The location and not much else
The atmosphere in the hotel lacked, the food was appalling and there was hair on 2 items in the buffet
There was no orange juice and when we asked we were told there isn't any

Pool area, easy and fast access to the beach, outside breakfast area was beautiful, the view was gorgeous from our room
You could tell the property was oldish, there were visible signs of the building’s and rooms’ aging. The room didn’t have enough light to see after the sun had set, so some lamps would have been nice.

Beautiful location and excellent customer service. Thank you to the team. The Jazz night was amazing.
Nothing to mention here

Good location.
Tiny rooms, overly fancy menu.

The location in the beach was perfect. The bath products were good. It was lovely having a balcony over looking the ocean. While I didn’t use the pool, it was nice and there were plenty of chairs. One of the better hotel breakfast buffets. They had a wife variety of items, even a vegan (like myself) enjoyed. The seating area outside for breakfast was very nice. Interaction with staff was pleasant. Hotel walking distance to many restaurants, including those with vegan options. If you are only going to be at the beach and the city, take a taxi. It appears this is how most people arrive. The hotel is very clean.
Limited parking, means very limited parking of 5 spots between all their properties. You risk not having a spot. It would be ideal if they let you reserve in advance. A car is only needed if you will be exploring the rest of the island.
The rooms are not very sound proof. Problematic when each room includes a loud stereo for music. I would recommend getting rid of the big speaker to save space and limit the annoyance of other guests. I could hear our neighbors favorite playlists, conversations and singing.
I imagine that many couples are staying at this hotel, and like us, would prefer a queen size bed, not side-by-side twins.

Rooms were clean and had their own coffee machine, which was great and water/coffee topped up daily. Breakfast had a huge amount of choice of freshly made delights.
Staff were very friendly and helpful
The pool and pool area could have been a bit cleaner. Location is a little cut off for people who enjoy beach strolls

Wonderful choices for breakfast, something for everyone. Room with a sea view was perfect and at night you could hear the waves crashing onto the beach. Staff were ‘above and beyond,’ friendly, courteous and helpful - I would like to add the same for the guests staying there.
In future I would stay there on my own and feel very comfortable.
That I wasn’t staying for longer!

lovely staff, chilled out vibe, very comfortable room
needs a little upgrade in places, sun beds and upholstery throughout the hotel looking a bit tired. for a four star

The location is very good and the stuff was very nice. Breakfast was super!
The balcony was on the side that look on the sea but you actually can't see it cause there is a big tree which is good for the restaurant below but not for the view.

location was perfect. right on the beach. 2 minute walk from bus stop so very easy to get in and out of Palma. sea view room was lovely but view slightly blocked by palm tree. still very enjoyable though. loved breakfast too!
bathroom definitely needed a door. could be pretty noisy at night as rooms weren’t very well insulated for sound.

good location and nice being by the sea
beds/pillows quite hard but that was it

where shall I begin to praise! One of the friendliest hotels I stayed in ever.
the location is perfect, right at a pretty beach. Can’t get any better! The Hotel is not large , a real Boutique Hotel.and was a couple of years ago very tastefully renovated leaving its original character of a Spanish house build about 70 years ago.It feels like a five star hotel.
The grounds are well kept and very beautiful.A very inviting entrance.and the pool is sparkly clean.
But most of all this hotel has the friendliest staff you can imagine! They make you feel at home. Thank you everybody I will be back.
The rooms are very beautiful too and I had a water front view.Definetly worth the money.A small balcony was there as well.
It has a very nice upscale feel.Breakfast has a good choice and you can have an omelette made in front of your eyes.
The food a la carte in the Masai restaurant was also very very good. The restaurants decor is also very Contemporairy eclectic and cozy.
everything was perfect!🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🌸🌸🌸🌸🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌹🌹🌹🌹

The accessibility to the Beach - can’t fault the location, beach is right outside hotel

I’ve enjoyed the location, 2 steps to the beach, the amazing pool at the hotel, incredible room that had 2 pairs of slippers, 2 robes, brans new 2 sets of brushtooth with toothpaste, sewing kit, shower cap, hair comb for personal use, hairdryer, weightening scale, safe and a nespresso machine with 4 coffee pods from nespressso ( with and without caffeine) and tea. The room was incredible and the view as well. I had breakfast at the hotel and i ate the best oranges in my entire life. The stuff were very helpful and friendly even if i don’t speak spanish. I would give 20 stars as a review.

perfect location and friendly staff
wasn’t clean hair in shower tray, building work going on right next to our room noisy and dust due to that, no lift to our room, very basic breakfast with few options, no lock for toilet even the door dosnt shut and no door for bathroom it’s open bathroom, no heating in the room we were spending maximum of our stay outdoors or nixe palace hotel which was more appealing to us

The hotel is very nicely situated and the people working there all pretty much try there best to be there for the guests. The beach is lovely, many locals and the terrace of the hotel is lovely nestled under trees. Beautiful plants around the house.
The hotel is very noisy due to thin walls and the food quality is pretty low, as almost everything tastes like defrosted and heated up, even bread in the norning seems to come from the freezer. The buffet often does not seem very fresh. Restaurant in the evening has most things on the menu not available, we ate the exact same dish every night. Its also not clean, more like a rustic bar.
Also the restaurant as the whole hotel could need a face lift, it seems old and not very well maintained and the management seems to not notice or care about details. Ants in the shower, hair from earlier guests, dust under bed, or walls losing their colour. Renovation would be great as the situation is stunning amd a real boutique hotel would be amazing there.
No lobby, no reception (just desk on corridor), no welcome drinks, minibar empty, no room service (for food), no live music - (but I went in off season). All seems a little not very well cared for, HR should bring more attention to staffing up at least.
