It was awesome and any time I have meetings at the UN Gigiri Express will be my first choice.

Breakfast was very good. the location was great because it was just five minutes away from the UN office where I had my meetings. Moreover, there are shops and good restaurants around with good food. The place is quiet, with good staff ready to assist people.

The bed was small and I was not informed before that the bed was small so I had to manage it. Even though small and low, I slept on it without any difficulty. I recommend that booking inform us of the sizes of bed etc.

Great stay at a super convenient location for a great price!

The hotel was recommended to us for it's budget pricing and location within walking distance to the US Embassy. We can highly recommend staying here-the staff was super friendly, and they helped us with printing documents, in color(!) for free (!!). The embassy is indeed 3 walking minutes away, so that is great. All rooms we saw had a fridge, so there's great because we traveled with some fresh food.

Some rooms have either no AC, or no net, or neither. But they swapped our room when we asked about mosquitoes and no net-the room we actually stayed in had both a working AC and a net. So, just ask, and you shall be given. ☺️

I will look for another option next time.

Many mosquitos in the room when I arrived. First night bed had extremely old bad matras and quality of bed was such that I cracked through in the middle of the night. Second and third night was better in a different room.

Kudos to the staff, they are trying with the little that they have.

The room is as spacious as advertised. The hotel is close to the UNEP headquarter offices and the capital city of Nairobi, hence all services are available to you close by. It is fairly quiet. I had an awesome parking space. The staff is awesome.

There is only one switch at the entrance for the room lights, nothing close to the bed. The towel needs to match the room price and was only one, yet I had already indicated that it was 2 adults occupying the space.

The fact that the hotel change my booking location without informing me, putting in another hotel that is far from where I first booked. Even though they were providing transfers, it was an inconvenience.

Only if you don t have a choice.

The breakfast was ok, no much choice but overall good. A fresh painting would help, the walls look dirty… The location is excellent, in Gigiri this is great. Next to IGO and to all facilities. However, it is localed near a busy avenue and a gas station, it is definitely not quiet.

My room was not clean, dusty, pillow case missing and hair in the shower. Stairs and corridors are dirty. No bedside lamp. The taxi I booked for 25 usd never came and I waited 45 min at the airport… The prices are affordable but the hotel is neglected.

My stay was fine and good.

Good break fast. However, because the hotel receives several guests from different parts of the world with different cultures and food requirements. Based on that, if it is possible the hotel should provide all types of food.

We had a very good stay for one night stay, also there are good street vendor food near by.

I like the location very much, because of the many shops , and restaurants near by. Most of all, it is close to the United States Embassy where I Had business.

Everything Was On Point And I Was Happy To Stay There. The Showers Where Warm, And Energy Efficient .

No room temperature thermostat/controller, the room and floor was too cold... No heater with tap water. No iron table, clothes remains wrinkled after ironing on the bed.

Disappointing

On your booking website, you mentioned the booking included breakfast and on the 3rd day, I was informed that the breakfast was not included. I told them to check your website to see what are you advising on their behalf.
