It is a nice cozy studio room The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook The location is close to the train that arrives every 15 mins

The blinds do not shut out the light on shared walkway to enter the room and is quite bright to sleep. Very thin walls, can hear upstairs toilet at night On and off construction of new appt building across the way 10m As another mentioned, the bathroom needs some mould attention

can’t be comfortable with aggressive neighbours

can’t recommend The aggressive lady underneath the unit came up and shouted at us for walking too loudly in the unit ! We are in our 50s and a quiet couple. We could hear every noise from the other units. Door was wide open when we arrived with leaves blown in from outside. They also took a $1000 deposit after if paid in full and asked for photos of my passport license etc! Ruse staff when I queried this.

Comforttable unit with great access to transport..

Great location with access to buses right next to the unit and trains only a 6 min walk away. Quiet complex not too far from beach and lots of cafes in rhvicinity.

No door handle on the inside of the bathroom door.

Could have been better

Location was good with a car. Also short walk to station.

Would have liked to been advised of 3 flights of 8 stairs, every time we went out they had to be navigated. Frypan was terrible. Black mould showing in grout in bathroom, this is a problem that needs to be rectified properly not just cleaned off. Iron was stained. Glasses were lacking, there was only one wine glass and that was plastic! Oven shelves were dirty, so never used it. Nespresso coffee milk frother base was missing. Bedsides were just tables no drawers.

Having to get the keys from South Perth to then drive to Cottesloe after a 10 hour drive to get to Perth. But after the shock of the different location of the keys- it was easy (just out of the way)

Exceptional

Excellent location and practical layout. Walking to beach 25 mins and walking to transperth rail station at Grant street in 5 mins. Good car hire in Swanborne but truthfully don’t really need a car. Can hire bikes in Perth or Fremantle and cycle around excellent cycle pathways.

Very comfortable, clean apartment, if you don't mind being a bit further away from the beach

Beautifully maintained apartment, pictures are accurate. Lovely furnishings. Clean bathroom and very comfortable bed.

Location isn't bad, but a bit outside of Cottesloe. If you are looking to be close to the beach this is about a 25 - 30min walk, ended up getting bikes to commute around the suburb.

Close to beaches and shops. Good value property as listed.

we would have liked to watch tv in bed as the couch was a little cramped to spread out in. But it did the job
