Not worth it for the money we pay.

Overall, the staffs were good.

Feels like the staffs are keen on getting reviews. Always asking for posting review with their names. Outdated rooms and facilities. Not worth it for money we pay. I understand they clean the room but the items and things they got in the room are too substandard.

Zero value for money spoiling Ramada brand name

We stayed in 314 and 315 room, Whenever we entered room it was stinky. In room 314 toilet flush not working fixed once in morning again night not working called housekeeping no.one came at 11.30 in night next day morning again had flush not working we used 315 room number toilets. On checkout day asked for GM email address no one gave. I just wanted to give feedback. In room next to bed you can find cable.plugin location such a way stupid fully where you have to get down of bed go under table to plug. When we went to swimming pool opposite changing room there was toilet and flush was not working so much dirty it was. I can.understand we didn't had lake view but 314 room number we were given wall.view means in windo immediately we see wall no space for any type of view. Hair dryer was not in bathroom we have to call housekeeping and wait for hour to get it and plug in big dryer machine.

Avoid - better more affordable options elsewhere! Don’t fall for the brand name!

Some of staff were friendly and lake view was good but only if you have a balcony room!

Property is very tired and old throughout. Building is generally lightly dirty. The gym was particularly and poorly maintained. Sheet on the wall of the gym specifies a trainer will be watching the gym, no trainer in sight. Some windows have wasp nests in them externally, spider webs are consistent across all external windows. We stayed in the lake view suite room it was c£125 per night. The room has a single small window with limited view of the lake. Room was large but poorly maintained and old throughout. Large amounts of wear and tear on all fixtures and fittings. Bed sheets very old pilling across entire sheets. Attention to detail poor. Issues raised with duty manager as we wished to reduce our stay from 2 days to 1. As the hotel was so poor for the price. Duty manager offered upgrade but generally didn’t care for any of the points I raise above. Luckily booking.com was able to help called the hotel and was able to convince them to change our booking! We have stayed at more expensive hotels and hotels/home-stays costing a faction of the price of the Ramada and they were all significantly better.

Great location with pathetic maintenance

Location, Room size, Bed size were all good; also the front-end staff were very decent and polite

Maintenance is pathetic, very limited and same menu daily be it breakfast or dinner and the staff at the restaurant were very rude and unresponsive except one Mr. Malay Kumar who was very accomodative

Wonderful experience and delightful service

Staying at Ramada by Wyndham was a wonderful experience. Our request for interconnected rooms was accommodated. Could see commendable efforts spent on every aspect of the service - The travel desk, the spa, food and room service. Would particularly like to mention the warmth and assistance offered by Ms Parvathi, Ms Athulya and Mr Gyaan ranjan Singh.

The setup for the bar/pub at the top level can definitely be improved a lot.

the stay is definitely a must while in allepey.

breakfast and dinner were really good. area was really good. the room was really comfortable and has a great view. the pool was awesome. houseboat lunch tour was excellent.

The location and views from the room is very nice and relaxing.

The property doesn’t meet Ramada or Wyndham standards, i stayed at the hotel based on my booking through booking.com, payed in advance on check in time, and the hotel marked my booking as cancelled reservation in booking.com, i contacted the front desk after 2 days and told them to correct and they promised me they will correct and will give a call back, unfortunately no one give a call back.

Tired, dirty and not a 5 star hotel

Good location.

Generally in poor condition and not the quality you’d expect for a 5 star bearing the Ramada name. Rooms were dated and tired with a very poor quality finish even by Indian standards. I’ve stayed in better 3 stars in India for far less.
