Loved how friendly and welcoming everyone was, really clean and brilliant value for money.

Family friendly and good value fun place to stay near to beach and Ephesus.

Friendly animation staff, and helpful door-staff for arranging taxis etc. comfortable rooms, plenty of food and drink, enormously fun water slides, good to have a warmer indoor pool as well. Private beach reached by shuttle was nice.

Charging extra to play on the pool table was ridiculous and annoying when the people weren't there meaning that no one could play. Air hockey table didn't work. Reception staff could have been a bit more helpful. Food and drink was abundant but not always good quality. Outdoor pool was beautiful but absolutely freezing in early May.

Not bad if you rent a car, we were there only for food and sleep, so there was no point in taking all inclusive option.

Location

1. Wifi was very low. 2. There was only one socket in the room, we had to charge the phone in the bathroom. 3. The food is almost the same, only one or two main dishes changed. 4. Loud live music in lobby, we were with baby, and returning from a walk in the evening, we were forced to close the ears of baby run through the rattling music to the elevator so that the child would not wake up. I think they should have made/choose different place for live music.

Felt more like a 3 star hotel, overpriced for what it was

Very friendly and helpful staff

Terrible WiFi, just about able to browse web sites, watching videos impossible. Terrible soundproofing, could hear the TV next door very clearly when they had it turned on. Average food.

Exceptional

The animation team were fantastic,they made all of us feel so welcome. They were friendly and so respectful of everyone.

I was very unhappy about one member of staff who was was very rude and argumentative over an issue that had nothing to do with me or my family. He works behind the scenes in reception. I wont mention his name but he knows who I'm referring too! Every other member of the reception team were so helpful and polite.

I went with my 3 year old they were absolutely fantastic with him he was always entertained, food was amazing exceeded the normal all inclusive food. All staff super helpful!

Beds weren’t as comfortable as you would like and walls paper thin so if you have a noisy neighbour this could be a problem although staff will ask them to be quiet if you complain

Had a fabulous holiday

We had all inclusive all meals were catered for. Staff were amazing, pool area clean and tidy. Rooms cleaned every day. Towels and linen changes several times a week

The booking of beds around the pool at 6 am in the morning. When we arrived initially we didn’t expect this subsequently we couldn’t get a lounger and had to go to the beach by taxi and rent loungers

Food was only alright although all inclusive we ate out for dinner every night however due to the price paid that was acceptable

Everything was OK. Location is good. 10 min walk to the Ladies beach. Staff is helpful

Wi-fi. We stayed for 3 nights. Wi fi connection was very slow. Third day it completely disappeared. It was only available nearby the reception. It is ridiculous that 4 star hotel has this kind of issues.

Fantastic hotel and staff

Excellent and friendly staff with lots of entertainment. Comfortable rooms with space. Terrific food with plenty of variety. Highly recommended for families.
