Locația, apartament spațios perfect pentru 2 familii cu copii.Cred că este unul din cel mai mare apartament din centrul vechi al Colmarului.

Very large apartment in a convenient location. The chocolate shop across the street was a highlight, with great chocolate and friendly staff.
Instructions to find and access the parking garage were light on detail (we had only an address, which our GPS didn't recognize, and keys) which was initially challenging, and there was no parking in front of the apartment to unload our luggage. Minor issue but it would have been helpful to know what to expect when arriving.

Spacious appartment in the heart of the city. Walking distance to many attractions, shops and restaurants. Supermarket just round the corner. A welcome pack on the table (water, beer and pretzels) was very nice.
Very complicated communication with the host. Multiple messages and emails with many details, it was very difficult to distill the most important information. Confusing information about the entrance into the parking lot (not clear that you need to go to the apartment first to get the keys for the garage, infomation given on the phone that the entrance is possible using the plates number was not correct. Confusing imformation about the parking facilities in the apartment block: we decided to park in another location based on the information that the maximum height in the underground parking is 1,80. In fact, this parking was much better than the one we used, and I did not find any place whis 1,80 height (I am 1,86 and was able to pass normally everywhere).
Apartment wasn't very clean, it was fillthy and the sink in the kitchen was rather dirty. In one of the rooms there was a door in the cupboard that was letting to the attik which was dirty, full of construction materials and overall it was rather scary. Our daughter refused to sleep in this room. It would have been better if the door was locked.

The location was very good. The apartment was clean, a very convenient feature was that it had a washer and dryer.
If you are driving, be aware that you have to reserve the parking spot, and the location is not easy to find. The owner suggested us a nearby public parking a 5 minutes walk.

The apartment was very clean, is very large for a one-bedroom apartment, and is completely equipped. There is plenty of storage space for unpacking, no need to trip over suitcases and clothes. We stayed for a week and felt quite at home.
The apartment is in the historical center, but on the edge, and the street is quiet in the evenings, nights and mornings. It is no more than a 15 minute walk to the farthest part of the historical center and to the buses that can take you to several towns on the Alsace Wine Trail. A major bus stop is at the end of the street, a 3 minute walk (the number 1 bus brings you from the train station). On the street, there are a couple of coffee cafés (Pause is very good), a couple of very simple food restaurants, a very good wine bar (with good sharing plates), and some other convenient services (check out the chocolate shop across the street).
The covered market is close and has an excellent selection of fresh and prepared foods if you choose to cook or eat at the apartment. Historical Colmar is interesting and the area is worth several days of sightseeing.

The appartment was spacious and comfortable, we had everything we needed. The hosts were easy to communicate with and it was straightforward to check in/out. The location is outstanding, right in the centre of Colmar, which is a great spot! We really enjoyed our long weekend here.

Great location, there are a lot of restaurants around. The apartment is cosy.
Upon arrival we could not enter the apartment because of the wrong code provided, so we had to wait by the door 30 min till somebody comes to
open it! And this is after a long drive with a small baby!…
Facilities should be replaced, be ready that apartment is not good cleaned.
They take 90€ for cleaning which includes only changing beds and cleaning sanitations. Everything else we had to clean ourselves - not what one can await being on holidays.

A very complicated process with Cotton. Several emails with repeated information, while important data was not sent, i.e. that a caution payment was mandatory after the whole amount for the flat was already paid.
Check in difficult, pin code did not work. Anyway, I stayed in a car with two kida for 1.5 hour till we managed to sort it out (even if I had called the day before to confirm all was good) only to hear that if I had not paid caution it was my problem. Very bad it killed the whole experience. The flat is good but the hassle is not worth it.

the property is great. huge, clean, well equipped and in a terrific location. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I rate the property 5 stars.
the staff. to cut a long story short we were not only sent wrong information about where to park (which wasted an hour trying to find the paid parking spot), the codes to get into the parking were the wrong way round.. but worst of all the code to get into the apartment was wrong. I called the « emergency » number 4 times - which is basically a switch board, not to the host themselves, who obviously didn’t know enough about the apartment as they told me at one point I needed to collect keys! it was a terrible experience. I’m writing this review to share my frustration at not only the cost and time of the phone calls to get the correct information, and the wasted time trying to park / enter the property and the fact that when I explained my situation to the property company there was no response - no reply at all. A lady turned up at one point but shrugged her shoulders and left. For future customers I recommend the property highly, I just hope you have no issue as if you do you will either speak to a highly patronising call Center employee who knows little about the property or get no reply at all. good luck

Every apartment was very pretty, lots of space. perfect for a big group and we had a great time. was also very happy for them to allow us to check in a little earlier. we will be back next year for sure!!!
it has nothing to do with the apartment and mostly technical's problem. but the lift broke down twice with people inside, and they where stuck inside the lift twice for a while....the alarm inside is totally point less.

Garage access code was not given in the initial correspondence. Had to call the help number, who were extremely helpful in providing the code.
