Разнообразие завтрака, вежливый персонал.
Грязные панорамные окна в ресторане и на террасу. Портит весь вид на море.

The guest relations manager at the front desk was particularly kind and professional. This hotel truelly shows it once was the modern "pearl" of the city center.
The cleaning service was not always on point forgetting to replannish essentials such as toilet paper. At times the rooms felt a bid outdated, as if not a lot has changed since starting operations besides the bar and the TV and other quick turnover items. Modernising further could really level this hotel up!

The young staff is pleasant, but should be supported and supervised by adults. In all areas of the hotel there are minors working, who obviously do not have the necessary experience.

- Location
- Friendly staff
- I ordered a taxi from them to pick me up from the airport and i didn’t get one
- i couldn’t tell whether the towels were clean or not, sometimes you could tell by smell other times no. Some of the towels look worn out and perhaps should be retired.

The room was spacious and had views from two sides because it was a corner room. The pool was lovely and I enjoyed the one day we had a cabana. The food was excellent.
The main thing that really pulled down my rating and the experience was the service. I've traveled to 50 different countries and have lived in central asia for several months. So I know the problems and am aware of the country's Soviet legacy. That said, when I stay in a Marriott anywhere in the world, I expect exceptional service. Not only was the service not good, it was poor. We stayed in this hotel for four nights and ate several meals in the hotel. The wait staff would hear me speak Russian with an American accent and insist on trying out their English but it was worse than my Russian and then they would just give up and go try to find some one to take our order. The fact is I know how to order in Russian, how to read a Russian menu. Unfortunately, often we were just left. Once we were the only ones in the restaurant. We had to beg one of the waiters to take our order —they were preparing for a large group. He handed us off to another waiter who handed us off to a kitchen manager. It took 45 minutes to get food and no one checked on us. When our food arrived we had nothing to drink. And then a large group arrived. All attention was on them and when I asked one of the women waiting on the group if she could help us, she literally flipped her hand at me dismissively. It's probably the worst attitude I've ever seen in a hotel service. And this woman was a manager. I complained to the food and beverage manager who said he was trying to make improvements. He kept asking me what I wanted. I didn't want anything other than better service. But he sent up a bottle of wine to my room. It wasn't necessary. I just wish he had really listened to me instead of wanting to pacify me. Later when we ordered room service. We ordered two entrees. The waiter bringing the food brought one set of silverware and one napkin. And no salt and pepper.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, excellent location
Air-conditioner was working not well in my room - even at hi-speed with 10 degrees the air was just slightly cool. Yet, my colleague in another room said that his A/C was chilling

spacy room, free upgrade, clean and comfy bathroom, nice breakfast, friendly stuff in the entire hotel and facilities,
outside pool very nice and the sauna
old Interieur, furniture/sofa broken/ripped off
we had a smoker room although we booked a non smoking room- that was the worst
3.0
excellent staff
the engineering service is poorly qualified and does not control the technical condition of the bathrooms in the hotel rooms. good breakfast, but the chef needs to be changed - we ordered lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant a couple of times - the quality did not correspond to the status of the hotel at all
do not order dinner - you will not have a choice of dishes and the quality will be low the hot water tap is connected arbitrarily - it can be on the left or right in the washstand, the water outlet is very poor quality - in hotels two stars are better

Got smoker room without options to change. Enjoined stench all night.
