Livello pulizia camere adeguato.

Room 212 beware!!! There is no air condition !!!! They totally knew but gave us this room it was horrible must have been over 36 degrees in the room! I got sick because of the horrible night! No sleeping !! At3am went to front desk to wake up the concierge and asked them for a transfer,,, Following morning we had to wait till 5pm to change room making out 2 night stay horrible! They did compensate us with a refund for one night and free lunch for 3 people!!! Should have been refunded for the 2 nights due to my mental anguish and lack of sleep

We as a family enjoyed the breakfast and lunch served on premise. We also enjoyed the beach chair and umbrella access. The rooms were spacious and the staff kept the rooms very clean for us. We all loved the female bartender who took care of the snack bar at the pool. She was delightful and made amazing drinks.
Overall the hotel was a bit run down, not a 4 star hotel. The pool was missing tiles in many areas and the pool tiles were dirty. No towels for the pool were provided. The entertainment was lacking and poor when there was any. The breakfast was not free like the booking promised. We were allowed only a few things on the menu for no cost. The night bartender was rude to my adult children and even ID them, they are 22 and 24, which in Europe is ridiculous.
We felt unsafe with all the vendors on the beach and we have experienced in other hotels where the staff discourages them from bothering guests.

The view and landscaping
Everything really. Main issue is that the hotel is very dated and the aircon needs an overhaul. First night was very sweaty and so we got no sleep, despite telling reception of the problem. Our son’s room was the same, it was obvious they had had many complaints before. Only after complaining 3 times did they attempt to blow out the filter. They make you pay the whole cost of the stay upfront, now we know why. Swimming pool needs an overhaul, many mosaic tiles are missing and green mould on walls. No beach towels offered, no soap in pool loos mens or womens, at 5pm “lifeguard” used petrol powered blower to clear a few leaves by sunloungers! And of course v loud music by the pool during the day. Breakfast buffet in a busy hall rather than outside, weird guy stops you helping yourself from a self service buffet!

The property was beautiful very well located on the beach
We took A room for four was very tight and AC was not working

Vicinity to the sea
The hairdryer in the room caught fire And the alarm did not go off.
We had to extinguish the fire. The small of plastic was intoxicating.
We had to insist on a replacement room.
I would never stay in this hotel again as In my opinion it does not meet basic health and safety standard.
No apology or attention from management.
We did get a free lemonade as compensation.

Excellent beach, pool and surroundings. Quiet hotel, good food, nice staff, fun animation, very good place for families with kids - everything is close by!
There are bird nests on the balconies and there is a lot of bird poop on the balcony…not the hotels fault but it was not nice to sit on the balcony with the poop

The pool was the best part of the experience, especially with kids.
Short staffed, with long wait times even to move the car from the valet parking. The "beach", which is basically just a 3mt deep strip.

We enjoyed the beautiful pool and the location of the hotel. The staff at the front desk was very helpful. Francesca and Jessica and all the others were great. No request was too much for them.
The bed was a bit hard and not too comfortable. The pillows were not comfortable.

Location, most of the staff
The hotel was good. If the specific problems that I explained was not happened for the selected room, the rate could be more than 9.
The staff was kind and tried the best to create a happy time during the stay.
My friend that was staying in another hotel, exactly near this hotel (since this hotel was full), joined some hours with me in the seaside. I informed the staff to pay for my friend, and they kindly told me there is no problem if your guest use your specific place in the seaside.
Dinner, bar, arrangements, reception staff
It was a disaster that the roof start leaking in the night and I forced to changed my room from 108 (with a sea view) to 204. After one hour, another room change from 204 to 504 (according to the problems that I prefer to not mentioned here due to the respect to the Hotel manager). Instead of enjoying my vacation, I was packing and unpacking from 10:30pm to 1.30am.
Unfortunately, during the check-out the staff was not consider the midnight change to a room with lowest price! While usually other hotels may give a discount, even 100%, due to the issue that happened! Of course, the person in the reception several times repeated, no need to pay 10euro for the last night parking. Of course, after I became a little sad because of this careless manner, I received back 20euro (from 255 euro) for the change to a room without sea view.
First: The guest was forced to bring the car (that was parked exactly in front of the hotel) to the inside of the hotel at 1 am to use it for moving his luggage from room 204 to 504!
Second: The guests are booking rooms with the price more than 250 per night, and buying three slice of pineapples about 7 euro in this hotel, so repeating no need to pay 10 euro for the parking is meaningless or rude.
Dinner: the staff was professional. But when guests are booking dinner, it is disappointing to pay for a bottle of water in the dinner! So booking dinner means guest should not drink even a glass of water! In this way, in the breakfast included, hotel can also ask payment for a coffee or tea separately!
Bar: The fruit dish (watermelon taste was like rotten).
When a hotel give a guest a used room during pandemic of Covid-19 (Room 204, that after 30min stays without mask I find out it was a used room, then they changed to 504), it means they are very careless about health of people. During the time that many people died by Covid-19, putting the dinner tables near each other with 1m distance seems a disaster.

The room was generously sized, immaculately clean. The swimming pool and pool area were also fabulous. We were very impressed with adherence to Covid-19 safety protocols. Temperatures measured at reception on arrival. At the breakfast buffet, temperatures measured and only staff were allowed to actually touch serving forks, so it was a served buffet.
We had lunch in the restaurant on the beach - again, very impressed not only with Covid-19 safety protocols but the food was absolutely amazing. The staff were great - would definitely recommend.
Nothing - apart from our rubbish map reading skills that made it a bit difficult to find ;)

The flow of the property was brilliant from our room to pool to beach, just amazing. Being able to move between the facilities easily to enjoy a relaxing time was brilliant at these difficult times. The staff were absolutely superb and did a great job in these difficult times. Ana was amazing, she did everything she could to make us feel special. On the night of my wife's birthday, Sergio was brilliant. Rosario was very professional, especially in these strict times and Salvatore was very accommodating, there was nothing too much, thanks guys.
There is little I can say that we didn't like, apart from the fact that I would love to have been there when there was no Covid-19 regulations. The only complaint was the size of the portions at lunch, they were a little on the small side.
