Really nice apartment, clean and cozy, comfortable beds. In the fridge we had two eggs from the farm. There is everything you need in the kitchen and in the bathroom as well. Really nice owner :)

This is more so a studio apartment than a guesthouse. Easy check-in with a keybox. The apartment is spacious and modern, it seemed to have been renovated a bit, because it looked more modern than we remembered from the pictures. We found 2 fresh eggs in the kitchen, unfortunately no oil to fry them but we ended up having them soft-boiled for breakfast :-) Salt, coffee, etc. were also available. Everything very clean and comfortable. We used this place as our home base for 3 nights, from where we explored Husavik and the Myvatn area.

The place was super nice and comfortable. It is like a small apartment just for yourself but not too small that you feel overwhelmed, it is indeed quite big. The owners left some eggs from their farm for us to have in the morning and there was everything you could need in the kitchen (even coffee, oil, sugar and tea) and bathroom.

Lovely little cottage near all the attractions around the diamond circle. Kitchen was well equiped, the space was clean, and our room was even cleaned during our first day as we were staying two nights which we were not expecting. The hot water is supplied by a geothermal spring, so it has a faint sulfur smell, but the whole area is like this and we felt it added to the authentic feel of the place, as well as being a very eco friendly heating system! Was also very quiet, we couldn’t hear the neighbours at all. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

nice and clean room, you have everything which you need for a short stay. The owner was also very kind! They have lots of sheeps and horses. If you find a house in the nature but near to Husavik, then here is the nice place to choose.

Excellent location for the myvatin area without having to pay over the odds or put up with the horrible sulphur smell the occurs closer to the lake. Super comfy bed, well equipped kitchen area and lovely touches from the owners. Very clean and spacious. Great views and really peaceful.
Absolutely nothing!

Very clean, modern and comfortable studio located in a beautiful area. There's a kitchenette with basic kitchen utensils, a toaster and a microwave. We left a few dirty dishes in the morning and by the time we came back, they were unexpectedly cleaned! Nice shower but you have to get used to the sulphuric smell. Friendly staff. Overall very good.
The studio is located in between several fields and there were a lot of flies in the area. This can be uncomfortable to deal with when you want to open a window to air the room.

The place was modernly equipped and clean. The kitchen had everything you needed and it was a pleasant surprise that there were things like coffee, milk, tea, a couple of eggs, etc., stocked in the kitchen. The host had sent us all the details for checkin so it was all hassle-free.
It was a bit noisy due to the people occupying the neighbouring unit, but that's always a hit-and-miss.

The studio apartment was apt for a couple with all necessary items. The natural sulfur hot water in the tap to bath and also was really nice to see that two eggs were kept for quick breakfast.
I would recommend this place when one searching accomodation near Myvatan and exactly 2 minutes deive to Husavik where we went for whale watching the very next day.
Nothing comes into my mind as such

Perhaps my favourite place we stayed in Iceland. A spacious, comfortable yet simple room with everything you could need. The location was wonderfully peaceful and easy reach of Myvatn and Husavik. Excellent value too.

This place has everything we needed and more. After staying in shared guesthouses it was so nice to check ourselves in and have a kitchen and bathroom all to ourselves. We were in the middle cabin and didn't hear anything from the other two. I also loved the rain shower and towel warmer!

Nice and warm house. For the three nights we stayed it was good. Little to no noise from the other two houses. Parking in front works well. The warm water has the typical Iceland scent.
Not a cozy cottage, it could use some decoration.

Great place to appreciate Iceland countryside. It's a very small guesthouse, a bit far from any village or restaurants. The owner lady was very lovely welcoming us. It was our lucky day because during the night a lot of snow fell changing the view completely from the day before.
Absolutely nothing.
