Nice hotel in Heidelberg

Nice clean hotel. Good breakfast and evening meal. Comfy beds, air con in room. Swimming pool and sauna. English movie and news channels on tv. Secure underground parking. 20 minute walk to town centre

One of the TOP Hotel which I have been!

The breakfast was very good, fresh and testy, everything what you only could wish. Cappuccino was perfect too. The room was big, clean, with a view on the river. Top location-10 min walk from main railway station. Definitely will recommend this hotel. Check-in and check-out was very fast, very friendly and high professional staff.

Terribile, inaccettabile, tutto surreale.

Sono poi le cose che non mi sono piaciute

Appena arrivato hanno richiesto caparra superiore a 4 volte il consentito . Mi sono lamentato con booking e dopo 3 giorni mi hanno dato ragione sia booking che l" hotel. Ho avuto un disagio dentro l" albergo per via della scortesia di alcuni addetti alla reception dopo le mie lamentele. Alla fine hanno provato a comprarmi con una cena e una colazione. Adesso proseguirò legalmente.

Das Frühstück war insgesamt sehr gut, der Kaffee mittelmäßig, frisches Obst, Waffeln, Omelett Das Bett war ok, großer Fernseher, ruhiges Zimmer, Klimaanlage laut aber funktioniert Massage im Fitnessbereich sehr gut und günstig

Das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen, Teppich mit Flecken im Zimmer, das Bad klein, dunkel, Waschbecken zum Austauschen, Badewanne sehr schmal, eine etwas größere Person passt nicht rein, für den Preis war ich von dem Zustand des Gebäudes sehr enttäuscht, was alles gerettet hat, war das Personal, selten in Deutschland ein so höfliches und aufmerksames Personal erlebt, im Pool extrem kaltes Wasser, von der Decke im Pool fällt der Putz ins Wasser, Aufzug direkt zum Pool und Fitness außer Betrieb, man musste zum Pool in der Lobby an der Rezeption vorbei, unangenehm

Wir waren voll zufrieden und haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Das Frühstücksbufett war wirklich klasse, für jeden etwas dabei. Wunderbar auch die Auswahl an frischem Gemüse und Obst. Selbst Veganer werden hier fündig. Sauna, Pool, Zimmer alles bestens. Freundlichkeit des Personals auch top. Auch der Fitnessraum ist wirklich gut ausgestattet.

Am ersten Tag haben wir etwas gebraucht um den Pool zu finden, diesen erreicht man über die Umkleidekabinen.

Ein sehr gutes Steak Restaurant. Haben mehrmals Steaks gegessen, und waren sehr zufrieden. Schön am Neckar gelegen. Frühstück vollkommen okay

Perfekter Kurzurlaub in perfekter Lage von Heidelberg

Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und bemüht alles für unseren Kurzurlaub bestens vorzubereiten und umzusetzen. Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage und wunderbare Aussicht auf den Neckar.

Die Poolsnlage war leider defekt, wir bekamen aber sofort einen Rabat für die Umstände. Also gerne wieder!

Gehobenes Hotel, teilweise in die Jahre gekommen. Leider fußläufig zu weit vom Stadtkern entfernt.

Super Frühstück (mit Koch der Omelette frisch zubereitet). Schöner Blick auf den Neckar. Fitnessbereich und Pool. Schöne Lobby. Zuvorkommendes Personal.

Ziemlich weit (zu Fuß) von der Altstadt entfernt (circa 30 Minuten). Das Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen (die Fliesen sind alle noch intakt, aber schon lange nicht mehr in Mode). Das Zimmer hat schon teilweise sichtbare Gebrauchspuren. Tiefgarage kostet stolze 25 EUR pro Tag.

Aufenthalt Heidelberg

Personal super freundlich. Lage des Hotels richtig schön. Essen sehr lecker. Das Buffet am Morgen sehr toll gemacht, tolle Auswahl und alles sehr frisch und Hygienisch super. Am Abend konnten wir das Grill Resteraunt austesten war auch sehr lecker, hier nur die Karte etwas unverständlich gemacht. Spa Bereich war gut. Der Barkeeper war richtig nett und ging auch persönliche Wünsche ein. Tolle Cocktails. Unser Vierbeiner hat sich auch wohlgefühlt.

Etwas ältere Ausstattung. Wir fanden es in dem Objekt zuviel Teppich. Leider teils auch defekte Fliesen im Bad. Im Spa Bereich allerdings nur 4 Liegen, dies ist für die Hotelgröße etwas wenig.

Das Bette war schön groß und auch die Zudecke. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und eine reiches Angebot. Das man bis 11:00 Uhr frühstücken konnten fanden wir besonders schön.

Das Bad war niocht mehr dan neueste. Die Badewanne mit Duschvorhang sollte durch eine Duschkabine ersetzt werden

Für eine Nacht OK, aber für den nächsten Heidelberg-Aufenthalt werde ich eine Alternative suchen.

Gute Lage und ausreichend Platz in der Tiefgarage. Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Das Grillrestaurant war wirklich sehr gut mit aufmerksamer Bedienung.

Mobiliar und Sanitäreinrichtungen sind in die Jahre gekommen. Vor allem die Matratze müsste ausgetauscht werden. Sie war sehr unbequem und nicht gerade rückenfreundlich.

Nice staff at reception that was able to resolve problems fast and professionally.

Swimming pool was closed! Hotel Management failed to inform guests pro actively. They just put a small note in front of the swimming pool room. The cleaning staff woke us up at 8 am. Removed soap on day two. Removed a glass without providing another one. The dresser doors were really loud and clunky. No coat-hangers on the walls. The Showerhead tube junction was leaking.

Staff were friendly on arrival. The bar staff were very professional and accommodating.

The swimming pool was out of use and was the main reason I booked the hotel.

Rooms really need updating. Friendly staff.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Quiet location with parking.

Water temperature in the shower fluctuated suddenly from hot to cold. Light switch broken. Room needs updating as old and worn. Having said that bed was very comfortable.
