super

déjeuner très bien avec de super produits de producteurs locaux. Emplacement au top pas besoin de prendre la voiture a 100m du centre. Chambre très propre, literie très confortable. C'est parfait continué comme ça.

Belle découverte , bon séjour

L’accueil et la gentillesse des hôteliers qui gèrent en famille,et qui ont repris un hôtel laissé à l’abandon par l’ancien propriétaire et vu tout ce qui leur reste à faire ils méritent que les clients soient au rendez-vous. hôtel en plein centre ville. Les petits déjeuners avec d’excellents produits frais de fournisseurs locaux a un prix plus que raisonnable vu la qualité et le choix des produits ( café très bon) . La chambre (10)était grande chambre rénovée très très propre ,, bien insonorisée car elle donne sur la rue. Un groom puissant aux portes des chambre évitent que les portes des chambres claquent et dérangent les autres chambres . Lit confortable Chambre climatisée avec canal plus ( un plus que beaucoup d’hôtel n’ont pas dans un 2 étoiles ) Hôtel près de la cathédrale , dans une rue du centre et à 2 minutes à pieds des halles et d’une place sympathique . Hôtel en pleine rénovation, mérite d’être connu pour ses nombreux points positifs et permettre aux propriétaires de réaliser les rénovations nécessaires .

Manque un drap en plus de la couette à notre goût .. cela aurait permis de dégager la couette car nous avons eu un peu chaud dans la nuit et nous ne voulions dormir pas avec la clim . Mais c’est un détail

A lovely stay - hope to be there again soon

Excellent location on the edge of the city centre - so everything is within easy walking distance. On a side road, so quiet with plenty of residential parking. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is small and comfortable.

The hotel is making good improvements to the somewhat dated decor.

Um die Ecke von les Halles de Narbonne

Dieses zentral gelegene und familiäre Hotel wird wirklich mit viel Herzblut geführt. Zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Mein Super Doppelzimmer war gross und gemütlich und ruhig wars auch. Hervorheben möchte ich auch die diversen köstlichen Konfitüren, welche zum Frühstück aufgetischt wurden. Himmlisch.

Perfecte per als viatgers que, com nosaltres, practicament només van a l'hotel a dormir.

L'amabilitat del personal, la ubicació, molt net, silenciós.

Il·luminació escassa al dormitori, només llums de capçalera. Esmorçar abundant per a qui li agradin les coses dolces, però llevat del iogurt, no hi ha altres opcions. Preu estandard. Et cobren el mateix per menjar de tot que per un cafè i un panet amb mantega: 9 €. No hi ha cap zona on es pugui seure una mica si no és el dormitori.

location brilliant breakfast reasonable for 8 euros . Next door to best restaurant in town

General cleaning very poor. Carpets in common areas disgusting. entrance and checking in not good. we rejected our first room as too small and pokey and unclean .

Cordialità e gentilezza

Hotel a 2 passi dalle vie centrali del paese Pulito e con ottima coazione, silenzioso e con un grazioso cortiletto interno La signora è stata gentilissima nel farci parcheggiare la moto davanti all'ingresso e si è anche offerta di lavarci tutta la roba sporca, facendocela trovare sul letto piegata e ordinata Impagabile! Oltre le aspettative Grazie ancora di tutto

La nostra camera era pulita ma datata, credo che sia in progetto una ristrutturazione

Lots of potential.

Fantastic location in the centre of Narbonne. The owner had only taken over the hotel one week before our stay. The rooms were clean, but very outdated, which will obviously be addressed and made up to modern standards soon. Breakfast was very good, but the breakfast room again was very tired. The owner told us, that she would start the renovation work here soonest.

Perhaps it would have been better to close for a couple of months to upgrade the hotel, instead of doing it bit by bit.

Exceptional

The location was amazing there is a market everyday and it is right next to the hotel. The staff were very nice. The rooms were nice comfy. There were restaurants everywhere and there was a grocery store right under the hotel.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like at the hotel.

Superb

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent - just across from Les Halles and the canal, and very central to transportation. The shower is nice and hot, and the a/c in the room was a bonus.

Nothing really. The breakfast is OK (coffee, juice, bread, jam/butter, yogurt) and it would have been nice to include a croissant.

A charming family-run hotel with heart and character

A charming family-run French hotel. The host went out of his way to provide information and be helpful. The room was quiet with good facilities and the breakfast was delicious - fresh and local. The location is central.

The free wifi was poor, but the hotel owner provided a work-around. The shower and bath are old fashioned but manageable.

Very good

This hotel is very well located just off the main bridge in Narbonne. The staff are really friendly and helpful and provided us with information when requested. We arrived just before lunch closure, but they allowed us to change out of our cycling gear and leave our bags until later when the room was ready. Tea and coffee are free all day in the breakfast room and there's a little patio to sit outside. Claire and Dylan, on reception, were exceptional and worth a mention.

The rooms are a little tired but clean and functional.

Cozy and familiar hotel with clean and spacious rooms. It's really well located and with many free parking spots. Staff was friendly.
