I really enjoyed staying at this hotel

The breakfast is varied and has several options. The only thing is the fact that you have to take a poor quality dirt road and you can only get there with a suitable car. On the other hand, it has the advantage of isolation and being immersed in nature and the tranquility that can be enjoyed.

The only thing was to have a better access road, other than that the staff are very kind and attentive.

A restful stay with everyone at our beckon call.

Everything was set up for our 'away from home' stay. Everything worked as it should. The food was wonderful and the staff were very polite and supportive

The only issue was that the wifi was a bit weak in the chalet. Fortunately I had my own mifi to get over the problem

A great weekend escape from city lights

Very friendly and accommodating staff, a very generous breakfast and a beautiful location.

The windows in the chalet let in a lot of light early in the morning, so sleeping in was a challenge

Eumbe's visit to the marriot

Staff, showers, gardens, air.

Not much animals seen on game drive. The gravel from great North road to hotel is terrible. We got stuck in the mud.

A wonderful place to stay - away from the buzz of the city of Lusaka

A wonderful place to stay outside of the city of Lusaka, very relaxing and quiet, with game walking around, and tracks to go for a walk. Beautiful thatched chalets, beautiful gardens. Very friendly staff.

The last 3 km of dirt road leading up to the entrance of the lodge were full of pot holes and partly flooded after heavy rains

Our Anniversary time at Protea, Chisamba

The place is always good each time I visit. We have had our Anniversary at Protea Chisamba twice now.

The rooms are very clean and even though it's a stone throw away from the busy city of Lusaka it still gives you a safari feel.

Waiters were friendly

I wasn't happy with the fact that I was not told when I called that there were no game drives because the vehicle was at the garage. It was a waste of money just being in the room for 2 days
