A fuir !

À fuir ! Je suis arriver le 18/08 aux alentours de 16h. En arrivant, la borne d’enregistrement en libre service ne fonctionnait pas. J’ai attendu plus d’une heure pour enfin m’enregistrer et accéder à ma chambre. D’ailleurs pour ceux qui compteraient payer en espèces, impossible dans cet hôtel. En arrivant dans ma chambre… surprise, elle était tres sale ! Et le « ménage » ( si ont peut appeler ça comme ça ) avait sois disant était fait. J’ai du alors refaire le sol, balais + serpillière ( photo ci dessous de la poussière que j’ai put récolter, et de mon eau après 1 passage dans la chambre… une eau juste pourrie ! L’appartement est insalubre, des traces noirs au sols ( en frottant elles partaient… depuis combien de temps le ménage n’a pas était fait ? ). Des traces dans la salle de bain, dans la cuisine. Je suis écoeurer… Heureusement que nous avions pris nos draps et nos serviette de douche je n’aurais pas tenter d’utiliser leurs linges… Première nuit, sur un clic clac avec un « matelas » pas plus épais qu’une feuille de papier LOL ! Pourtant la chambre a était réservé pour 3 personnes, mais l’ont ne peut pas appeler ça un couchage ! J’ai du demander une couette pour mettre sur le matelas pour essayer tant bien que mal d’ajouter une épaisseur… il n’y a pas non plus de couette pour le couchage de la troisième personne… un simple plaid très fin fournie. Ensuite ( oui ce n’est pas terminé ), l’appartement n’est absolument pas insonorisé. Réveil à 7h du matin par un groupe de jeune dans leurs appartements ( en face du notre ) qui se disputer pendant presque 1h… j’avais l’impression qu’ils étaient a quelques centimètres de moi. Les portes qui claques, les gens qui cours, qui crient… ont entend tout ! Ou suis je tombé ? L’hôtel est clairement laisser à l’abandon et ferrait mieux d’être fermé ! Pour 4 nuits j’ai payé presque 700€ … j’aurais préférer dormir au camping… cela aurait était largement mieux ! Courage aux prochains résidents…

ASQUEROSO , SOLO PARA NO ESCRUPULOSOS

Nada absolutamente, horrible la experiencia

Cero limpieza, ASQUEROSO, sabanas con arena, pelos y manchas amarillas, almohadas con olor al anterior visitante, nevera con restos de comida podrida de varios días, suelo lleno de pelos y arena , y resto de compresas en la papelera....y basura ,restos de comida...por la habitación, eso sí las toallas si estaban limpias. Es autochecking, no hay personal para poder reclamar, se ve que limpian una vez por semana, si tienes suerte y te toca que acaban de pasar o que el anterior cliente no sea un cerdo y que no tenga piojos, la suerte está echada!!!! En mi opinión, al mismo precio es mejor un hostel que aunque austero suelen estar limpios y siempre tienes a alguien para resolverte cualquier problema.

Lugar cómodo con limpieza pésima

Era cómodo el lugar, tenía todo lo necesario para una buena estadía

no me gusto la limpieza de la habitación, el baño estaba muy sucio, la ducha tenía sarro en la tina y hongos en las paredes. Por otro lado la pieza había tierra y en varios rincones mucho polvo

Hotel sin grandes lujos pero cumple para unos días de paso

Apartamento amplio y bien comunicado con tranvía y bus con el centro de Barcelona. Aunque se tarda unos 30 min en transporte público en llegar. El personal muy amable y nos dejaron las maletas en consigna gratuitamente y pudimos entrar un poco antes a la habitación.

La habitación olía a tabaco .lo comunicamos en la recepción y tomaron nota de ello

Bon compromis!

Très facile d'accès si on vient en voiture. On est de suite sur l'autoroute, pour bouger à l'extérieur de l'agglomération ! Arrêt de bus juste à côté qui permet de rejoindre la station de métro facilement

Habitaciones antiguas y descuidadas, las cortinas del hotel rotas, camas y sofá cama incómodas, en la habitación no habia conector de electricidad para cargar el movil, .. al momento de hacer el check Out no había personal y al contactar al teléfono que indica en la recepción no me supieron aclarar las dudas

Location is ok, 30 min from city center with bus and metro. Nice neighborhood. Walking to the bus station takes 1 min

Apartment wasn't very clean and has very thin walls. We could heard everything from neighoring apartments. Especially in the evening, since the counter in the kitchen is made of stainless steel. We had hard time to fell asleep. The refrigerator smelled very bad.

The location was good, the view of the room was spacious, the air conditioning was sufficient, the room was big enough, the beds were comfortable and clean.

The elevator I was on didn't move and the door didn't open within minutes. I was stuck in the elevator until another customer rescued me by pressing the elevator call button. Emergency call button did not work. There was generally no staff at the hotel. The children's bed was not comfortable. There was no third fork in the kitchen.

great location, great room, fully equipped, helpful staff, bus stops are a few steps away, many gardens and train station is within walking distance.

It was good and basic . Not sure if we would book you agsin , nor reccomment you.

The bed was nice and big . Great bath and shower .

Thev only thing we were dissapointed about was the kitchen . It was super minimum and it would have been useful to have more stuff like bowls plates and cutlery . There was no bottle opener nor tea towel to dry the dishes. I think it was easy to hear the neighbours.

Staff friendly and helpful, room comfortable. Although the hotel is quite a way out of town, that doesn't really matter because it's an easy bus & metro ride.

Excellent stay in Barcelona (a bit away from the centre)

The hotel is really good, beds are comfortable, rooms and beds are big, wifi is fast and everything is very positive. The public transportation points are nearby and are convenient. Big super market nearby as well as restaurant are available nearby. Reception is open full time so it's very easy to communicate.

The location is far from the city centre (if one wishes to stay in centre then this would not be the right location as there is a travel needed to the centre). The swimming pool would open in June 2023 ( one of the main reasons why I had booked this one)
