Perfection

Best bed ever and sheets ever. So comfortable Huge Tv Comfy couch It felt like home, I didn’t want to leave

200 stairs up to get to the room But it’s a good exercise😊 And the road is to scary for the bike, I recommend to leave the bike at the parking below

Best view in Ko Tao

The view is pretty special. The staff were first class. Everything was clean and tidy. Loved our stay there and will more than likely be back some time in the future

Close to 200 steps down to the main road but taxis were available and we hired motorbikes so it wasn't really an issue. Definitely worth the climb for the view

The located is far from the noise of Sairee beach. It is quiet and secluded. Great views.

From the beginning of our booking experience I feel that we were mislead. The pictures on the booking.com website feature the newer properties on site and our Villa Mokara was an older villa. It was a disappointment on arrival. No official check in, minimal information given. The villa is old, outdated, with drab brown decor including brown sheets. Everything was in need of an update. The furniture was damaged with darned section on sheets. Photos available see below. The outdoor living area of the villa meant that you had to share a space with ants and squirrels. I did not expect this as photos on booking.com show villas with indoor living areas. The reception area was also run down and staff not forthcoming with any advice. We had a lovely time on the island thanks to a friendly taxi driver who saved the day and advised us on activities.

Nice place, not all rooms have pools

- The room is very nice -The view is great -All staff is very nice and helpfull, especially Kit. -Bike rental shop just at the bottom of the hill provided an excellent service

-We expected a kitchen and a pool, our bad, we did not pay attention to all the details but be carefull, many, many pictures of pools but they are private pools for some villas, not all room had pools. -Very strong smell of perfume in our room -Towels are brown so never washed in bleach, after one shower they smell -Somewhat far from centre, you need a scooter to get to anything

Wonderful and perfect!

Really Nice pool villa! We were a family of 4 and we loved every minute of our stay. San the taxi driver is the best to go up the steep Hill but eventually we also did it ourselfes by scooter! The view over the Bay is phenominal! And Kit the manager will help you within minutes. Perfectly equiped kicthen and a large fridge! Go and see for yourself! 🥰🤩🙏

The staff were fantastic, especially Kit. Very welcoming and helpful. The bed was the comfiest bed we have ever slept on! The pool was also bigger than it looks on the photos so that was a bonus. The place was very clean and peaceful, perfect for our anniversary! ❤️

We stayed in a villa, we enjoyed having our own space, Kit was lovely, if we needed advice she would help us.

There is a lot of bugs, especially late in the afternoon when the mosquitoes come out but we were provided with big spray and mosquito coils. It takes about 10-15 to walk into town and there’s is steep hill to walk up/down, you either need to hire a scooter or catch the taxi back each night which costs about 300 THB. The Vila is expensive for what it is - but I think most accomodation is expensive in Koh Tao. The other Villas looked a lot nicer then ours.

Stunning villa in perfect location

Absolutely stunning location. We spent so much time in the plunge pool - it was amazing! The view was breathtaking. Loved the outdoor seating area and the bedroom was lovely. Perfect location. 5 minute walk to the beach and about 10 minutes to the main Street. The staff very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Unfortunately the bed was hard and the room wasn’t cleaned daily.

Superb

Super comfy bed. The front desk agent has excellent customer service and a good vibe. We forgot our HDMI cord and they lend us one. I like that they provided a fruit peeler and knife along with a kettle with a full-size fridge. Nice sunset ocean view from the room. Would definitely stay here again.

The road to the property is quite steep. More plates and utensils for the kitchenette would be great.

ok for a few nights if you’re not picky.

lovely view and very friendly and helpful staff. we asked for a third chair and got it right away. they even gave a lift to the next hotel. quick and helpful responses to queries

It had an unfinished feel, paint splatters, …not very appealing aesthetics. little details make a big difference - there were no wine glasses, just one mug, no light at night on the steep steps, no towel hooks, internet didn’t work on the last night, pool got mirky by third day.

Outstanding villa stay

Comfortable bed, immaculately cleaned pool (daily), comfortable lounge area with a huge fridge and TV. The staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them, they are both helpful and accommodating. Beautiful location, the view is second to none.

Need taxi to get anywhere due to incredibly steep hill up to the accommodation. Would not have chanced a bike on it at all.

Excellent stay with a unique view

fantastic location and sights if you get the Seaview property. short walk from the main part of the island. great for groups.

make sure to pack insect repellent and naturally, you are in the depths of the jungle(not a real issue)

The view and the pool were fab. Location also fantastic. Really close to bars and restaurants but also quite calm.

Only cleaned every three days. For the price we would expect room cleaned each day and fresh towels also when necessary. But otherwise fab.

overall it is a good place to stay in koh tao if you’re planning to have holiday with family or group of friends.

there’s nothing to not like in the property. the location may be a bit difficult if you don’t have transportation suck as motorbike. going up and down is a bit of exercise for me.

the most relaxing place on Koh Tao

it’s in an incredible location - waking up to views of Sairee beach each morning was amazing. the private plunge was so luxurious. and last but not least, Kit and all the staff were just lovely.

Gorgeous view, really spacious and great location just on the edge of Sairee. Lovely pool too! Kit was on hand for anything we needed help with

A very steep walk up the last 200 metres from the road, but this helped to work off the beers!
