Exceptional breakfast, courteous staff and excellent views. Its proximity to the train station is an added bonus. The town center is walking from the villa.

Since this is a small boutique hotel, you were made to feel special. The staff was attentive and management, delightful. The proprietor felt more like a friend by the end of the stay.

The owner and staff were amazing. They were the best! The room was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and clean! Villa Silvana is one of the most beautiful places my husband and I have ever stayed. Breakfast was incredible! Homemade doughnuts along with fruit, pastries, breads, eggs, meats, cheese and more! Plus, the location was easy walking distance from the train station, to the ferry, and all the shops and restaurants. Villa Silvana is quiet, on the sea, and so welcoming.
We liked everything about Villa Silvana!

The hotel was an amazing experience. I stayed in hotels all over the world yet this one surpassed all of them. The location, theme, rooms, staff, and the owner’s hospitality were just amazing too.

Absolutely stunning! Dino the owner went above and beyind greeting us with drinks and had great local knowledge , the staff were lovely and attentive, central location. The breakfast on the terrace was breathtaking, sea views while eating the freshest and most delectable food. The room was immaculate and timeless. A luxurious experience.

Villa Silvana was a dream to stay at. From the welcoming and caring staff to the location, everything was perfect. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. And the breakfast - wow! They served us breakfast every morning on the terrace looking over Sorrento harbour, the views were spectacular and the breakfast was delicious! I highly recommend staying here on your next trip to Sorrento - we will definitely be back!
Nothing - everything was perfect.

The hotel is a beautiful venue, the staff and owner were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast and the views were something else and it was an easy access to the port!
Our hotel door was a little stiff but the staff were on hand each time.

The hotel is on a clifftop overlooking the marina piccola and adjacent to the historic zone of Sorrento - the views from the hotel are stunning and it is a convenient walk to restaurants, point of interest, and the harbor. The staff were very attentive and welcoming, from our arrival drink, to making reservations, to helping us figure out some of the room controls. The room was generous and clean with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was also generous and clean with a multi-head shower. Breakfast was the best we had in Italy, with so many options made to order, fresh selections of food, personal service and views to the ocean. Convenient parking is across the street. It was very quiet and peaceful here.
the parking is expensive, but this was expected. From the hotel, it can take a while to get out of Sorrento, but also was expected. Our room faced the garden but did not really have a view, which was OK for us.

The hotel was breathtakingly beautiful inside and out. The room and property were in excellent condition with staff who were kind, professional and attentive to the guests’ needs. Breakfast was delicious with made to order omelets, fresh fruit, and a wide assortment of breads and pastries. Concierge service was top notch.

beautiful room, big and clean. the bed and pillows were amazing, super comfortable. huge bathroom too. breakfast super good too. 5 mins to the center and just a 3 mins walk to the port.
I expected a few more details.. if I look at the price we paid. the room was a little bare and the villa doesn’t have any service

Thank you for the upgrade to a Seaside view suite. Unforgettable experience and gorgeous views of the Marina. Location of the Villa is excellent and walking distance; especially when taking the train from Sorrento Stn.

Very welcoming, warm, extra helpful and accommodating staff and the owners. Felt like visiting a home away from home, not a hotel. Martina excels in being super helpful and goes miles to make the stay comfortable, same with very personal experience from the kitchen staff. Great chef. Polite and patient. Overall great stay, beautiful property, best customer service. A huge thanks.
Only an elevator facility to get to the cottage and back.

The staff were the best I have ever met. Went over and above with everything
One room had little to no air conditioning our room had fruit flies all over the bathroom

I booked the room because of its beautiful terrace with grey and white marble tiles with inner yard view, nice room and beautiful bathroom and the reality was exactly exactly as expected. The room and the bathroom were clean and the terrace very cosy, kind of hidden behind the trees of the surrounding garden. What we enjoyed most however at the end were views from hotel garden and its common terraces - I even now I still have it on my mind - that calmness and absolute peace as we were sitting there one afternoon and watching the sea, ships and the sky.
Lastly, the staff was nice and did a good job taking care of us - they were communicative and easy to reach with excellent English spoken.
I have nothing to say.

Views of the Gulf of Napoli were beautiful. The Villa is centrally located to many restaurants and with in walking distance of the Port. Very helpful and kind staff.
4.7
Very exclusive and magical location with only six rooms in an excellent area in Sorrento, close to the harbour and train station and in walking distance to the piazza / shopping district. The Villa, terrace and gardens are beautiful and very well-kept. We didn’t expect such an exclusive and familiar atmosphere and especially loved the “honesty” bar in the lounge. Villa Silvana exceeded all our expectations, highly recommended, 10/10.

The house is incredible with magical views. The suite had an enormous balcony plus another little one with comfy sun loungers. The staff was very friendly.
We wanted to use the spa and filled it up but we ended up not going in because hair, dust… were floating at the surface of the water, making not useable. This was disappointing. The spa should be cleaned and hoovered to be useable.
It would be nice that the enormous terrace had some shade (parasol or pergola) and greenery as there is not any plant on it which is a shame.

Beautiful hotel. Very helpful staff. Excellent location.

Gorgeous views and friendly staff. Location was great!! Rooms were spacious and beautiful.
We didn’t have any toilet paper in our bathroom when we arrived and the AC was broken the first night. The next night they forgot to put fresh towels out. Some of the furniture had small stains which collectively made it feel like they could do better in the cleaning department. The staff was kind but didn’t really do anything to make up for these challenges.

Location and friendly staff!

First of all - the view from the top apartment is simply outstanding! We were blown away by the sunset and sunrise each morning and how amazing the apartment was. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious and decorated beautifully. We also loved the jacuzzi overlooking the terrace and the view!
Every member of staff was so kind and helpful and went out of their way to look after us. Madam Silvana and her daughter Caterina greeted us despite our arrival at 11 pm and welcomed us with a drink.
Special thanks to Martina, Julia, and Jet for looking after us at breakfasts and recommending where to visit or eat. And even going out of the way to organise an Olive branch with cheese and flowers for my daughter to participate in the local Palm Sunday celebrations. When we wanted to have a takeaway pizza evening, we were given plates and cutlery, and beers in the room. Every person tried to predict what our needs were and help. We had booked three apartments for a total of 8 people in our family and all apartments were beautiful and comfortable.
This is such a small thing but it would be useful to have coat pegs and a shoe rack near the front door of the uppermost apartment so that you do not need to go up the next flight of stairs to put everything away.
4.7
Excellent location- in the cliff and can walk to downtown. Beautiful rooms. They were spacious and well appointed.
would have been nice to have more facilities like pool, gym.
4.7
Location was perfect only 5 minutes walking distance to the main square of Sorrento.
Parking is not available at the hotel, a public parking facility is directly across the road from the hotel but it is outrageously expensive at €51 a day. Advice on a more affordable parking place would have been welcome.
