Locaton is good

Location is good. It is located in the old town. we can get to the duomo easily by walking and get to many nice restaurant easily.

Unbeatable location in a traditional Italian hotel with exceptional service

Excellent service throughout our stay. We were made to feel very welcome. The photos on the website don't do it justice. Had a much more high end feel than expected. The location couldn't be better and our room was very large. Cute eating area too. Loved having a balcony in our room.

The coffee machine wasn't working at breakfast, but the servers were happy to make coffee at a different area in the hotel. Showers didn't drain quickly but good water pressure and hot.

A beautifully elegant & peaceful hotel in the heart of a very busy town, amazing location

Fantastic location near cathedral & beach, large room with lovely & helpful staff. Extensive breakfast.

Cappucinos made from pushing a button on a large-scale production machine for breakfast .. in Italy.. A little disappointing. I retreated to the nearby cafes to savour my morning cappucinos made with real espresso and frothed milk - a non-negotiable for me when in Italy.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit im Hotel La Plumeria und würden sofort wieder kommen!

Inmitten der Altstadt an zentraler Lage. Das Zimmer war super gross und das reichhaltige Frühstück konnte in einem Innenhof unter freiem Himmel genossen werden. Die Angestellten waren super nett und alle nötigen Vorabinformationen wie Parkplatz, Check-In /-Out Zeiten, Frühstück, ... kamen unaaufgefordert rechtzeitig vom der Ankunft. Top Service!

We had a lovely 2 nights stay in Cefalu and La Plumeria Hotel.

Great location! Big size on the room we had. Lovely, welcomming and service minded staff!

The air condition was not working very good making it very warm in the room during the night even though it was set to max cooling at lowest possible temperature.

Very nice hotel and staff . Room clean with quality linen . Good breakfast

Parking a distance from hotel . A smell of drainage in room which could possibly not be fault of hotel but rather marred an otherwise pleasant stay

Great hotel for a stylish and comfortable stay in the old part of town, which is close to everything

Lovely room, spacious and comfortable, however, as we were at the front of the hotel, it was a little noisy late at night as is in a central location. Just bring decent headphones. However the central location works really well for easy access to the sights, the beach and lovely restaurants. Staff very friendly and welcoming Breakfast: Plenty of choice and can pay extra for fresh omlettes etc. Lovely choice of setting for breakfast, inside or outside in a walled garden Beautifully and tastefully furnished hotel, that reflects both a modern and traditional Sicilian style.

Beautiful location - Cefalu is stunning and La Plumeria is an excellent base to explore it from.

Location was incredible and it’s a beautiful old building. Breakfast was nice and staff were really friendly - it felt very safe and the rooms were comfortable.

We were expecting a shared roof terrace with views as well as a balcony - though we couldn’t find it or the photo of it is in fact a private balcony. The balconies are very small - we struggled to sit two of us out there with a table to just play cards. There was also often a very bad smell of drains if you were sat on the balcony!

Fabulous hotel in the heart of the old town. Location was perfect. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fabulous. Room was basic but bed was comfortable, can overlook the basic room with the comfy bed and fabulous location. Private Parking a short distance away was great.

Neat, charming and refined.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nicely furnished rooms with excellent shutters on the balcony doors! Breakfast was delicate and tasty and there it was lovely to ha e it outside in March :) V handy parking option, too.

I would have loved a bath, but I realise that wasn't possible.

Excellent location to see old Cefalu.

The room was a little small but this can be expected in an old city boutique hotel. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Perfect location for staying a night to a few nights in Cefalú. All personnel extremely friendly and helpful.

Very clean and nice location. Fantastic staff and the parking service worked wonderfully.

Odd noise from the ventilation (?) kept occurring, did not come from the air condition. Breakfast ok, but very sugary.

Serene in the middle of Cefalu.

The location snack in the middle of Cefalu was perfect. Staff are great! There’s a very small bar that was perfect for an evening night cap. Breakfast was very nice, too.

Amazing location, musty and sweaty hot rooms. Poor communication and arrival/departure support.

Amazing location.

AC inadequate, room was hot all night. ‘Shuttle’ from parking facility left us in sweltering afternoon sun for 45 minutes even though we arrived during our stated time window and gave a 20 minute heads up if our exact arrival. Departure shuttle never showed so we walked a mile in the hot sun back to our car. My wife was hung up on twice while trying to communicate regarding shuttle service and WhatsApp texts went unanswered although they were marked as having been viewed. Breakfast staff was excellent.

Very nice personal. We forgot our passports in the safe. They helped us and sent them to our next hotel. Very nice service. The location is also great.

The location was absolutely amazing - right in the middle of the old town - a few minutes walk to the beach and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The room was perfect - and the aircon was heaven sent. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were lovely :)

reception can be more receptive, friendly. will make an impact on customers experience.. mattresses were not very comfortable, we stayed 3 nights and was becoming very uncomfortable..

Lovely cefalu

In the heart of the old town, very picturesque and well-renovated. The bathroom was quite large and the bedroom comfortable.

if you have a car, The parking is NOT on-site and is about 10-15 min away including steps and cobble stones. This is normal for old-town historical sites but They have a 10 euro paid shuttle service, which I think should be free. I recommend you pack whatever you need in a carry-on bag.
