solarium is an amazing spot to catch the sunset and relax. We had an amazing time there and I’ve fallen in love with their Caprese cake served at breakfast.

Would have loved if there were mosquitoes net at the balcony door.
