Top Hotel, super Lage, gutes Essen, freundliches Personal 👍🏻

Das Hotel und und unser Zimmer waren sehr schön. Die Lage war perfekt, es lag sehr zentral zu allem, was wir sehen/erleben wollten. Das Hotel ist sehr Hundefreundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, auch die im Restaurant angeboten Speisen waren sehr lecker und bezahlbar. Die Sauna war sehr gut, wir waren sehr überrascht, dass es auch ein Dampfbad und eine Infrarotkammer gab. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Beim Frühstück wurden wir steht freundlich begrüßt. Rosi war immer auf das Wohl der Gäste bedacht und hatte bei allen Gästen im Kopf, wem es evtl. nicht gut ging und hat sich am Tag danach erkundigt ob es einem besser geht oder hat sich erkundigt wie der Ausflug war. Wir fanden es sehr aufmerksam und angenehm. Die Zimmer wurden täglich sehr gründlich gereinigt, auch hier war die Reinigungskraft sehr freundlich und auf das Wohl der Gäste und Tiere bedacht. Wir würden das Hotel zu 100% weiter empfehlen und kommen auch gerne wieder.

Good choice for a stop when cycling the Innsradweg.

TYPICAL AND COMFORTABLE

The landscape from the balcony. The breakfast room, very typical and comfortable, and also quality of breakfast food. The deluxe room was beautiful, spatious and comfortable. The lady by Rovigno was very very kind.

Lack of variety for sweets at breakfast. Too hot temperature of dinner room, because it was a very hot period, but above all because it was impossible to open the majority of windows and the one you can open it's only for few centimeters!!

We enjoyed our stay in Austria

We stayed just one night on our way from Italy and the hotel met all of our expectations and even exceeded them. The staff was helpful and nice, we got even a room upgrade. The room itself was super clean, spacious with balcony and mountain view. Free sauna was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was tasty, maybe more choices of sweet pastries would be nice. We like the area and we are putting the place on our holiday list for future.

Great place to ski in Zillertal Area

Location is very good, you are at a 30-60 min drive away from all ski resorts from Zillertal Area. Communication was very easy, staff was friendly, although they don't all speak English. Food was also very good, especially dinner, they also have a vast drinks menu and also offer vegetarian food. There is also a sauna available for guests, we really appreciated that as well. We had a great time and I really recommend this hotel. I think the prices are fair for what they offer.

We booked a Tirol room and although the bathroom was nice and new and the room was clean, the facilities in the room are old and could really use some improvements. Breakfast, although very delicious, is pretty much the same each day and it could be improved.

Very nice, typical Austrian style. A restaurant and a good pizza place In The same building. Sauna very nice. a few good ski reasorts at 15-20 min drive. Excellent

Spacious Apartments in Kramsach

The apartments are huge, we felt like staying in our apartment at home, a breakfast with a view over the mountains was the perfect start of our day. The apartment generally has all of the facilities: a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with seating for 6-7 people, bathroom with a bath, a guestroom with a sofa big enough to fit a crowd of 6 people. Both the restaurant of the hotel and the pizzeria are decent and worth a visit. The hotel nearby also has a sauna area with 3 saunas to your liking. There is a bus service passing near the hotel that you can take to get to the slopes.

Hard to find something, but if I need to mention something, when checking out, I looked under the bed to make sure nothing was left there and saw a lot of dust and a sock left by a previous guest - better cleaning would be great. The sauna area seems to be cleaned once per week only, throughout the week I saw the dirty towels and glasses accumulating, while it did not spoil the experience, it did leave an impression of undermaintenance.
