The private rooms were lovely - beds very comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Our room was right next to the men’s bathroom so we got next to no sleep due to people coming and going through all hours of the evening. There is also supposed to be a noise curfew however this isn’t really enforced and people were noisy into the night. If you’re going to stay at this backpackers just don’t expect much sleep.

L’emplacement, le confort du lit
Les chambres sont mal isolées tant en termes de chaleur / froid que par rapport au bruit !

We love this place. This was our first time staying in the 6 beds dorm. The upper beds were very comfy, the lower ones can get a bit conjusted for a few people. But over-all we love the cleanliness and they had organised the Easter hunt which was fun to do! Lots of books and games in the common area!

location, value for money
Was pretty cramped. A lot of hostel mates stuff laying all around the room. A bit messy. Common facilities are closed at nights
6.0
The location, the staff, the green areas, the sauna and spa, the three bed room we were in was nice. The luggage storage was also really helpful for storing our hiking gear!
There were loud, drunk people talking until late at night. They also shattered a bottle. The bathroom for woman was cramped and there was no door or privacy just a curtain. The bedrooms were cramped and the kitchen had a bit of a smell.

Nice sauna and hot tub
Sauna and hot tub hours should be extended. I really didnt like having to punch in the code to use the bathroom. It was so annoying having to punch it in everywhere.

Loved the atmosphere and the effort put in to make it social and feel like a comfortable place to be. Also, the movie night and activities are a great touch.
Love the curtains on the beds.
The ladies showers. Only one was enclosed the others just had curtains and no where to change in private.
8.0
Accessible location. Walking distance to Queenstown Garden and the city town center.
Not a lot of parking spaces within the vicinity

Good hostel. Good everything you need. Room decent size and bed's nice and comfortable.
The check in and GOKI system was kind of annoying. Luggage storage not very safe. Kitchen was really messy.

Good common area and showers. Best kitchen I've seen in a hostel
The dorms are crowded and a bit too warm. I assume in summer it could be a big issue
7.0
Great location. Clean and comfy room. Nice cosy lounge area with fire.
our room was right next to the bathrooms and it was so loud we could hear every drop of water. Very thin walls and we could even hear people below us.
3.0
walking distance to everything
showers were dirty and some were out of order, heater didn’t turn on until later in the day, they say they have “quiet hours” but guests can be heard yelling, singing, until 1-2 in the morning & management not saying anything, walls are paper thin. bad experience, would not stay here again.

proximity. it is quiet here too. i like the bunk beds too. they got curtains and sockets on each and even if person moves on upper bunk, it hardly creaks.
wish there are more toilets and showers. too few for guests.

staff, hot tub, sauna, lounge etc were all very nice
The bathrooms were horrible; cramped, too few, showers without cubicles, really grim.
The dorm rooms are not well ventilated, so can get pretty stinky in the larger ones. bottom bunk is cramped, you cant sit up in it
