Beautiful surroundings and excellent staff.

Friendly staff. Beautiful surroundings. Excellent food - especially the local traditional items. Great water pressure and hot water.

Bathrooms could be cleaner. That’s the only disappointment for such a pricey stay. Ensure towel count based on booking.

lovely location

the property is looking very tired and in need of tlc (tender loving care) the team try to be very helpful and are lovely but there is an underlying inefficiency to how they operate which results in things happening on time or in sync. more training would resolve this. the staff are however are all very pleasant and charming

outstanding views deep on the culture wood work is making a big difference ambiance is amazing

check in process a bit taking time WiFi - I have faced an issue regarding WiFi I did not get it due to technical issues they said and they did not solve it , all stay was without WiFi

not worth a penny spent on the property. absolutely pathetic.

the only thing I liked about the periphery was that it was lake facing.

Almost everything, starting from 1. breakfast and the way it was managed was absolutely unprofessional. 2. the overall attitude of the staff was pretty casual and upon every feedback given in person all they did was apologized. 3 preferential treatment to travellers from south over guests from north India- might sound untrue but it was observed at various instances. 4. the water body on which the rooms were located was absolutely filthy and the sewer water was getting drained into the same. the same was brought to the notice of the manager at the time of check out but all he did was apologized.I also have photos to support my claim and will upload. 5. the tables were not cleaned for other guests and were only cleaned in instalments when staff was asked repetitively.

staff were lovely , clearly trying to navigate a run down system . watched customers complain all day and management looked exhausted ( this is clearly not a middle management issue but an investment in upkeep issue ) what I’m trying to say is management dealing with customers complaints are not at fault here . clearly in need of $investment in actual upkeep and processes is required . wifi does not exist , poor advertisement of this and also the menu provided in rooms did not match the food available . there is no espresso coffee as advertised.

Property was built nicely but could have been maintained better. The cottage in which we stayed had a very badly maintained bathroom. The shower door was stuck and there were lots of broken tiles. The shower system was also not properly functioning

The property lacked maintenance. Staff were poorly trained. And after paying close to 25k per night, who would expect we would be charged for mineral water bottles in the room over the standard 2 bottles? The buffet meals were sub standard and the F&B staff were not very courteous or well trained

Very good

Nice location and pool. Kids enjoyed fishing. Nice rooms. Food was expensive but was given a reasonable discount as we were a bigger group.

There was a bit of confusion at the checkout in billing which was sorted out. Another room’s food bill was charged on us by mistake and was corrected after discussion which could have been avoided. Better to have bills signed along with room number to avoid confusion.

worst experience ever .. the hotel, rooms, toilet are very dirty and disgusting the worst stay in my entire life .. I found a lizard in the room I don’t recommend that u ever stay in this hotel .. we were asked to pay an amount for food that we didn’t order also staff is very rude

Good for a day stay as not many free entertainment are there. But Worth the price 16k for 5 ppl

I liked one particular staff who helped us with almost everything with a smiling face. Kudos to him. Scenic place. Reaching spot was easy. Close to beach by car. Dinner food was awesome. Chicken varutharachathu and duck roast

1. Bed was 2 twin bed and 2 blankets which was not good for a couple. 2. Breakfast did not have a non-veg curry to be used with appam/dosa/appam. Please include that. There was a fish broth which was the non veg option, which cannot be combined with other food. It was a waste for me and my family. 3. Should have more free fun games - Billiards and shooting game should have been free.

Excellent experience. Location is great. Breakfast was very good. Really liked the complimentary boat ride.

Dinner was very expensive. The restaurant management was not top of food, tea, and coffee running out. Tea ran out halfway through tea time. Not excusable and must improve for the class of hotel.

Pathetic services and pathetic management. They were not helpful at all we had a situation where we needed help but they were not professional at all. Hotel is overpriced in everything they are just making people fool. Nothing as a five star hotel regretting even by staying at the hotel. Booking is a pathetic website no help i got at all. Neither a reply from the site will never use this app again.
