Для улучшения я бы предложила поменять шторы и покрывало на диване. Заменить их более светлым тоном.

Мне очень понравился завтрак. Разнообразный и вкусный. В целом все чисто и аккуратно. В комнате есть все необходимое: кровать широкая, туалетный столик с зеркалом, маленький холодильник, журнальный столик со стульями, шкаф в прихожей для вещей, также есть телефон, чтобы связаться с ресепшеном, также есть кондиционер. В ванной комнате чисто, выдаются чистые полотенце и халат, кроме тапочек, а также мыло, шампунь, гель для душа на один раз. Персонал вежливый, обходительный.

В комнате нет: утуга, сушилки, фена, чайника электрического. Вода общая, кулер в коридоре. Это наверное больше плюс, чем минус.

Хороший вариант для отдыха и сна

Соотношение цена/качество отличные. Хорошая звукоизоляция номеров. Отличные широкие жёсткие ортопедические матрасы. Чистое белье, полотенца, халаты. Шампунь, гель для душа. Чистый светлый холл с зоной ожидания с диванами. Столовая по ассортименту на 4 из 5 баллов, постоянно есть там бы не стала, но завтраки нормальные, сытные. На одного человека включен завтрак на 1600 тг, мне этого хватало на гречневую кашу + омлет или яичница + хлеб и чай. Бесплатная парковка во внутреннем дворике. Газон, розы у входа - приятно. На российские деньги цена 3200 р./номер вполне адекватная. В отличии от гостиниц в Бейнеу и Кульсарах, где за 4000 р. просто сараи. Жаль, что так выросли цены в Казахстане в целом, путешествия сюда перестали быть супер-бюджетными. Гостинице желаю процветания и не соблазниться задирать цены - тогда у вас всегда будут наилучшие отзывы и благодарные клиенты.

Лейка душа забита - еле течет. Но мы так уставали после путешествий, что забыли об этом сказать персоналу. Нет бесплатной стирки вещей. Нет чайника в номере.

Le personnel qui fait preuve de serviabilité et d'amabilité pour que le client se sent à son aise. Et, de patience avec certains clients. Ce qui concerne le matériel, j'ai apprécié l'espace de la chambre, son agencement, le lit très confortable et spacieux pour 2 personnes, parfait ! L'air conditionné !!! Et beaucoup de rangement à l'entrée. Grand merci pour l'accueil et le travail que vous faites.

L'eau de la douche était foncée?! Je n'ai pas pu prendre ma douche, et une des portes de la douche était cassée au niveau de roulement (j'ai réussi quand même la fermer et ouvrir).

Nice hotel which was good value for money. Air con in room worked a treat and room was comfortable

Cold water was always coming out the tap brown, and the hot water was really only lukewarm at best. Hotel is slightly out of town but fine for a layover

Breakfast was not good at all The hot water in the bathroom and toilet was brown There were no extra blankets in the slippers room and we had to buy them location is very far from the new city

Good value for money.

Good value for money, we stayed awaiting for transit flight for couple of hours. Overall clean and did not disappoint.

Location is far, rooms are a bit old, soviet style.

Good option to stay overnight

I booked a room to have a rest between two flights (12h gap). The room was clean, the attached bathroom with shower cabin had all basic amenities. There was a good balcony in the room. The hotel had a cafe (or a small restaurant) mostly to serve breakfasts, but it worked the whole day. I dined there — the food was unassuming, but good and very affordable. The staff was friendly. In overall, it's a good option for a short stay.

No air conditioning in my room.

Great deal, spacious room and friendly staff!

The room was very spacious, staff was very friendly and it's probably one of the best deals in Aktau.

There were no slippers in the room, no hairdryer, nor a kettle for tea and coffee. The location is a little far from the city centre, but taxis are cheap so it's not a big problem. Breakfast service is a little slow and a little confusing at first. Also I was supposed to have an airport pickup but apparently they forgot to pass the message.
