The apartment was well furnished including a washing machine and towel warmer helped with drying clothes. Very comfortable base for exploring the area
Small capsule shower

Convenience to the Myvatn area and to a restaurant within walking distance

Nice little apartment with everything you need. We cooked partly ourselves and the kitchen was sufficiently well equipped for this. Everything was clean, the beds very comfortable and the check-in went smoothly via the key box. One minor consideration is the absence of total window blackout capabilities. However, this proved to be a negligible concern, as it barely affected our sleep. We recommend the accommodation in any case.

We were given instruction for the key, but the owner was there when we arrived, which made it easy for us.
Really nothing that we did not like. The only problem was when we arrived at the area, it took us a little while to find the property. (It's the 2nd house to the left of the entrance to the street.)

Very well equipped.

We loved everything about it. Clean, modern, cozy and well equiped. Check-In and Out were very easy.

We have been staying in cottages all over Iceland which has been great but it was lovely to stay somewhere with more space. The apartment was very well appointed, designed and decorated. It was very warm and had lots of useful information on the apartment and surrounding attractions. The apartment was easy driving distance to Lake Myvatn, we had a great stay and recommend this apartment without hesitation.

Great apartment in a great location, easy drive to Lake Myvatn attractions.
No clothes dryer in unit

Nice clean place. The hosts were easy to reach and the check in process was smooth so no complaints here. Good value.

We chose the apartment because of its location, booking a 3-night stay so that we could travel to the various sites on North Iceland’s ‘Diamond Circle’. It was indeed well-placed for this purpose, with Husavik, Dettifoss and Lake Myvatn within relatively easy reach (though we unfortunately chose to approach Dettifoss from the North, and had a somewhat hair-raising journey along the icy, snowy road — south of Dettifoss was fine). The apartment had all the essentials, but seemed rather small and ‘ordinary’ after the night we had spent previously in a spacious, beautiful apartment in Blonduos. There is a small grocery store just 150 m down the street (which we used), and a restaurant (which we didn’t visit).
The apartment was quite small, with the dining area looking out onto the space where the next-door apartment parked their car. Beyond that was a more rugged, rural view, and in between an industrial building of some sort in the valley — almost certainly a fish-processing plant, because there were a few occasions when a fishy odour carried to the apartment. The apartment wall adjoining the next apartment seemed quite thin, because at times we could hear the noise of next-door conversations.

we stayed there for 2 nights and really liked it!
the location is perfect to explore the area around (between myvatn and akureyri) - Aurora spotting!
the appartment is quite large (didn´t expect that) and the kitchen well equipped and we even got a free entry to the public pool nearby

Appartment had everything needed and was very clean. We used the washing maschine and powder was provided. Location is good, many attractions are just a short drive away. There is a restaurant, small grocery shop and gas station nearby.

Well equipped. Washing machine was great. Close to mogafoss.

The place was very clean, easy to find and in a perfect location. We did lots of travelling around Iceland so the washing mashing was a great bonus as well! Would love to stay there again!
We had small problems with the internet but the host fixed them quickly.

Clean and smart apartment.
The fridge was very noisy and ruined my first night's sleep. It needs replacing!
