Exceeded my expectations. Great Host. Was very comfortable. Little touches like a Cafetierre in the bedroom and a mini-fridge with fresh milk inside! Wouldnt get that most places for this price.
There was nothing I didnt like.

Everything was lovely.

Breakfast menu, very good. Locally sourced produce , beautifully cooked. Bedroom well furnished, appointed and very clean. Bed ,huge and exceptionally comfortable. Good, central location, for travel to Lincoln city , via rail or bus. Area of Saxilby, picturesque and enjoyable,in itself. Hosts are both very obliging and amiable. Enjoyed our stay.
Check in a little late ,at 4pm ,whilst check out somewhat early at 10am. Breakfast also early at 7am till 9 am. An earlier time for check in and later for check out, would be more desirable. Also breakfast would benefit from 8am to 10am.

Wow. The property was absolutely super and managed/owned by Louise and Roland who were polite, respectful, and professional. They were very helpful in making our stay as comfortable as possible. The room was fantastic and spotless with all the amenities that you need. The breakfast was excellent. The location is close to a lovely village setting with everything you would need for a holiday or break. We extended our stay by another night because it was so lovely. We would not hesitate to return for another visit.

excellent triple glazing in the bedroom so very quiet. Good breakfast. Convenient for Lincoln city. Parking on site. Free Wi-Fi good tv. Nice en suite and clean
Nice to have a sofa in the room for seating. Comfortable
bed.
On our arrival we were greeted by the hosts standing behind a screen. whilst we thought the precautions for COVID were very good and we were all wearing masks. This was a bit off putting as our first visit to the property. We were also told no service to the room for the two nights of our stay, again we are tidy guests but also a bit off putting. However we were encouraged to ask for anything if needed for example milk tea etc. . However we felt reluctant to ask as it would be imposing. Possibly someone in the house was especially vulnerable to infection so the extra measures. We would stay again as we would know what is expected.

Really nice breakfasts, we had the window seat by the radiator which was nice on our December break.
Nothing wrong - all good

Everything was very good. The location was very convenient for our purposes. The room was warm and comfortable with everything that we could want available to us. The breakfasts were excellent - plenty of choice and good quality food (albeit as creatures of habit we tended to have the same every day!) The hosts were welcoming, friendly and very accommodating. Absolutely no complaints and we look forward to a return visit next year. Thank you.
We drove past the B&B before we realised, but this was in the dark so is not really surprising - perhaps you could arrange for a large illuminated arrow in the sky?

Did not have the breakfast.
Lovely location, village with a choice of shops, pub and takeaways only a few minutes walk.

Excellent location and easy to find.
A 10.30 or 11am check out would have been more convenient rather than 10am, but I wasn't pressured to be out exactly on time.

Very clean and comfortable with a small but well appointed bathroom. Didn’t have breakfast because of COVID restrictions but we found a lovely little cafe in the village and ate there.
Nothing to complain about.
7.0
Lovely welcome by the owners.
Having been away for the week and stayed at various b and b the covid restrictions compared with other properties were a bit OTT. It was probably an interpretation of the restrictions.

Comfortable room, in easy location to drive into Lincoln.
