Very poor

Needs upgrading in linens, lighting, bathroom plumbing and fixtures…. All outdated and TATTERED. Pool needs urgent repairs. Wifi service in the room was was terrible

Great location but a little noisy.

The restaurant served an amazing breakfast. The location was only a few blocks from the malecon.

Our room was near the elevator and it made a lot of noise making it tough to sleep at night with all the clunking noises.

Very close to the center of city.

5 days before arrival I gor a call supposedly from rhe Hotel saying that I needed to make a wire transfer or they would cancel my room. They had all details of our stay. I did not make any wire transfer. When I arrived the hotel I informed them and they did not seem surprised but simply answered it was not from them. The photos of the rooms are very different in fact extremely different from the rooms you get.

A Birthday Trip

The fact that it had a restaurant was nice. I did not use it but it was good to know it's there.

I did not like the pool, it was dirty. My son wanted to go in I told the staff about and nothing was done. The beds were a bit hard, and you can heard the upstairs noise and beds moving. The shower water came out hot no way of adjusting in.

Great hotel, overall, good friendly staff, very caring Suckiish internet in back rooms

The wifi reach sucks, unless you stay at the entrance section If you stayed way in the back rooms like room 103, 104, etc the wifi barley reached and made for video calls and online classes not the best

Superb

Our stay was good. We only stayed one night but we had a comfortable stay. Clean room, good ac, tv , an the staff was nice. We would stay again.

The front desk staff were very helpful and courteous.

The pool needed to be clean. We used the pool late in the evening and the next morning, it still wasn't cleaned. The check out time was inaccurate and we had to rush to get out. The reservation stated the check out time was 1:00pm, just before 12:00pm the front desk personnel called several times for us to check out.
