We had a really good stay in the hotel.

Receptonist were very polite and helpful! Food at breakfast met our expectation.

Access to the garage was not really comfortable. View from our room was not that, it was however compensated by the view from the roof top.

Let down by very poor breakfast service

Room was clean modern with good overview of city. Reception staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Good location.

The breakfast service was poor. There was barely enough food out at any time during our 4 day stay. They were reactive in replenishing stock rather than proactive . This meant 5 /10 minute waits for desired foodon many occasions. Result of no clear leadership or direction. Also on 1 day they closed of an area when the existing space was full !! Shame because this badly let's down what is otherwise a very good hotel.

the location was great, walking distance to main attractions. the staff was super friendly and helpful, we were offered welcome drinks on our first night, which was nice :)

bed sheets had couple stains, which made it a bit uncomfortable, but overall the room and bathroom were clean and had everything we needed.

Very big room. Welcome.drink voucher offered for the.bar. The concierge offered us.on the house also the breakfast. Not too far from the old town. Parking facilities available at a reasonable cost.

Good hotel just outside the old center

A very good standard and modern hotel. Spacious and well equipped room. Staff were helpful and had good English. Roof-top garden. Bar.

The room was modern but with little character. The bar area had limited appeal although separate lounge spaces available. Location is about 200m outside the edge of old town and about a 20 min walk to the center. Expensive but maybe that’s Bologna!

A very comfortable hotel

The hotel is situated in a quiet part of the city, a 15 minute walk from the centre. Rooms are large and quiet, and everything is spotless. Breakfast is buffet style and reasonably varied. There is a bar that offers free coffee all day and free nibbles in the evening. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We cannot find fault with the hotel.

Very good

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The addition of a courtesy bus to attend the Book Fair was very appreciated. We had an issue with the shower and it was attended to quickly. The breakfast buffet was satisfactory but not quite as amazing as it looks in the photos on the website.

The hotel when you first arrive is looking a little tired but the inside is much better. The addition of tissues in the bathroom would help. We had no view from our room except over the air condition unit but the photos show quite amazing views so it depends on the room you receive.

Little gem

Staff were amazing, location brilliant a short walk from the city centre. Nice additional facilities such as the bar, gym, and roof terrace

Was a little disappointed at the size of the gym, would have felt crowded with more than 3 people in there, luckily it was quiet for our duration so this was never a problem. There is a playground opposite the hotel. We didn't realise our window was open and so we were woken up with someone skateboarding outside in the early hours a few times - until we realised to shut the window!

Excellent breakfast, the hotel is close to the center (10min walking) and the hotel staff is quite friendly. Our flight was delayed for three hours, and even though we got to the hotel at 3 a.m., the receptionist was really kind and had a good vibe. They give us a free upgrade to a room with a stunning view. I suggest you taste the restaurant's cuisine: excellent food. The rooms are nice, modern, and quite spacious and they are cleaned every day which is very good. I will definitely return to this hotel.
