We spent two nights here, and had dinner and breakfast both days. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was good value.

Staff were so friendly and helpful
The green light by the door made it difficult to sleep

The Seven Stars is a nice hotel to stay in right on the Main Street in Ledbury. The staff were nice and friendly. One staff member helped me make a dental clinic booking phone call that I was struggling with. We also enjoyed a meals there and they cooked a lovely gluten free dinner for me.
There was nothing I could find fault with.

The location is great for exploring the area. Food and drink served is very good, staff are great and willing to help.
Wasn't told that there no parking - at all. Although there was a kettle and two cups there were no tea making items so hot drinks in my room weren't available. Also wasn't told at the time of booking that breakfast wasn't available and would have to use a local café that opened at 0900, not at all ideal.

Lovely restaurant
Slightly disappointed with the room as it said it was deluxe

Found the staff to be very attentive & friendly. The room was very comfortable and of a high standard. Good food & drink in the pub.
Nothing really that I didn't like. I'd say the bathrooms could probably do with upgrading a little but I wouldn't say it was a concern overall.

All was very good. No weekday breakfasts, but evening meal was very good. A most enjoyable stay. Thank you.
I can't think of anything that was amiss.

Beds quite uncomfortable but not much of an issue for our short stay

Very attentive staff but not intrusive. Very comfy room.
We decided to have a meal in the restaurant instead of going out to eat. The meal was lovely and the staff were helpful when I asked for a vegetarian meal.
No biscuits with the tea making facilities.

Tariff didn’t include Breakfast. Welcoming and efficient check in process. Arrived quite late in the evening but nothing was too much trouble.
The green emergency/safety light in the room. It was too bright and disturbed our sleep a little bit. There was no way of turning it down.
4.5
Warm room cosy pub and welcoming staff
Would of liked the WiFi code in the room

Seven Stars was a very Olde Worlde inn with all the charm of traditional beams. The Family room we stayed in was a really good size with sofa and two easy chairs plus a very comfortable double and single bed. It was heated by two radiators and was very warm and comfortable. The en-suite was also a very good size with a shower over the bath.
We ate in the restaurant the night we were there. Whilst the staff were very helpful and friendly, I personally think the food was over-priced for what it was. We sampled the beefburger at £12.50, which whilst okay was just that - a burger with fries and coleslaw; the sausage and mash was again okay at £14.50, with three sausages and crispy onion over the top, but the mash wasn't impressive. However there was a large amount of cabbage and onion gravy. The Turkey dinner was tasty at £17.50, but only included roast potatoes (no mash). However, there was also pork with our meal? There was a large medley of vegetables and apricot stuffing. All in all the meals were okay just very over-priced, but I suppose that's the location.

Good location. Staff were very friendsly. We stayed in one of the oldest rooms which was really pleasantly quirky! Clean, spacious bathroom.
The room was substantially smaller than what the pictures on the website showed. There were 2 beds advertised and we only had one which wasn't a problem for us but was a bit misleading and cost quite alot. A fridge in the room would have been amazing, but not essential.

Old character of room.. Large size of room and ensuite. Friendliness of staff. Excellent food in restaurant as well as drink available in bar
No brreakfast on weekdays

location
We had the room above the bar area. There is no noise insulation at all, we could even hear normal conversation, almost understand what was being said!

Nothing.

These are rooms above a pub in an excellent central location. Customer service was attentive and helpful. The food was very good quality. All in all a great atmosphere and good value for money.

This is a pub with rooms - just 3. Comfortable (but not if you're very tall as the beams are low. No breakfast available on weekdays and we would recommend Janeys next door but one. Very reasonable and excelllent service. Centrally located but without parking - it is nearby but costs £6 for 24 hours.
No 'housekeeping', i.e. no-one would enter our room during our stay. I can make a bed etc but washing cups in the bathroom sink with no T-towel or w/up liquid is probably not terribly hygienic. Quite noisy from when water being run.
