Eine Große Katastrophe aber wirklich katastrophal

Überhaupt nichts

Wir waren angekommen mussten 3 mal das Zimmer wechseln eine Katastrophe Personal unfreundlich sehr unfreundlich ich rate jedem ab in diesem Hotel zu gehen abzocke 100% habe über booking 439 Euro gebucht im Hotel musste ich 600 Euro zahlen abzocke ich bin sehr enttäuscht Frühstück katastrophal bellboy Hasan eine große Katastrophe an der Rezeption ein Mann der hat keine Ahnung hat uns 3 mal das Zimmer wechseln lassen bin sehr enttäuscht rate jedem ab in dieses Hotel zu gehen

A great one night stopover between Izmir and Pamukkale. Sister hotel’s nearby restaurant was excellent

Location perfect, staff incredibly helpful about parking, breakfast fabulous with outdoor seating facing the whole bay. Gorgeous!

Room had some traffic noise from the street.

It was a great stay - location and terrace amazing

It’s located at the heart of action, we loved the ocean view. . The pool and bar on the terrace was great!

We had difficulties with flight delay plus our luggage arriving in a later flight, so we got to the hotel around 2 am instead of 8pm as planned. We felt that the staff was grumpy. Maybe it was a one off- everywhere else we’ve gone people have been friendly, but here they were not.

Enjoyed the little break away.

Location is awesome, right in the city centre so everything is very close by. No taxi required to go anywhere. View from breakfast was great too. Staff were friendly.

The third bed was fold out, was super uncomfortable so all 3 of us had to sleep on the main bed which wasn’t great. Overall the stay cost us $700 AUD per night which was in hindsight quite expensive considering we only slept at the hotel as there isn’t much else to doin the hotel itself, it wasn’t great value for money. The pool is way too small for the amount of guests staying at the hotel.

Very good and nice to visit Ephesus but WiFi sucks

Very reach breakfast, lots of different choices. You can order an omelette of your taste. Fresh orange juice and lemonade. Nice sweets, jam's, fruits and vegetables. The breakfast is served at 7th floor with a nice view to the harbour. Parking service - you just leave car keys! Kettle with coffee and tea in the room.

Terrible WiFi! Download max. 9Mb/s, but most of the time around 3-4Mb/s, upload 0,03Mb/s!!!!

great place to stay

the hotel was lovely very welcoming staff, room was nice and clean and good size and the location is perfect everything is with in walking distance and the view as soon as you come out of the hotel the sea is just there. the Starbucks is next door but the cafe on the right is just amazing.

the breakfast was not great. not many options as of continental and the hot food was cold. there’s a-lot of cheese and olives which i great but need more things.

Brilliant location, can’t get any better in terms of access to the best spots at Kusadasi. Just a road cross away from the coastline and a decent walk to the castle. Lovely location.

We’d booked for 3 nights and didn’t need accommodation for one of the 3 due to plan changes. We’d have liked some money back for using the property one less day but weren’t offered any at all

location, staff, rooms all top notch. would definitely stay here again.

fabulous location with dramatic night views of the harbor. staff was attentive, helpful and answered my many questions about the area, ferries and bus transportation. breakfast was plentiful and served in restaurant with gorgeous view of water. beautiful swimming pool and bar on rooftop.

Very modern room and comfortable stay!

Very modern and clean hotel and the staff were so warm and helpful! Appreciated their help with car parking given it is a crowded street in front of the hotel. We were also delighted and super grateful that the hotel upgraded us to a sea view room for our honeymoon :) The only thing we regret is staying for only 1 night, we would have wanted to stay longer given how much we enjoyed our time at this hotel and Kusadasi!
