Am fost eu și fiica mea de 22 de ani și a fost exact ceea ce ne-am dorit pentru relaxare!

Totul a fost impecabil și mâncarea excelentă !

Accesul la piscină ar trebui inclus în prețul camerei!

Camera a fost mare și foarte curată, iar micul dejun foarte bun, variat, bogat, ca de obicei. Piscina deschisă recent este excelentă, o experiență foarte relaxantă, păcat însă că a durat doar două ore accesul la ea.

Am fost la masaj, însă nu am putut să mă relaxez pe deplin din cauza faptului că, imediat în apropierea camerei de masaj, este amplasată una în care se jucau mai mulți copii, făcând un zgomot teribil. Am înțeles că aceeași problemă este și în corpul de cinci stele, nou deschis, camera de masaj fiind lângă piscină. Sunt sigur că există soluții pentru a se organiza activitatea în așa fel încât să se evite astfel de inconveniente. În rest, mi-a plăcut totul, inclusiv cinele la restaurantul hotelului.

Dissapointing

Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was good, nice touch with fresh fruits. Spa is nice, I had a very relaxing massage.

First we booked a room in the attic. It was extremely hot in the night, even with window open. We changed for a different room at 1st floor, which was lovely. The worst is the location. Accross the street is a restaurant with live music until very late. In a Saturday, we "enjoyed" their music until 4 a.m. and also some fireworks at midnight. Also, our room had the terrace on top of a fire place, which we learned that is offered as entertainment to tourists, camp fire style. Needless to say, we could not open the window because of the smoke.

Terrible shower

Impossible to take a shower. It was inside the bathtube without curtain and the handrail to short, reached only until the stomach. We had to seat inside the bathtube. Super unconrfotable. Worse shower ever because wasn't a shower.

it was perfect, i wish i could have stayed longer

it was intimate, clean, friendly and helpful stuff. loved the jacuzzi, in a separate room, for use with reservation and a fee, probably the reason for being this clean. great food and restaurant service. good wines in the menu

Felt like nobles in this boutique hotel.

Wonderful cozy hotel at the outskirts of Sinaia. Check-in was fast and efficient. Room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Bath robes, mini bar, slippers, toiletries provided. Beautiful views, free parking and lovely restaurant. They have a spa as well with a jacuzzi, sauna and massage area.

Cozy, warm, high quality services

Perfect service from the staff, proper and delicious dishes, the coziness of the hotel, quiet surroundings. Beautiful music in the common areas, sweet and nice smell all over in the hotel, it is just giving you a feeling of a peaceful retreat. I have to recommend the baked mountain grouse - it is exquisite, and also the mushroom soup (in the pic)! Also, for me, their sour soups (ciorbă in romanian) are very tasty.

The fact that the shower radio/fan/light was not working - the on/off button missing - room 202. The scale in the bathroom not working and the fact that the balcony door can not be closed from outside. I miss the possibility of turning down the heat in the room, sometimes it is too warm through the night.

Very good choice for Sinaia

The hotel smells amazing. The rooms are spacious, comfortable beds and the bathroom is beautiful. Breakfast had a good variety but not very tasty.

Some of the hotel staff were not behaving professionally at all. We also had dinner at the hotel and we were not impressed by the cuisine. Very mediocre at best, same as the breakfast. The music at the restaurant is ancient old and the decoration of the hotel is very "heavy" and out of fashion for today's standards.

The location and the facilities are really nice. Clean and with a good breakfast.

The parking spaces seem to be limited and very few compared to the number of rooms available.

My home away from home

As always, top conditions, excellent staff, good food, nice view. Perfect place to recharge yourself or to have a romantic vacation with someone, far from the busy streets. Soon there will be a new addition to the hotel, a new building, so in a few months they will get to accommodate more tourists in these awesome conditions

I had a malfunction with the soap dispenser in the shower and, unfortunately, the features of the shower (radio, lights, fan) were off due to the fact the ON/OFF button was broken (room 104). Also, in those types of rooms, where the TV set is not centered towards the bed, the TV set could be installed on a movable rack to slightly rotate the TV towards the viewer.

Everything was exceptional! The rooms look better than in the photos. Amazing food at the restaurant. Delicious breakfast. Very attentive and professional staff. We will come back for sure!

Nice location/ view, the price a little bit higher.

Breakfast was a la carte. Nice view from the room, location yet close to a fairly circulated road and near to a new building under construction.

Relaxant, mereu o placere sa revin

As usual a great place to spend some time. Very good food, great place to stay. A plus for the Smart TV, which is a new "feature" in the room. Room service at its finest

Too hot in the room, and we could not ease the temperature from the radiator. The pillows are not the best for us, too stiff. The radio/other features of the shower were not available as the on/off button was broken. n unpleasant incident in the restaurant one day at the breakfast, as we tried to make a tea puring hot water from the kettle, and we fund out it wasn't clear hot water, but water with soap! Some of the staff put soap to wash the kettle, but left the kettle on the serving area. Unfortunately during our stay there was a family with a kid and the parenting level was below zero, as the kid cried and had tantrum crisis every time they were on the hallway even at 11 pm
