Loved the apartment with its huge terrace and watching the sunset. It had a large bedroom. It was a quick walk to the beach. The host reached out and made arrangements to accommodate our later afternoon arrival. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans for cooking. It did not have oils or seasonings. It was a quick 15 minutes
walk to a large grocery store and 10 minute walk to the beach front with bars and restaurants. We wished we had more time at the apartment!
The only draw back was the lack of items in the kitchen to cook and items to clean up after cooking such as a sponge and/or dish towel to clean and dry. Several of the lounging chairs on the terrace were broken. Would have liked more information about the beach rental chairs and umbrella and recycling with specifics as to where to put the to bins for pick up. Overall, loved our stay.

Perfect location. A short walk to one of the best beach and only 1km from the centre. Nice big terrace with shared BBQ.
The parking is on the street, and it might be a problem in peak season. I think the owner should take care of some details: The sofa bed needs to be replaced in my opinion as it is very wobbly and noisy, and so the unstable table used as microwave support. There is not space to leave anything in the bathroom inasmuch as the only 2 shelves have decorative holes and nothing can't be stored on top. Few more tools to add in the kitchen such as mugs, kitchen utensils (omelette flippers), and toaster, would make a stay more comfortable. The lady from the agency provided us with a blanket as there was only one.

This is a very, very basic apartment in a fantastic location. The beach is 100 metres away and there is a lovely terrace with deck chairs etc. A car is necessary for the apartment as it is a long walk into town and to restaurants and other beaches.
The apartment is small and has very little in the way of facilities. The agency took forever to deliver the keys and they did not provide and accurate location of the house and it is very difficult to find, down a private closed road and then an alley. The kitchen has pretty much nothing, the bathroom is so small and skinny you have to shimmy in side ways. The apartment isn't dirty just old and not well maintained. The apartment is really for a maximum of 2 people.

Absolutely stunning but we traveled oversea from Ireland . We where tired and thirsty . Not even a bottle of water on arrival. We did not have a car so water at least would have been welcome and maybe other helpful drinks and fruit . We paid a lot so I found this sadly let them down. Only a welcome miniature shampoo

The apartment is a nice and close to the beaches.
The terrace is big with a little bit of ocean view.
The kitchen amenities are fine.
When we arrived at 3 pm the apartment hadn’t been cleaned yet. The cleaning team arrived at 4:30pm. They were very nice though and it was nice and clean, when we were able to use the apartment.
Arranging the bedding is a hassle especially when you can’t speak Italian.
The parking situation during the day is a nightmare. I would suggest to arrive as late as possible to be able to find a spot in the street a little away from the apartment.

The location was absolutely perfect. A few steps and you're at a lovely beach, a few more steps in the other direction and you're in the city center of Portoferraio. We would definitely go back and would recommend to anyone who doesn't care about wifi, coffee machines etc during their stay. It has basic furniture and appliances, but it was enough for us, and there was also a washing machine. The only downside is there is no reserved parking spot, so you have to manage with very limited street parking. We were lucky to be there after the main season, otherwise we would probably pay a lot for paid parking which was also quite far from the accommodation.Other than that, we had a lovely time there.
